Chapter 20 - An Idea

"This... is that necessary? I can just walk in the shade," Andrew replied.

Even though it was just a sun protection shirt, it belonged to Scarlett, and Andrew didn't feel quite right wearing it.

Although, he had already been forced by Catherine to wear a skirt before.

Scarlett frowned slightly and spoke with the same tone as his mother, "Don't always dawdle. I'm telling you to wear it for your own good. It'll be useless to regret it once your skin gets burned by the sun."

That tone, combined with Scarlett's naturally aloof demeanor, immediately put pressure on Andrew. She was exactly like his own mother, and he didn't dare disobey her in the slightest.

"Oh."

Only after Andrew put on the sun protection shirt in front of her did Scarlett tell him to leave, while feeling pleased.

"Let's go. Try not to be directly exposed to the sun as much as possible."

Watching Andrew walk out of the office, Scarlett thought to herself, 'Hmph. He's already worn a skirt before, what's so embarrassing about wearing my sun protection shirt?'

The'suicide note' Andrew wrote when he was drunk that day was still saved on her phone.

'But when I told him forcefully, how quickly he became obedient, should I also try to force my love on him?' Scarlett thought for a few seconds, before shaking her head.

A few steps after leaving the office, Andrew ran into Suzanne, who was returning. He just nodded and greeted her.

"Hello, Teacher."

He left immediately after, not giving Suzanne time to ask him anything.

"After military training ended, why didn't he go out to play? What is he doing here?"

Suzanne walked into the office suspiciously. Upon seeing Scarlett, she immediately said to her, "Sister Scar, you should have come to dinner with us last night. That place was delicious, much better than ordering takeout to go back."

"I didn't order takeout last night. What I ate wasn't bad."

Scarlett had eaten at quite a few restaurants, and the taste was just average. How could it be better than what Andrew made?

"Huh? You didn't order takeout? Then what did you eat? You couldn't have cooked for yourself, could you?"

"Why couldn't I cook for myself?"

Scarlett retorted unhappily. She hadn't cooked before, but that didn't mean she couldn't learn.

On the other side, after Andrew left, he originally planned to go to Ethan and the others' dorm to play games. However, Ethan, Tony, and Bruce were all going to the club recruitment fair and dragged him along when they saw him.

At the recruitment fair, almost every club had a good-looking senior sister there to draw attention.

Even in places that were almost entirely male, like the Basketball Club and Soccer Club, they somehow managed to borrow senior sisters to recruit members.

Not to mention clubs like the Dance Club and Cosplay Club, which were almost entirely filled with beauties, leaving the three of them staring until their eyes almost popped out.

Andrew followed behind the three, speaking little, just looking around casually.

Because his skin was fair and his looks were decent, he was often actively greeted by the senior sisters from the clubs, but Andrew always shook his head and refused.

Clubs were full of trivial matters and were mostly useless. There was no way he would waste time joining one.

Just after refusing the request from the Chess Club, Tony suddenly leaned next to Andrew and exclaimed.

"Andy, Andy, look at the president of the Dance Club, she's so beautiful! She must be the campus belle of our school."

Ethan immediately agreed and added, "Me too. She's dazzling. No wonder the Dance Club has gathered so many people."

Bruce was even more direct: "She looks especially good in a dress, and her legs are so fair and long."

Hearing what the three said, one might think they had seen Marilyn Monroe reborn. Andrew glanced in the direction of the Dance Club, then calmly replied.

"She's just average."

As soon as he said that, Ethan immediately felt uncomfortable, like a clown, "Damn it, only you are so high and mighty."

Andrew couldn't help but glance at Ethan, "How can she be as beautiful as Scarlett?"

"Then do you dare to keep looking at her?"

"Why wouldn't I dare? I look quite often."

Andrew said dismissively. Not only did he dare to look, but he could look every morning when he woke up and every night before he slept.

He even saw Scarlett walking around barefoot at home every day. And after knowing she is not ferocious, he even started dreaming of something else.

"Hey? Where did you get this sun protection shirt, Andrew?"

Bruce suddenly noticed the sun protection shirt Andrew was suddenly wearing. He sniffed carefully and detected a particularly pleasant fragrance.

"You smell really good."

"Yeah, where did you go after lunch? How did you suddenly disappear? And you came back with an extra piece of clothing? You smell nice too. Could it be that you went to a massage parlor?"

"Get lost! I went to help Scarlett move books. Didn't you see?"

Andrew said lightly. There was nothing to hide; he was just helping his subject teacher move things.

But neither of them believed him. Ethan reached out and put his arm around Andrew's shoulder, asking him, "Do I look like an idiot to you?"

"Quite a bit."

"Go to hell."

Bruce bypassed Ethan and asked instead, "If you went to move books, then what about this sun protection shirt?"

Andrew thought for a moment and casually said, "Could it be mine?"

"I think you're full of crap. You're probably secretly dating someone behind our backs, which is why you were so dismissive of the Dance Club president just now."

Andrew looked at Ethan speechlessly, too lazy to explain further: "Yes, yes, yes, I went to date someone, and she's incredibly beautiful."

While the three were boasting, they suddenly realized that Tony had disappeared somewhere. They turned around and saw that he had already run over to the dance studio to sign up for the club.

Moreover, he was hitting on the president in front of a crowd, "Senior sister, could I get your contact information?"

Andrew shook his head repeatedly as he watched and quickly walked away in the opposite direction, "Don't know him, don't know him."

The four of them wandered around the recruitment fair for the afternoon. During this time, Scarlett finished her work and was about to go back. She asked Andrew if he was returning, and Andrew, thinking there was nothing to do back there, refused.

As evening approached, the four returned to the dorm. Stark and Johnson seemed tired from playing games and were both looking at their phones. A guy named Steve was working out on the balcony.

When Johnson saw them return, he immediately asked, "How was it? Did you see any beauties?"

"Yes, yes, yes, lots of them. You really missed out by not going."

"Well, I don't know. I saw the school confession wall constantly refreshing photos from the club recruitment fair. Maybe I saw more than you guys did."

Hearing Johnson say that, Ethan immediately felt like he missed out big time: "Ah, why did I forget to take pictures?"

"It's the same looking at the confession wall now anyway."

"I'm going to take a look."

Ethan opened the school confession wall. He originally went to look at beautiful girls, but the latest post was actually about a challenge match for the 'Fearless Contract.' Looking at the comments below, Stark was currently exchanging flame wars and issuing a challenge to someone.

"Sterk, are you going to fight him offline?"

"This damn scrub keeps yapping. I have to flame him."

Stark's verbal battle wasn't over when the confession wall refreshed again. It was a message about a lost and found item. Looking at it, the item was lost during military training that morning, but the post was only made now. It was quickly pushed down by a new message.

Andrew looked at the chaotic confession wall and suddenly had a great idea.

That people love to bully each other online, since no one can have fear of anyone.

But still, a few times they were caught by their enemy and apologized to them personally. But what if they were not having a little fear of getting caught.

They are willing to pay to talk, confess and play games while not even a little bit fear of getting caught.

Just as he was thinking, Andrew received a message from Scarlett asking when he was coming back.

"When are you coming back?"

"Soon, almost there."

"I'm not rushing you, don't worry. I happen to be making dinner right now."

"???"
