In the Lecture Hall – After the Bell
The students were seated, but the atmosphere was quiet.
Shiyoung stormed in, tossing his bag onto the table, and immediately glared at Max.
Shiyoung (angrily): "Do you know what you're doing, laughing at me in front of everyone?! If I hadn't caught her, you would've embarrassed me in front of everyone too!"
Max (smiling): "Calm down, buddy... don't be mad at me. To make up for it... we'll go to the mall, and I'll treat you to your favorite juice."
Shiyoung paused for a moment, hesitant, then scowled again.
On the other side of the hall, Shion sat, annoyed, shooting Jay a glare of blame.
Shion (whispering): "Why did you push me like that? In front of everyone!"
Jay (smiling mischievously, pretending innocence): "Sorry! I really didn't mean it... Come after class... we'll go to the mall together... I'll treat you to your favorite juice."
Shion thought for a moment, her hands still sweaty, but she didn't hesitate.
From a distance, Max glanced at Jay. Their eyes met for a few seconds, a subtle, hidden smile appearing on both their faces.
The plan was in motion. Each of them was pulling Shion and Shiyoung in their own way
