At the University – The Next Morning
Jay strutted proudly alongside Shion toward the lecture hall. The corridor buzzed with laughter and chatter from the students. Suddenly, Max appeared with Shiyoung, who gave him an angry glare about yesterday's events.
Jay glanced at her brother from afar and gave a quick wink. Max smiled slightly, knowing the moment had come.
Suddenly, Jay extended her hand and gave Shion a strong push in front of everyone.
Jay (with a fake voice): "Sorry! I didn't mean to!"
Shion stumbled forward, heading straight toward Shiyoung.
Max shouted loudly, drawing everyone's attention:
"Catch her! Grab her, Shiyoung!"
Shiyoung was startled, but quickly reached out and caught Shion before she fell. The students around them whispered and laughed.
Shion (flustered): "Th-thank you."
Shiyoung quickly pulled his hand back, his face turning bright red from embarrassment. Then he turned to Max, furious:
Shiyoung: "Hey! Don't make fun of me in front of everyone, Max! Is this all your doing?"
Max laughed, lightly clapping his hands:
"On the contrary... you saved the situation. Everyone sees you as a hero!"
The students' laughter grew louder, while Shiyoung boiled with anger. Shion stood there, stunned by what had just happened. Jay, on the side, wore an innocent expression—but her eyes carried a small, triumphant smile. (The plan had worked.)
A short while later:
The bell rang.
The noise faded gradually, and everyone headed to the lecture hall.
Shion and Jay entered together.
Shiyoung entered, frowning and furious.
Max kept laughing as he walked, as if everything had gone exactly according to his plan.
