After a whole night of having theoretical knowledge about the traits of demonic magic drilled into him with a small amount of training to be able to use the most basic spells, Nero woke up feeling better than ever, the bonus stats that he got each time he got a new trainer affecting his body before his status was updated, the fact that he got to sllep in an actual bed help as well
Stretching as he got up he made his way to the dinning hall, Aurathia entering the building at the same time
"So how did it go?" she asked with a smile that said that she could already tell that something was different about Nero
"My new trainer is a devil princess called Rias Gremory" Nero answered as Aurathia laid out the table while Nero started cooking "I now have access to more types of magic including destructive magic and I have these now" a pair of black devil wings appearing on his back
"Wings huh" Aurathia commented "although flying is helpful in some situations you must be carefull when you use them, the way that you dodge will change as you won't be able to use your footwork and if your opponent can use magic you will become a target"
"But with opponents that can't use magic they will be incredibly helpful with the types of magic that I can use" Nero remarked, using his new magic to fill 2 glasses of water as he folded his wings away
"Indeed, so you will have to learn how to use them quickly" she smiled "that means more training, also neat trick"
After finishing their meal Aurathia lead Nero outside "I can tell that your stats have been boosted so we are going to be sparring until you are able to control your new power and get used to your new physique before you go to the dungeon"
"Got it" replied Nero, taking a combat stance
As they fought Aurathia commented on his body "so far as I can tell, you seem to have become stronger mostly due to your new physique, with most of the power focused on your magic"
"Yeah it seems that I gain power based on the physique of my trainer" Nero remarked as he dodged one of Aurathia's strikes only to have to block another
"That makes sense, Yumi seemed very well balanced so you got an even stat boost from her at 100 for each whereas you seem to have a more varied stats" Aurathia agreed, sweeping Nero's legs out from underneath him
"I really should be getting more used to the fact that at some point you will sweep my legs when you want to finish the sparring session" Nero complained as he flipped over so that she could update his stats
"You really should" grinned Aurathia as she sat on his lower back and pricked her finger and got to work "but since you haven't that means that you can still improve more and that you will benefit from our sparring sessions" slapping him playfully on his back to signal that she was done
"Here you go, your latest stat sheet" she beamed passing the sheet of paper to him
Taking the sheet Nero nodded, impressed at his new stats that included not only the boost that he got from Rias, but also the results of all the effort that he put in the day before on the 10th floor

"If I had to guess I would say that you got about 50 points for strength, endurance and agility due to your body being enhanced by being turned into a devil" Aurathia remarked "then got a boost of around 75 for your dexterity as devils have to have good control over their hands to be able to draw magic circles for their summoning circles, which affects their dexterity even if they use their magic to do so and then a big 250 point increase to your magic due to it being Rias's specialty and your new race" Aurathia suggested
"That makes sense to me" Nero agreed "now I should get going, magic stones aren't going to earn themselves" spreading his wings behind him
"Are you going to try to fly down?" Aurathia asked
"I'm going to try" Nero replied "it's always better to train when the only danger is hitting the ground a bit to hard and looking like a fool rather than trying it in the dungeon and immediately getting shot down by a magic spell from a monster"
"Well make sure you have a potion on you, if you break your legs I don;t want you running to me to complain about it" Aurathia joked playfully
"Ha ha, very funny" moaned Nero as he carefully used his wings to lift off from the floor then land a few times to get used to how they worked before walking to the edge of the cliff
"Keep an eye out for Yumi while you're out there" Aurathia shouted after him
"Will do" responded Nero with a thumbs up before taking a deep breath, and jumping off the edge of the cliff
After he had jumped Aurathia walked slowly over to the edge of the cliff and peeked over the edge, checking that Nero was ok, only returning back to her morning exercises with a smile after confirming that he was ok, with him only limping a small bit due to him not slowing down his descent enough and landing harder than he expected
