'Hmm?' As Akashic began to stir awake, he was met with a slew of notifications.
Upon opening his eyes he didn't see anyone in the room with him. Though as he looked down, he noticed he was naked and cleaned of his blood.
Remembering his sorry state last night, he knew he had Alexia to thank for helping him.
'Thankfully my fluid regeneration is so fast, I don't feel the negative effects of losing so much blood.'
Sitting up, Akashic figured Alexia wouldn't be too far, so he took the opportunity to go through things he's out off.
'First, Physique? What unlocked and how did it upgrade?'
[Sovereignty]: A multiform weapon that takes the shape of an invisible crown around the users head. The weapon passively enforces authority in those the user deems an enemy. The weapon can be manifested whenever.
'This is exactly what I've been looking for! Though, with everyone I've scanned, I didn't see anyone with a skill like this?'
'I see. How would reaching that level change my physiques? I have two currently.'
Akashic thought about that answer. An evolution? That interested him quite a bit. Unfortunately, he didn't have enough to get there.
'I'll try the weapon out later when I have more space. Next, System Upgrades?'

'Okay…we'll talk about that next. First, races? Don't tell me that conspiracy forum I was on earlier was correct?!'
This new information didn't really surprise Akashic as he thought about it. Things he previously thought didn't exist has become his daily life, so this wasn't a shock.
But the prospect did interest him. He wasn't ashamed to admit he was curious about women from different races.
'Can you begin to passively scan people for me. Only alerting me to those who particularly strong or of another race.'
With the systems agreement, Akashic settled his emotions, moving to the next topic.
'About my memories. Is that seal able to be removed now?'

'Damn, it's that much of a difference? Alright, since I like my brain in full form, let's take it slow. How long will it be?'

The door slowly opened, catching Akashic's attention as he glanced up.
His sight immediately caught Alexia's figure as she entered, holding a tray as she moved quietly.
However, as she saw he was awake and sitting up, a smile bloomed on her face as she increased her pace.
"How are you feeling? I thought you might've been hungry when you awoke." Placing the tray over his lap, Alexia moved around to the other side of the bed and sat next to him.
Seeing the food before him put a smile on Akashic face and 50 points in his bank.
"Thank you, for everything." He kissed her before he dove in to the food.
The atmosphere was relaxing as the two remained in relative silence. Alexia just watched him eat as she readied her questions.
Several minutes later, Akashic was finished and moved the tray out of the way.
Once the two settled in, Alexia spoke.
"Did you get injured because of the stuff with Daniel?"
Expecting the question, he answered smoothly.
"I'm not sure. I didn't recognize anyone or any names last night. Though considering I've only pissed off three people and their families, the suspect list is pretty small."
Alexia nodded, her resolve steeling even more.
"I want to help. I need to get stronger." Were the only words she spoke, leaving silence in the room.
The idea wasn't unusual, but Akashic didn't know how to fulfill her wish. He didn't have enough points to.
Alexia on the other hand, she instinctively knew Akashic could help her with it. Though she had no idea about the system, she had unshakable confidence in him.
Akashic thought on the situation before the lightbulb came on, hoping this would have the answers he needed.
