A few hours later as the moon began to rise into the sky Nero finally exited the dungeon, mumbling under his breath about imps being ambushing, team working bastards, his backpack filled to the brim with magic stones from the 10th floor
"I swear to gods and goddesses those imps have it in for me" he complained "everytime I found any other monster and started fighting it a group of them would always show up, and anytime I found one on its own it would lead me to other monsters or its friends, sometimes both" grumbling as he made his way to the guild to turn in the stones, the only good part of the imp
After depositing the money into his account Nero made his way back home, arriving at his dads diner by accident before turning around and making his way to his new home with a small smile
Arriving at the cliff face Nero made his way up with relative ease, having climbed the route multiple times during his training time leading to him knowing which route was the easiest and ascending quickly
At the top he saw Aurathia waiting for him at the door
"You stayed out a bit longer than usual today" she noted "I was starting to get a bit worried"
"I got a bit carried away on the tenth floor killing a bunch of imps, the little fuckers pissed me off and I wanted revenge so I ended up taking out my frustrations on them" Nero explained "plus I finally got enough energy to summon my next trainer"
"Any idea who it's going to be?"
"Not a clue, it's done by a gacha mechanic but I hope I get someone that will allow me to wipe all of the imps out from the dungeon permenantly" Nero joked
"Who knows maybe you will" chuckled Aurathia "for now lets get some food to help you recover from the day and then you can get to that training space of yours" she smiled, leading the way to the dinning room
While having a simple meal due to not having much food at the moment, something Aurathia planned to sort out the next day, Nero asked the question that had been on his mind most of the day
"Any sign of Yumi?"
"Not yet" Aurathia replied "but she seemed strong enough to look after herself and I would understand if she chose to join a different Familia, considering it's just me and you at the moment alot of the other Familia would be a better choice for her"
"Well then all we can hope is that she comes back, she would be a great addition to the Familia" Nero sighed
"Well that descision is hers to make" Aurathia smiled "now go get some sleep and start your new set of training with your new trainer"
"I will, goodnight Aura, I'll tell you about my new trainer tomorrow during our morning exercises"
"I look forward to it" she smiled
Lying down on his bed Nero quickly descended into a deep sleep, the training zone materialising around him
"Energy required detected, would you like to draw your next trainer?"
"Yes" replied Nero, both excited and nervous about who would be his next trainer
"Drawing in process... draw complete, Rias Gremory, Highschool dxd universe, skills gained, devil physique, power of destruction, devil magic, would you like to summon?"
"Yes" affirmed Nero
A magic circle appeared on the floor, raising upwards revealing the crimson haired Rias
"So, you are the one who summoned me" she stated looking around "could you please explain the situation to me?" she asked with a kind smile that had a mix of interest and intensity to it
Giving her the quick rundown of his abilities, the situation and what she was here for Rias's eyes opened wider and her smile became more genuine
"I'm in the world of Danmachi, for an anime fan like me this is quite the interesting situation you have put me in" her smile becoming more calculating "and you say that more girls will be summoned after me from other worlds that are based on anime"
"From what I have seen, both you and Yumi have followed that pattern so far so I can't be sure, and it might be possible for the system to chose other kinds of universes to pull a character from, but since you are only the second person I have summoned so far I can't be sure"
"Well then I should begin your training as soon as possible so that I am able to experience this new world that you have summoned me to" Rias declared, brushing her hair dramatically "first I will teach you how to properly control my magic, you will need to learn how to first control your demonic power and then I will teach you how to use the power of destruction" a mass of red aura surrounding her power
"I look forward to being in your care" Nero bowed, excited at the fact that he had just got a major power boost in terms of magic, an attack that so long as it hit his opponent would most likely take down all but the strongest monsters
"Now then" Rias stated, the training zone reacting to her needs and changing her clothes to make her look like a teacher "first we will go over the theoretical side of demonic powers to help you understand how your powers work, then we shall work to applying your knowledge to be able to use it"
"Do you have any types of storage magic? if so can we start with that as it would be incredibly helpful in the dungeon" Nero asked hopefully
"Storage magic is something that I can teach you" answered Rias "but it is not something that you will be able to pick up straight away just because you want it"
"Don't worry, I'm a quick learner" Nero joked confidently
"Then let's get to work then" Rias smiled, a blackboard appearing besides her and a table and chair appearing next to Nero as the class began.
