I'm currently in the school library right now since given my condition, I wouldn't be able to join the rest of Class A unfortunately, but it matters not since I am keeping myself busy after all by playing a little game of chess. Masumi-san just recently called me on my phone and briefed her recent report to me.
"That's all I can report for now" she said
"Thank you for the report, Masumi-san" I said
"What should I do now?" she asked
"Right, there are students I want you to investigate."
"Who?"
"The ones who are from Class S specifically"
"I'm on it" she said before I hung up the phone.
"I guess that is an understandable excuse given your heart condition" as I looked it was him again.
"You are correct but what's your excuse?" I asked
"I just didn't want to bother with the likes of Katsuragi that's all, besides, whatever happens, Class A will still hold the top spot" he said
"My my, you always assure that we'll be staying at the top. I like that about you. I mean given that you are the heir of one of the most powerful financial conglomerates in the world after all"
"That's right, success is what my family thrives for, and I will succeed in this school even if it means taking a few necessary losses."
"fufufu, care to join me then? how about a little game"
"I've only played chess a few times, but I would gladly accept your challenge"
"As expected of you, no wonder why this school scouted you in the first place."

Ayanokouji POV
This is troublesome. I wonder why Shigeru-sensei decided to call me. I wanted a bit of peace for myself and then my phone rang, and he told me to meet him in the theater area.
I've arrived at the theater area, and I saw Shigeru-sensei sitting in the back along with...Chabashira-sensei? I wonder what's going on here. Either way I walked up to where they are.
"You've arrived Ayanokouji" Shigeru-sensei said
"So, what do you want and why is she here" I asked referring to Chabashira-sensei
"Actually, I have a message for you, and it concerns a certain man that contacted the school" she said, ohh great I knew "that man" would be after me.
"Yes, and it seems that he wanted to expel you" Shigeru-sensei followed
"I don't know who you are referring to, but you know you can't expel just anyone without reason correct?" I spoke.
"Of course, you are in the confines of the school. So, you are pretty much protected" he said
"But I doubt that you will cause any trouble" he added1
"That wouldn't be a problem" I said
"Really? but your intentions don't matter to me. If I or Kaito decide that you are the problem, then that's what you really are"
"Are you threatening me?"
"Hold on Sae, I think it would be best to trust in Ayanokouji. After all he's my responsibility" Shigeru-sensei said
"Very well, to be honest, if you were in my class, I think I would've given you a blank check of insurance that you can be capable of reaching Class A. But since you haven't managed to even surpass Class A with this special class, I'm beginning to have my doubts."
"So, you're saying that I wouldn't be able to make it?"
"The short answer would be yes" she's trying to piss me off. But I stood my ground regardless.
"You know I'm not capable of jokes, sensei, since what you said is far from the truth"
"Alright, then prove to me that by the end of the year...."

It was the next morning as I got up from bed, there was an announcement heard from the speakers.
"Good morning students, we will be arriving at the island soon. We hope you'll take your time observing this highly significant scenery"
"Significant scenery?" I questioned myself
As I got outside my room and headed to the deck of the ship. I saw the rest of Class S and a few other students from different classes looking at the island we are heading to. I decided to meet with Class S as they looked ahead at the island.
"Good morning, Ayanokouji, just in time" Lelouch greeted me
"Good morning, Ayanokouji" Shirogane also greeted me
"Do you guys think it's suspicious?" I asked
"So, you noticed it?" Kei joins in
"Yeah, I mean aside from this whole vacation having a catch, it seems that for some reason. The ship seems to be planning on circling around the island" Light said
"Exactly, usually we would just land to that nearby port that's already in front of us but seeing the direction we are going, they're taking this unnecessary detour." Ryuzaki added
"Yes, likely answer is that they must be taking this detour on purpose." Tatsuya also joined in.
I guess judging from what I've been hearing from my classmates, I'm not the only one who noticed everything up to now. Pretty soon while circling the island. The classes were assembled and started their roll calls. Mashima-sensei then stepped forward from the line of teachers and then began speaking.
"I'm Mashima, Class A's teacher, as we prepare to arrive on the island, here's what you should be expecting." he said as he showed us a watch of some kind.
"Your school ID's will be confiscated. In exchange, you'll be wearing these wristwatches. Those who remove them without permission will be penalized."
"Trying to be cautious now, are we?" I heard Sora muttered
"Now that we have reached the island. First off, I'm glad that we made it all here safely but unfortuantely, two people cannot join us today. One is due to an illness and the other is currently sick just before the day of our departure" One due to illness? if my guess is right then I'm guessing it's Sakayanagi since she's the one with a cane but who was the other one who got sick, I wonder? this is making me suspicious for some reason, but I don't know why.
"Anyway, I'd like to start the year's first special examination"
"huh?" I heard confusion among some of the students but seeing some of the other faces including my own class, they don't seem to be surprised.
"The testing period will be one week. You'll be living as a group on this deserted island. You will be making your own decisions from here on out" I see, so this test has something to do with that island. As I looked at the faces of my classmates, they don't seem worried. I guess given that they knew that somethings up, they would've been prepared for something like this.
"During this test, you are not allowed to board the ship without any justifiable reason. You can create your own place to sleep preparing your own food." I'm assuming those might cost points if we were given some that is.
"Also, each class will be provided with two tents for eight students, two flashlights, one box of matches, and backpacks containing other necessary goods, as well as sunblock for the girls. However, if you want to be provided with other necessities then you must approach your homeroom teachers, but obtaining such items would require you to spend 300 of your special test S points" Special test points? So, I was right that there will be points given.
"There will be details on how much those items are from the manuals that we the teachers shall provide for you. Also, you are allowed to use those points to your liking" I see but I wonder if there's more to this exam than just using up points?
"You can go swimming, hold a barbecue, and whatever kind of leisure. The theme of this exam is freedom after all" Freedom huh?+
"The other important details are also found in those manuals, also we will now handout your wristwatches" he said
"So, what's the plan leader?" Karma said to Kei
"Don't worry I'm sure you're already thinking what I'm thinking" he said
Looking at the rest of my classmates, everyone seems to be calm as ever.
"Well then shall we begin?" Kei said as everyone of us nodded
