Chapter 52 – From BAFTA to Grammy: A Night of Luxury and Pleasure
February 15, 2016 – The Hangover of Success
Jacob Stewart woke up in his suite at The Savoy Hotel in London, with the BAFTA for Best Actor gleaming on his bedside table.
He took a deep breath, still trying to process everything.
He had won another major award.
The Golden Globe. The SAG. Now, the BAFTA.
And the Oscar? It was right there.
He got out of bed, picked up the trophy, and ran his fingers over the golden surface.
That's when his cell phone vibrated.
It was a message from his agent, Richard Calloway.
Richard: "Jacob, get ready. You've been invited to the Grammy Awards tonight in Los Angeles. Your flight leaves in three hours. Oh, and dress well. You'll be surrounded by music goddesses."
Jacob laughed.
The Grammy?
He had never thought about going to a music awards show, but…
Why not?
He was living the peak of his career.
It was time to enjoy it.
Jacob took a private jet from Warner Bros., since the studio now insisted on treating him like a king.
During the flight, he looked out the window, seeing the clouds below him.
It was surreal to think that, just a few years ago, he was sleeping on the streets.
And now?
He was a BAFTA winner, one of Hollywood's biggest stars, and he was going to the Grammys, where some of the most stunning women in the world would be.
He smiled to himself.
Life was good.
Upon landing in Los Angeles, Jacob went straight to the Staples Center, where the Grammy Awards would take place.
As he stepped out of the limousine, camera flashes exploded.
He wore a black Giorgio Armani suit, impeccable Italian shoes, and a platinum Rolex watch.
The journalists crowded around to interview him.
"Jacob Stewart! You won a BAFTA yesterday and you're at the Grammys today. How's that going?"
Jacob laughed and adjusted his tie.
"Well, I never say no to a good party."
He continued walking, greeting a few celebrities along the way.
Then he smelled an intoxicating perfume and heard a familiar voice.
"Well, well, if it isn't the most talked-about man in Hollywood."
He turned and saw Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Katy Perry, all impeccably dressed, looking at him with provocative smiles.
Jacob raised an eyebrow and smiled slightly.
"This feels like a dream. All of you here… and all looking at me."
Beyoncé laughed and crossed her arms.
"Well, you've been the talk of the town, Jacob. It was only a matter of time before we met."
Rihanna gently ran her hand across his chest. — And maybe tonight will get even more interesting.
Taylor Swift tilted her head and smiled.
— Who knows?
Jacob felt that the night would be legendary.
During the event, Jacob was received like a king.
He sat in the VIP section, among some of the biggest celebrities in the music industry.
Between awards ceremonies, he exchanged glances with Beyoncé, Rihanna, Katy Perry, and Taylor Swift.
It was a silent game.
A game he knew exactly how to play.
At one moment, Beyoncé picked up her champagne glass and took a sip, keeping her eyes fixed on him.
At another, Taylor Swift passed close to his table, lightly brushing her fingers against his shoulder as she went.
Rihanna bit her lower lip while smiling slightly at him.
And Katy Perry gave him a look full of silent promises.
Jacob knew what was happening.
And he had no intention of going home alone that night.
After the Grammys, the stars headed to an exclusive after-party at a luxurious mansion in Beverly Hills.
Jacob knew this would be a memorable night.
He was sitting in a VIP lounge, a glass of whiskey in hand, when the four goddesses of music joined him.
Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Katy Perry.
They looked incredibly stunning, and all had the same expression on their faces.
Desire.
Beyoncé leaned towards him and whispered in his ear.
"You have real masculine energy, Jacob. It's rare to find that around here."
Rihanna ran her fingers across his chest.
"And you exude confidence. That's sexy."
Katy Perry laughed and took a sip of her drink.
"The question is… can you handle the four of us?"
Jacob smirked and finished his whiskey in one gulp.
He looked at the four most desired women in the music world and calmly replied:
"There's only one way to find out."
They laughed, and then…
They left together.
Jacob knew this would be a night he would never forget.
And, when the sun rose…
He would wake up in bed with four goddesses of music beside him.
The next day arrived with the first rays of sunlight entering Jacob's immense suite.
He slowly opened his eyes and looked around.
Beyoncé, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, and Katy Perry were there, asleep in white silk sheets.
Jacob smiled to himself.
He got up silently, went to the kitchen and started preparing a special breakfast.
A short time later, the four woke up and found Jacob serving pancakes and coffee.
Taylor smiled, running her fingers through her hair.
"You're not just a BAFTA winner… You can cook too?"
Beyoncé laughed.
"He's a man of many talents."
Rihanna picked up a cup of coffee and looked at Jacob with a twinkle in her eye.
"I think we'll all remember this night for a long time."
Jacob just smiled.
"Believe me… Me too."
And so, another legend was written in Jacob Stewart's story.
But he knew…
The biggest challenge was yet to come.
The Oscars were right there.
Chapter 53 – The Night of the Oscars
Return to Filming John Wick 2
After the legendary Grammy night, Jacob Stewart returned to full focus on filming "John Wick: Chapter 2".
The action scenes were even more intense, the firearms training became frequent, and the fight choreography was exhausting.
But Jacob was used to it.
His body was already molded to the brutal routine of action filming.
"Let's do it again! Again!" shouted Chad Stahelski, the film's director.
Jacob took a deep breath, firmly gripping the customized Glock in his hand.
He positioned himself for the scene, ran across the set, fired at simulated targets, slid on the ground, and finished the sequence with a knife strike.
The take was flawless.
"Perfect, Jacob! As always, man. This is going to look beautiful on screen!" praised Stahelski.
Even exhausted, Jacob was satisfied.
But deep down, his thoughts were already elsewhere.
The Oscars were approaching.
And he knew it would be an unforgettable night.
The Big Day – February 28, 2016
The morning of the Oscars dawned clear and sunny in Los Angeles.
Jacob woke up early, took a cold shower, and stared at himself in the mirror.
This was the moment.
The Golden Globe? He won.
The SAG Award? He won.
The BAFTA? He won.
But… the Oscar?
It was the ultimate prize.
It was every actor's dream.
He wore a bespoke Tom Ford suit, Italian leather shoes, and a platinum Cartier watch.
As he left his house, a fleet of journalists was already waiting in front of his mansion.
Camera flashes exploded as soon as he entered the limousine that would take him to the Dolby Theatre.
As he stepped onto the red carpet, the whole world was watching.
Jacob Stewart was no longer just a promising actor.
He was one of the biggest movie stars.
Reporters rushed to interview him.
"Jacob! How are you feeling today?"
He smiled, adjusting his jacket.
"Anxious. But above all, grateful. Just being here is a victory."
As he walked down the red carpet, several movie stars greeted him.
Leonardo DiCaprio shook his hand and smiled.
"This is your night, man. Enjoy it."
Jennifer Lawrence walked past him and winked.
"If you win, I want to see you celebrating at the after-party."
Jacob laughed.
He knew this night would be forever etched in his memory.
The ceremony began with Chris Rock as host, delivering sharp jokes and ensuring the audience laughed.
The awards were being handed out, and as the minutes ticked by, The Revenant dominated the night.
Best Cinematography? Won!
Best Makeup and Hairstyling? Won!
Best Director?
When Alejandro G. Iñárritu took the stage to receive the award, he made a point of thanking the entire team, but especially Jacob Stewart.
"This film was a physical, mental, and emotional challenge. But it only came to life because we had an actor like Jacob Stewart. This award is also yours, my friend."
Jacob felt a pang in his chest.
And then…
The most anticipated moment of the night arrived.
Julianne Moore took the stage holding the golden envelope.
The Dolby Theatre fell into absolute silence.
Jacob's heart raced.
This was it.
Julianne opened the envelope, smiled, and announced:
"And the Oscar for Best Actor goes to… Jacob Stewart – The Revenant!"
The theater erupted in applause.
Jacob closed his eyes for a second.
He had won.
He stood up, went to the stage, and took the golden statuette in his hands.
He took a deep breath.
And then, he began to speak.
Jacob looked at the audience, at the cameras, at the whole world watching.
He held the microphone and said:
"I never imagined I would be here. Never. But I fought for it. I worked tirelessly. I went hungry, I slept on the streets, I fell countless times. But I never gave up. And today I am here, holding this statuette…"
Many in the audience were already teary-eyed.
"I want to dedicate this to everyone who has ever felt they are not good enough. Who has ever heard that they will never succeed. I am proof that you can. No matter where you came from, no matter how many times you have failed… Get up. Keep going. Never stop believing. Because one day, it will be your turn."
The audience rose to their feet in applause.
It was a powerful, genuine, and moving speech.
Jacob Stewart was no longer just an award-winning actor.
He was a living legend.
The night was far from over.
After the awards ceremony, Jacob went to the famous Vanity Fair after-party.
Photographers kept capturing images of him holding the Oscar, toasting with champagne, and surrounded by celebrities.
Beyoncé, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Tom Hardy, Scarlett Johansson… Everyone wanted to congratulate him and celebrate with him.
And, of course, their wives were there.
At the end of the night, Jacob looked at the Los Angeles sky and smiled.
He knew.
This was just the beginning.
The night he became one of the biggest stars in movie history.
