Chapter 4: Return of the Crown Prince part 2
As the gate of light closed behind them, a strange silence filled the air… a silence heavy with power and reverence.
Nuruddin was still kneeling, his head bowed low, as if he didn't dare to look at the greatness standing before him.
Obito stepped forward.
"Get up, Nuruddin… you don't need to do this."
Nuruddin slowly raised his head, but the respect in his eyes remained.
In the next moment, Obito pulled him into a warm embrace.
This was not a meeting between a ruler and a guardian…
this was the reunion of two old friends.
A faint moisture gathered in Nuruddin's eyes.
Obito smiled slightly.
"How are you, my friend?"
Nuruddin replied softly,
"I'm fine… how are you both? And… your son?"
Obito answered calmly,
"We're both well."
After a brief silence, Nuruddin spoke again,
"Should I announce your return?"
Obito's expression changed instantly. His eyes grew serious.
"No… there will be no announcement."
Nuruddin was surprised.
Obito continued in a firm, controlled voice,
"We'll go in quietly… without any protocol. I want to see my people… to know how they truly are."
Then he looked directly into Nuruddin's eyes.
"And remember… no one should know that I'm here."
Nuruddin immediately lowered his head.
"As you command, Crown Prince."
Obito and Rin began walking toward the palace.
The land of Ahans… felt the same, yet completely different.
Towering structures rose toward the sky… radiant pathways shimmered beneath their feet… and life flowed everywhere.
People moved through the streets, busy with their lives… but there was something unusual in their expressions—an unspoken tension… as if they could sense something coming.
Rin looked around and said softly,
"Obito… our kingdom has grown even more."
Obito nodded.
"You're right."
But his eyes were searching for something deeper…
something beyond what ordinary people could see.
(Narrator's Voice)
The world of Ahans was not just a single kingdom.
It was divided into five great realms:
Kingdom of Element
Also known as the Kingdom of Humans… where intelligence and power ruled together.
Kingdom of Elves
A realm of beauty, magic, and nature in its purest form.
Kingdom of Dorofe
A powerful race dwelling beneath the earth… beings strong enough to shake mountains.
Kingdom of Monsters
A land of evolved beasts and creatures… so dangerous that even warriors feared them.
And then…
The Kingdom of ———
The narrator suddenly fell silent…
As if the final secret was not yet meant to be revealed.
At last, Obito and Rin reached the palace.
A palace whose walls carried history…
whose gates only opened for the truly powerful.
As they stepped forward, a guard suddenly blocked their path.
"Stop!"
The guard spoke sharply.
"Who are you? And what business do you have here?"
For a moment… time seemed to freeze.
Rin glanced at Obito.
And slowly… Obito raised his eyes.
There was a different light in them now…
Not the gaze of an ordinary man—
but the presence of a king.
The air shifted.
And in the next moment…
that guard's entire life was about to change.
