After putting away the shopping Aurathia sat down across from Yumi, who had taken her place back on the sofa
"Do you want anything Aura? I'm making tea for Yumi so I though I'd ask if you wanted a drink at the same time" Nero asked
"Just a water will do" she replied before turning to Yumi "So may I ask why you chose to return here? I am sure that there are many Familia that would be happy to have someone as skilled as you, and that is before you even have been given a falna"'
As Nero placed the drinks that he had made in front of the 2 women Yumi began to talk, Nero taking a seat next to Aurathia
"This past day I have taken my time looking around this city, I must say that it is a beautiful place, with fresh air, quiet nights due to there not being any vehicles that exist in my universe and everyone seems happy" she commented
"It is indeed a beautiful world" Aurathia agreed "when compared to the monotony of the divine realm I really enjoy this place much better"
"I have also noticed that there are many powerful individuals that I would not be able to beat with my current strength which means that not only won't I be able to keep myself safe if I was to be attacked by them, but I wouldn't be able to save those that need my help and inflict justice onto those who deserve it" Yumi stated as she slowly sipped her tea "as so I believe that it would be the correct descision to join a Familia"
"Your thought process is correct" Aurathia nodded "only the strong can decide what they truely want in this world, whether that be riches, justice or just being able to relax without worries" smiling at Yumi
"But that begs the question, why our Familia?" Nero questioned "surely there are other Familia that would suit you better? I'm sure Loki wouldn't say no to a beautiful woman like you"
"I have checked out the Loki Familia" Yumi responded as she placed her cup down a small amount of blush evident on her cheeks due to being called beautiful "but I believe that I would not fit in with the main group there, and that Loki cares more about the dungeon rather than what is happening on the surface"
"Ok what about one of the smaller Familia, there are many small ones where you would have the skills to become the captain of many of them like the Miach Familia, or the Takemikazuchi Familia might suit your Japanese origins" Nero suggested
"I have visited the Takemikazuchi Familia and did think they would be a good fit for me" Yumi replied calmly "but I feel like they are already a family there and I would feel like I would be intruding, and when I asked Takemikazuchi-sama for advise he said that I should follow my heart as in situations like this the heart makes a descision before the mind does, so I took some time to look inside of myself and found that the place that drew my interest the most was this place so I believe that it is the correct descision"
"Take always did have a way with words" Aurathia chuckled "we would be happy to have you join us, this place is to big for just the 2 of us anyway and I'm hoping that the Familia will grow even bigger"
"Thank you for your kindness" Yumi bowed before turning her face slightly with a blush "before you give me your falna would it be possible for me to have a bath" she asked shyly "I have not had the chance to wash since I arrived here"
"Of course you can" Aurathia smiled kindly "the entrance is across the hall, although Nero is the only male here make sure you go into the female side of the bath, we wouldn't want problems to occur for day one" she joked
"I will make sure to do so" Yumi replied bluntly, turning to Nero "if you peek I will make you regret it" Yumi said with a sharp look in her eye
"Don't worry I won't" Nero replied "I would feel bad doing that to anyone, let alone someone who was my trainer"
"Good" Yumi stated, her shoulder naturally loosing a small amount of tension as she stood up and made her way to the baths
"Well then I suppose we should make some food in celebration of the Famila growing" Aurathia smiled
"You mean I should make some food for us" Nero sighed with a wry smile
"Well you are the better cook out of the 2 of us" Aurathia smiled
"Alright I'll get to it, are you sure you're not the goddess of the future as you seem to have brought enough food for us to have a celebration like this at just the right time" Nero joked
"Nope, but I am the goddess of women, and I could feel that Yumi had a positive impression of us when you summoned her yesterday, and given that she is in a new world with no one to count on having a good impression of someone can lead them to feel safe with them which would most likely cause her to return to see us even if she didn't join the Familia and had instead joined a different one, in which case we should have a congradulations party for her and also thank her for all the training she gave you"
"Alright I get it you understand women better than I do" Nero raised his hands in mock surrender "now if you could help setting the table since I'm the one doing the cooking that would be great"
"Don't worry I will" chuckled Aurathia as she started setting the table, preparing the hall for the small party they were going to have.
