The next day both Aurathia and Nero took a day off, having amassed a decent sum of money they headed to a well know real estate company that was recomended to them by Hephaestus
"Welcome, how can I help you?" smiled the receptionist
"We'd like to buy a property, preferably one that is quite large as I am building a Familia" answered Aurathia
"And it must have a bath" Nero added
"Very well, may I ask what your budget is?" responded the receptionist
"We have just over 1,000,000 valis" Aurathia replied
"I see, that won;t be enough for a property in the center of the city but if you are fine with being on the outskits of the city near to the wall we have a few properties that meeet your requirements while staying within your bidget" noted the receptionist, handing over some papers with the details of the different properties
"Hrm, this one is good but it doesn't have much outdoor space around it that is ours" Aurathia noted
"Yes, I'm afriad that that property is near to the Demeter families property and they brought as much of the surrounding land as possible meaning that the footing of this property is quite small" commented the receptionist
"This one looks better but the bath is tiny" added Nero, looking at another property
"Indeed, the Familia that used to live there was made up largely of dwarfs and pallums meaning that they didn't need as big a bathing area and so they only had a small bathing area constructed in order to save money" informed the receptionist
"Oooh, how about this one" Aurathia exclaimed happily "it's nice and cheap and has a huge bath, and it's really cheap as well, well within our budget and looks really nice"
"It looks incredible" Nero agreed "but why is it so cheap? there is loads of land, a huge bath and enough spaces for a large Familia" he asked
"That would be because of its location" answered the receptionist "it is located on a platue that is hard to access and there were no stairs built in order to access it"
"Why not?" Nero inquired
"It was made by a very paranoid deity who didn't trust anyone outside of his Familia so he made sure that his home was difficult to invade" explained the receptionist "unfortunately it didn't take long for his Familia to start complaining about how difficult it was to leave and return from the property and he was forced to move, as such the property has been left abandoned for a long time with lower tier Familia's members not being strong enough to be able to manage to get down the mountain, then go to the dungeon and then come back and have to climb back up the mountain and higher teir adventurers have much better living conditions nearer to the dungeon"
"We'll take it" Aurathia declared instantly "a large area to exercise, rock cliffs to mountain climb for full body training and the bath is big enough to handle the Familia even if it grows massively" stars glinting in her eyes
"I understand" smiled the receptionist, happy that the property that had remained unsold for years now was finally going to be dealt with "that will be 1,000,000 valis and we will even add a service of cleaning the grounds and inside the property for when you are ready to move in
Handing over the money Aurathia was given a key and was told that they would be informed when the property was ready for them
"Can we go check it out now?" Nero asked
"It is now your property so you are able to do as you wish" replied the receptionist "you can even move in today if you wish, but we would advise that you wait until we have cleaned it up before you do that"
"We'll do that, I just want to get a good idea of where it is and see how difficult it is to get up to" Nero remarked
"I understand, my colleague will lead you there" the receptionist remarked, a stronger looking man walking over to them "so that old property finally got sold, guess this will be my final time leading people there so long as you don't change your mind once you get there" chuckled the man
"I can tell that you've been doing alot of rock climbing" noted Aurathia with a detailed look in her eyes "your muscles are evenly toned across your whole body and the way that you move is very steady, you have a great sense of balance"
"I've had to take alot of interested customers to the property over the years" smiled the man "I used to be quite a bit scrawnier than this but climbing that rock face from time to time has built me up quite nicely" he patted his bicep
"Want to join my Familia?" Aurathia expressed
"No thank you" the man replied "I'm not interested in going to the dungeon and am quite happy with my current job, also I'm afraid that everyone here is a part of the Ptah familia including myself so I'm afraid that I will have to reject your offer"
"Well if that's how it is that's how it is" Aurathia shrugged
"I'm afriad it is" smiled the man before joking "plus I don't think I would be able to make it up that rock face everyday when getting to work and back"
"You'd get used to it, I would make sure of that" joked Aurathia back
"Alright if you'd like to follow me I'll lead the way" the man said jovially as he made his way out of the real estate building with Nero and Aurathia following behind him.
