11:00 PM, the night before the day of the trial

I'm currently outside waiting for someone. I told this person to meet me beforehand after class, I asked for this person's phone number, and I would call later and telling the person to meet me here. The trial is tomorrow, and I want to get things sorted out as much as possible.
"You're here" I said. I didn't need to look behind me since I was already expecting who this person is.
"Why did you want to meet me here?" Horikita said
"It's about the trial" I said
"And what of it?" she asked
"I heard that you nor the class has found any evidence yet, am I right?"
Horikita was silent for a bit until she spoke again.
"Why do you care?"
"I have a reason to believe that this incident is more than just a simple issue on its own"
"What exactly do you mean by that?
"I won't tell you the details but as long as it can benefit us, then consider your class to be under our protection....for now of course"
"I want myself and a few classmates of mine to takeover for you guys, if that's all right with you" I continued
"Do what you want, but I want to ask, why are you guys even helping us?" she asked
"Some of my classmates want to help and there are others that don't, but I told them personally that I wouldn't mind doing things having to take over on this one"
"So this is your own decision then?"
"Yes, besides I uphold the value of bringing justice to society"
"Justice? you sound like a detective"
"Exactly but that's all I've got to say"
"So do we have a deal?"

The day of the trial

We are currently in the room where the student council, the three students from Class C including their sensei, Sakagami are here. Myself, Ryuzaki, Akise, Sudo, Sakura as well as Class D's sensei Chabashira.
"Are you sure you know what you're doing?" Sudo asked
"Of course, you can trust me" I said
"Let us begin, we will now hold deliberations regarding the incident that occurred last Tuesday." she said. The one talking from what I've heard is the Student Council's secretary Tachibana Akane.
"As Student Council secretary, I Tachibana, preside"
"From what I'm aware of, given your busy schedule as the Student Council, it is quite rare to see any of you to take action" Ryuzaki said
"You are correct, but I had to miss my participations in a few agendas, since I've heard that the one who will be involved in this trial is Class S themselves" I wonder if he's that intrigued about us, well from what Ayanokouji said about him. He seems quite interested in Class S.
"I see, so you also acknowledge the strength that this class wields, eh?" Chabashira-sensei said
"Now to both sides: I wish to ascertain which version of events are true"
"Then let us begin then" the president said as Tachibana began to speak.
"According to Ishizaki and the other two, you were called to the special annex building by Sudo and then attacked by him. Sudo denies the claim that he caused violence and insists that Komiya was the one who called him there. Both versions of the events are contradictory"
"But the fact that was certain was Sudo attacked all three of you and you three are the victims in this situation" she explained and suddenly I noticed Sudo suddenly stood up.
"What do you mean? yes, I'll admit it, I did hit them, but it was for self-defense" He is right about something. He did injure them, but the question is if it really was self-defense. I saw Ryuzaki not making any reactions yet but why do I have the feeling he has something up his sleeve.
"Hey, are you onto something there Ryuzaki?" Akise whispered while asking
"Yes, but it's not the right time to say it now" he answered
There was some bickering from Sudo, and the three Class C students until Tachibana calmed them down.
"Be quiet please, unless there is evidence or any new testimony. We shall proceed under these assumptions, Is this acceptable?"
"Hold on" Ryuzaki stood up and everyone has their eyes on him
"May I ask a few questions?" he asked
"President?" Tachibana said
"I'll allow it" the president said
"To what circumstance in which you called Sudo out for?" he asked
"Answer the question" he said while gazing on the three students
"Well, after practice, he said he wanted to talk to me" the boy whose name is Kondo said
"Then why are you with Ishizaki then? there would be no reason for him to be there since he's not in the basketball club"
"I....wanted insurance since we all know how violent he is" he said. Sudo is trying to hold his anger for now, but I don't mind it. Insurance he said? this a bit suspicious on his part, yes it makes sense that Sudo is violent but the way he said it feels like a pre-made response. As if he knows what he was going say. There must be something that he's not telling us, so I joined in as well.
"Is this why Ishizaki is there? I heard that he was good at fighting back in middle school, so you wanted someone like him to protect you guys."
"That's right"
"But that's a half-baked argument there" I said
"Huh?" he was confused on what I said, but I know that they are not telling us something.
"It makes zero sense for someone even of Sudo's strength to take on three people at once. With Ishizaki's experience in fighting as well as being three of you, Sudo would stand less of a chance against all of you" I explained
"B-but that's because we didn't want to fight."
"If you didn't want to fight then how would any of you get those injuries in the first place" Akise now interjects himself
"I mean any of you couldn't get hurt to this degree and besides it's common sense that you would also respond by fighting back and given that it was a three-on-one advantage. It is extremely unlikely that any of you would've lost that fight" he added.
The three boys were stunned at what Akise explained. He's quite sharp I'll give him that.
"And yes, even if Sudo got himself involved, we already have a witness to this little incident" I said
The three students, Sakagami-sensei, as well as Sudo were now stunned at the revelation.
"I see, so that's why she's here then?" Sakagami sensei said as he points at Sakura who was silent the entire time.
"Tell me then Sakura, was it? you saw Sudo get attacked first, right?" I asked her
"Y-y-yes I did see Sudo get attacked by Class C first" she said nervously
"If Sakura saw the incident, then why didn't you report it immediately to the school?" Sakagami asked.
"Well..because.."
"She couldn't report it since she was not sure about who instigated the fight first" I answered for her
"I see, so this means it proves nothing. Even if she was the eyewitness, there is still no proof of who started the fight" Sakagami exclaimed
"Actually..."
"There is evidence that I can show you" everyone was silent upon hearing this. I was the one who said it with assurance.
"In fact, it's even recorded on camera" I said. I smiled knowing that I have something up my sleeve while the Class C students were now shocked at this revelation. It looks like we have them now.
"Display it" the president said
"Okay" Tachibana said
The windows in the room were now shut and it became slightly dark. As the footage is now presented. It showed that it was the Class C students that started it. They started beating Sudo up and Sudo fought back but it looked like the three students were letting themselves get attacked on purpose
"From the footage, as you can see, they were the ones who attacked first and judging by their actions. They allowed Sudo to attack them, they didn't even try to fight back as it looks like they were provoking him to attack"
"And in addition, notice that they're already have injuries on them before the other notable injuries are noticeable? so, it means that they staged this little incident so that Sudo would look like the villain of this incident since he's the one who left the building unscathed while the other three were not"
"What! No way! where did that footage even come from!?" Ishizaki shouted
"Well, you see there was already a camera there that was already placed there just before the incident occurred" I said
"Ridiculous! from what I remembered there was no cameras anywhere in that place" Sakagami-sensei said
"Ohh so you're saying that these students of yours knew that the building didn't have security cameras and what they did was all staged?"
"I-I.." Sakagami-sensei has no words to speak as along with the other three were now dumbfounded.
"This is actual footage from the same time and date as the incident, and if you must know. The last time Ryuzaki and I went to the building. There was already a camera installed in that area just before the incident."
"But that's impossible! how could there be.."
"Silence please"
"Turn it off I've seen enough" the president spoke as the windows are now open again and returned the camera to me.
"Well then it seems that we have come to a verdict"
"With the evidence presented by Class S, Class C will now be penalized for acting on violence upon a student. They will have their Class points reduced tomorrow" the Class C students and Sakagami-sensei were still in shock of what transpired. It was satisfying to know that I've brought justice on those who would dare violate the rules of society.
"So does this mean..."
"Yes in other words, you are deemed innocent by the Student Council" Tachibana answered
Sudo still couldn't believe what happened but after all that has happened everyone was dismissed. Before we walked away, we heard a voice.
"Well done" the three of us looked back and it was the Student Council president himself.
"To be honest, I wasn't expecting any of you to get a hold of this kind of evidence, and I'd like to ask.."
"Why was there a camera there even though that building didn't have security cameras" he asked
"Actually, I'm the one who planted the camera" Ryuzaki said
"Ohh? so, you're the one who did it"
"I did it a month ago actually. Light and I scouted that building in particular and we noticed that there were no cameras, so we decided that we planted our own security camera on that very location in case of something interesting has happened"
"You could say that it was just merely convenient of us to have gathered this evidence"
"And the witness?"
"She was only a witness; she had a picture of the incident, but she obliviously didn't know who started it, so we used the hidden camera as proof of that incident"
The student council president and even the secretary were impressed by what they heard.
"I see now. What are your names?"
"I'm Yagami Light"
"My name is Rue Ryuzaki"
"Aru Akise"
"Well then, I'm Horikita Manabu but I'm sure you must be already familiar with me"
"Class S....to be honest I'm a bit disappointed" what does he mean by that?
"Why is that Mr. President?" Akise asked
"Because ever since I started in this school, not to boast but I've always been a brilliant student since Middle school, and no one could hold a candle to me, I was a genius they said"
"But when I heard about Class S, this was the first time I've heard of it since not even the student council of the previous year's even heard of it."
"So when I saw that Class S came into existence, I was excited. In fact, it was a feeling of longing. Longing for a true challenge"
"A challenge?" I asked
"Exactly"
"It's a shame that I'm already in my third year the moment this class existed. It could've kept me interested in for as long as I want."
There was silence until Ryuzaki spoke.
"So, you want a challenge, correct?"
"Indeed" Horikita-senpai answered
"Then I'll be looking forward to it" the president said as he smiled.
