Chapter 5 - (Chase to Rivendell.)

Chapter five:

The night quickly past and turned into day. It was brought to the Nazgul's attention that a she-elf had taken the hobbit, who possessed the ring. It took them a while to locate the she elf, but they quickly caught up with the elf. The she-elf known as Arwen, was not just any elf but the daughter of Elrond. Travis was riding across the land, trying to catch up with the Nazgul's and Arwen.

It wasn't long before he lost sight of them. He trotted his horse over to a ledge, where he saw the Nazgul's on one side of the river and Arwen on the other. Travis watched as the Nazgul's demanded Arwen to give up the hobbit, but Arwen would do no such thing. She stood her ground and took out her sword. Travis was intrigued by Arwen.

"If you want him, come and claim him." Said Arwen.

The Nazgul's pulled out their swords and rode their horses into the steady river water. It wasn't long after, that Arwen began talking in the elvish language. The echoes of her voice became louder and louder as she repeated the same sentence. Soon enough, the river water became unsteady and horse's came towards the Nazgul's, forcing them in the opposite direction. Eight of the Nazgul's and the Witch-king of Angmar rode away from the water as fast as they could. But it was no use. The water horses caught up with them.

Travis rode his horse down to the river. He stayed on the side of the river, while he waited for the water to settle. The water had pushed the Nazgul's downstream, to where Travis was far away from them. So, he decided to take matters into his own hands. He grew tired of the Nazgul's failures, so he was determined to do things his own way now.

When the Nazgul's were gone and the water calmed down, Arwen looked across the river, only to find another figure in a black cloak. At first, Arwen thought it was another Nazgul, but she knew that was impossible for their were only nine of them. How could there be ten?

"Give me the hobbit she-elf!" Said Travis.

"Why can't you just leave us alone?" Replied Princess Arwen.

"Idiot your head is empty. You would be wise to just hand him over before things start going bad." Said Travis.

Princess Arwen was shocked when he she heard the figure underneath the dark cloak speak elvish. It was unusual and unknown. So, she turned her horse and kept riding towards Rivendell. Travis followed Arwen in pursuit. He wasn't going to let her escape.

Travis was on Arwen's tail. He was so close to catching up to Arwen, to where they could be side by side.

"Faster." Said Travis to his horse.

His horse picked up the pace and galloped even faster. Travis was next to Princess Arwen on horseback. He looked over at Frodo, who had been stabbed by a morgul blade. He could tell that he was fading fast, and he was staring to run out of time.

"Arwen stop!" Replied Travis.

Princess Arwen just ignored him and kept riding towards Rivendell. Soon enough, they were at the border of Rivendell. Travis had to stop his horse because he couldn't pass into Rivendell when he was following Arwen, or he would likely be killed. So he slowed his horse down and let Arwen escape.

"Until next time, Princess Arwen." Travis said to himself.
