[Mana Control - Level 1 - : Allows the host to control mana within the body to near perfect abilities to enhance your body. Right now you barely have any control due to your low level for this skill.] (100 per min)
[Sword Arts - Level 1 - : allows the host to have proficiency in wielding swords and any similar weapons.] (no mana)
[Inspect - Level 1 - allows the host to view a short or detailed summary of a target depending on the level of the skill.]
[World Language - : allows the host to understand and communicate in any language]
[Condition must have a rudimentary understanding of the language]
[Mark : (Locked) allows the host to mark individuals, enabling shared vision and location tracking. Allies or enemies can be marked with a unique scent only the host can detect]

Kai grinned after seeing his skills and said, "How disappointing that I do not even have many skills for the sword or weapons."
Kai then said, "How much mana do I have again?"

Kai grinned even more while Nova finally caught up to him and spoke while panting, ".. How .. are .. you .. so damn fast.."
But Kai did not respond and said in his mind, "Synthesize."
A holographic screen appeared in front of him, crimson red as always, though Nova was not able to see it.
The screen showed two boxes above each other, and on the side all of Kai's skills were listed, just their names.
Kai thought of both the [Mana Slash] and the [Sword Arts].
Then the boxes glowed green for a split second, and instantly Kai felt like he was being drained as his mana was rapidly disappearing.

Kai felt tired but not too much as the screen changed and he gained a new skill.

[Mana Sword Arts - Level 1 - : The true combination of mana and swords. The more you level up this skill, the more mana you will be able to infuse your sword with mana.] (50 per hour)
Kai frowned and said, "That is not normal. It is not like the other explanations."

Kai said, "How do I increase it quickly?"

Kai sighed and said, ".. I will just stick to the quests, and on them show me today's quests and my current Exp."

Kai sighed and said, "So after three days will I finally get to the third system level, that is if I finish it today."

Kai did not waste time and started using his new sword arts. However, the katana in his grasp looked different as golden mana had formed around it, making it look more like a sword, and instead of using 50 mana per hour, it was using 250.
Kai was sweating deeply and said, "System, why the hell is it using so much mana when it said 50?"
[Host, you are holding a katana, not a sword. The Mana Sword Arts are meant for a sword.]
Kai sighed and did not say anything.
After a while, 250 mana was completely gone. Still, Kai did not stop and kept training, nearing mana depletion.
In the first 25 minutes of the second hour, Kai saw something new.

Kai grinned and switched from using the Mana Sword Arts to Katana Arts.
He had also started using mana within his Katana Arts, but unlike his first time, nothing was happening. He did not gain any skills.
Then Kai realized he needed to somehow gain another mana based slash skill so he could combine them to get Mana Katana Arts.
But after an hour nothing happened, and he had fallen to the ground, completely exhausted from mana loss, and there was not a drop of mana in his body.
Nova was watching him fight and was truly impressed. For the first time, Kai was training without a shirt, so when she came to pick him up to get him to his room, she was blushing slightly.
She threw him onto the bed and connected a mana injection tube into his veins.
A few hours passed and Kai still did not wake up. It was sunset by now, and Kai's mother had come to visit him.
After all, this was meant to be Kai's last day in the hospital.
