Chapter 4
Roshni tried to stay calm but her heart was racing fast. Rayan was too close and too dangerous.
"Let me go" she whispered softly.
But Rayan did not move back. He stepped closer.
He gently lifted her chin and looked into her eyes.
"Why are you so scared" he asked.
"Because of you" she said.
For a moment there was silence. Then Rayan smiled.
"Good" he said.
Her eyes widened. "What do you mean"
"I like it when people are scared of me" he said. "But you are different"
Roshni tried to move away. "I am not part of your world. Please let me go"
Rayan's face turned cold. "Too late"
Her breath stopped.
"You saw me. Now you are already in my world"
"No I do not want this" she said.
Rayan came even closer.
"What you want does not matter anymore"
Her back touched the wall. She could not escape.
He placed his hand beside her and trapped her.
"From now on I decide everything" he said.
Fear filled her eyes.
"What do you want" she asked slowly.
Rayan looked at her deeply.
"I want you"
Her heart skipped a beat.
"You are crazy"
"Maybe" he said with a slight smile.
Then he moved closer to her ear.
"Remember one thing"
He paused.
"You belong to me"
Roshni froze.
Suddenly a gunshot was heard.
Bang
She got scared.
Rayan's expression changed instantly. His face became cold and dangerous.
He held her wrist tightly.
"Come with me"
"You are not safe anymore"
Another gunshot was heard. This time it was closer.
Roshni was frightened.
"Who are they" she asked.
Rayan looked at her.
"My enemies"
Then he said in a low voice.
"And now yours too"
