Jay's POV
Soft sunlight slipped through the curtains and gently landed on my face.
I stirred slightly, feeling warm arms wrapped tightly around my waist.
I slowly opened my eyes.
And the first thing I saw was Keifer Watson staring at me.
Not blinking.
Just staring.
My cheeks heated immediately.
"Why are you staring at me like that?" I asked, still half asleep.
Keifer smirked lazily.
"Because I woke up next to the most beautiful woman in the world."
I buried my face in the pillow.
"You're so shameless."
He chuckled quietly and tightened his hold on my waist.
"Good morning to you too."
I tried sitting up.
"Get up. We have school."
Before I could stand, his arm suddenly pulled me back.
"Keifer!"
He dragged me closer, my back pressing against his chest.
"Five more minutes," he murmured.
"No—"
Before I finished, he tilted my chin and kissed me.
My heart skipped.
I kissed him back softly for a moment before pulling away.
"We're going to be late."
"You worry too much."
"And you don't worry at all."
"Exactly."
I finally escaped his arms and walked toward the bathroom.
"Get ready," I warned him.
"Yes, ma'am."
After getting ready, I came back to the room and started packing my school bag.
Just then the bathroom door opened.
Keifer stepped out wearing his uniform shirt…
But his tie was hanging around his neck in a mess.
I stared at him.
"You still don't know how to tie that?"
He shrugged.
"It's complicated."
I sighed.
"Come here."
He walked closer.
I grabbed his tie and started fixing it.
But suddenly I noticed something.
He wasn't moving.
He was just staring at me again.
"Stop staring," I said.
"You're distracting."
"From standing?"
He smirked.
Then his smirk suddenly widened.
"Jay…"
"What?"
"You might want to fix your shirt."
I frowned and looked down.
My eyes widened instantly.
The top buttons of my uniform shirt were open, and because I was leaning forward while fixing his tie—
Everything was visible.
"KEIFER!" I gasped, immediately covering myself.
He laughed.
"I didn't say anything!"
"You were smirking!"
"You're cute when you panic."
"You're impossible!"
"Your impossible."
I quickly fixed my shirt while glaring at him.
"Pervert."
He grinned.
"Only for you."
Breakfast
When we went downstairs, Keiren and Keigan were already eating.
"Good morning, Jay!" Keigan said happily.
"Morning," I smiled.
Keiren looked between me and Keifer suspiciously.
"You two look very suspicious."
Keifer sat down calmly.
"How?"
"You're both blushing."
"I'm not!" I protested.
Keigan laughed.
"Kuya Keifer got exposed."
"Eat your food," Keifer said.
We finished breakfast quickly.
After that we dropped the boys at their school before heading to ours.
Section E
The moment we entered the classroom…
Chaos started.
"OOHHHH LOOK WHO CAME TOGETHER AGAIN!" Felix shouted.
"THE ROYAL COUPLE!" Josh added.
I groaned.
"Good morning to you too."
Calix leaned on his desk.
"You're late."
"Barely," Keifer replied.
"Still late," Rory said.
My best friend Cin immediately ran to me.
"JAY!!!"
he hugged me tightly.
"Good morning!"
"Morning," I laughed.
Cin suddenly looked at my face suspiciously.
"Why are you blushing?"
"I'm not!"
"YOU ARE!"
The whole class turned toward us again.
"WHAT HAPPENED THIS MORNING?!" Denzel shouted.
"CONFESSION TIME!" Drew added.
My face burned.
"Nothing happened!"
Keifer smirked beside me.
"She's lying."
"KEIFER!"
Edrix laughed loudly.
"Bro exposed her!"
Eman leaned back.
"Morning kiss?"
Felix pointed at Keifer.
"Answer carefully."
The entire class leaned forward.
Keifer crossed his arms.
"Yes."
The classroom exploded.
"OOOOOOHHHH!"
Cin grabbed my shoulders.
"JAY YOU DIDN'T TELL ME!"
"CIN!"
Suddenly the classroom door opened.
Everyone turned.
It was Yuri Hanamichi.
Felix smirked.
"Look who finally arrived."
Josh whispered dramatically,
"The ice queen."
Yuri walked in calmly and glanced at everyone before looking at me.
"Good morning, Jay."
"Morning, Yuri," I replied.
Drew whispered loudly,
"Why does it feel like a drama whenever Yuri enters?"
Calix replied,
"Because it probably is."
Lunch Time – Section E
During lunch we all gathered under the big tree near the field.
Everyone started opening their lunch boxes.
"Oi Jay," Eman said while stealing fries from my lunch.
"That's mine!"
"Sharing is caring."
Cin laughed.
"He steals from everyone."
Felix pointed at Keifer.
"Bro doesn't need food."
"Why?" Keifer asked.
"Jay feeds him attention all day."
Everyone burst into laughter.
I threw a napkin at Felix.
"Shut up!"
Suddenly Sir Alvin spoke
Everyone froze
"Attention students"

"Final examinations for graduation will begin next week."
For a moment there was silence.
Then Section E exploded.
"WHAT?!" Felix shouted.
"NEXT WEEK?!" Josh yelled.
"I HAVEN'T STUDIED!" Mayo groaned.
Denzel grabbed his head.
"I'm failing math."
Cin looked horrified.
"JAY WE'RE DEAD."
But I wasn't hearing them anymore.
The words kept echoing in my head.
Final exams.
Graduation.
Everything around me faded.
"Jay."
I didn't respond.
"Jay."
Someone touched my hand.
I blinked.
Keifer was looking at me.
"You zoned out," he said softly.
Cin frowned.
"Are you okay?"
I forced a smile.
"Yeah… I'm fine."
That announcement made me think of one thing that I had do which would make keifer sad but I had to do it so that he doesn't worry about me and I can also prepare for my finals.
