After drifting in space for multiple days, Bane excitedly looks forward to the planet in front of him.
"Finally, about damn time we got here!" He yells, while looking at the pilot. The pilot starts to cheer as they enter the atmosphere of the planet, but before they could land, the monitor on the ship starts to ring.
Ring. Ring.
The pilot looks at Bane in confusion, but Bane gives him the go ahead to pick up the call.
"To whom I am speaking to?" Someone with a deep voice asked.
The pilot thought about it for a second and replied back
"The name is Soldan."
"And what brings you to this planet?"
"I'm a merchant looking for some goods to sell."
The pilot looks at Bane in fear as the guy on the other end went silent before he responded.
"Well, your ship is still unidentifiable and you are hovering in an illegal zone, so you have three minutes to move your ship or we shoot it down for trespassing."
Bane looks down the window and he saw they were hovering over a city. Not knowing what kind of technology they had, he looks at Soldan and nods at him.
"All right, we'll do it." Soldan replied
Soldan hangs up the phone and moves the ship to a desolate area. When they got out of the ship, all they saw was a wide dessert with some rocky terrains. The place was barren with no sign of life for miles.
"Man, this place is hot." Soldan said, while wiping off sweat off his forehead. Bane looked at the sky and, indeed, it was much hotter compared to other planets he has been to.
"Not only is it hot, but there is nothing here. What do the Clipans even do?" Bane asks.
"Well, the Clipans spend most of their time underground digging up minerals and treasure–
"Treasure?" Bane ears perked up when he heard treasure. Soldan smiles.
"Knew that will pique your interest. The Clipans are always finding valuable items to sell and you're in luck, because just the other day, they found a very rare stone called the Titan Core. They are auctioning it off today and I heard the stone is highly sought after."
"Is that so?"
"For sure, many business men from all around the cosmos are showing up here in order to bid for it."
Bane ponders for a second and starts to grin.
"Well, this just gives me something to do before I meet back up with the rest of my crew. Where are they selling this item?" he asks.
"Hmm….I heard they are doing it at Mr. Caesar's auction house located in Molehill Market. I believe you can get there if you just go down south." Soldan answers. Bane looks at the direction that he was pointing.
"I see. I better hurry up and get there very quickly before it's all over" he said.
Soldan smiled and then he grabbed his bags and other items.
"Well thanks again for giving me a ride here, man." Bane says while flipping a silver coin to him.
"Sure thing." Soldan replies, grinning as they both walked in opposite directions.
