This world is split into 30 countries - each boasting a large number of politicians and military machinery. Of the 30 countries, 29 of them agreed to unite in order to create the United Nations. Aria was the only country left out of the agreement - by choice. Aria was the home to the first Don over 1000 years ago in 1026. The role of the Don is similar to a prime minister; however, the power of the Don is comparable to none. No one knows how the Don is so powerful both physically and politically, but not a day goes past when children aren't clamouring to be next in line for the position. Many would assume that the likeable, kind-hearted public persona is nothing more than a farce to please Parliament; however, he is a man of strong conviction who is the same both off-screen and on.
"What the hell is the Don doing here of all places?! This is Berry Town for crying out loud!" Exclaimed Shin.
"Yes, I'm Fine, Sir!" Answered Taiga, "I have no long-lasting damage, I believe."
"Well that's great to hear, would you two boys care to share your names? I must reimburse the two of you for this accident as it sprang from my carelessness."
"No, its fine Sir no one really got hurt. I'm Taiga Kurosawa and that knumbnut over there is my twin Shin. Really sir, its fin-"
Taiga was interrupted by the sudden thudding of the Don's forehead slamming onto the hard, concrete road as he prostrated himself in apology.
"I AM TRULY SORRY FOR THE TROUBLE AND TRAUMA I HAVE CAUSED YOU! PLEASE FREE ME FROM MY GUILT!"
"Yo, dude we said its fine" Replied Shin
*Taiga jabs his elbow into Shin's ribs*
"Show some respect," He muttered
As the Don rose from the ground, Taiga noticed something. He saw a terrifying look on the Don's face that shook him to his core. It was only for a mere second, but the Don looked as if he was disgusted, revolted, truly disturbed.
'Disgusted at what?' Taiga thought to himself.
"To answer your earlier question, Shin - what I, the 33rd Don, Noctis Vale, am doing outside of my country- is none of your business - bleuh." He said while sticking his tongue out and pulling down his lower eyelid.
"I understand being in our country, Emberstan, it does border Aria after all," replied Shin, "but here specifically - in Berry Town?! You've gotta give us something to work with."
"Fine, if you really want to know, I'm here to try out a brand new restaurant called Triple Bite. I was hoping you'd keep it down since I really do not want anybody to know I'm here.
"Why's that?" Questioned Taiga
"My wife would totally kill me if she knew how much gas I've wasted on this cross-country trip, all to try some stupid fast food."
"Wife?! You don't look much older than us." Said Shin
"Yeah, I am only 20, but political marriages are unavoidable even for a man of my calibre" Replied the young man, blushing at the mere mention of his partner.
"Guess even the Don's scared of the ol' wife." Laughed Shin and Taiga
"Now about your reimbursements" The Don suddenly spoke, whilst calmly removing his gloves. He bore an eerie look of ecstasy on his face as he spoke.
"You two seem suitable."
