"Let us return."

Dan spoke in a calm voice to Sato and Leon, who had remained in an outer area near the city, hidden among the dense trees as he had commanded them. Then, the three set off back toward the base at great speed, crossing the distance in silence. Although he clearly noticed that Leon was much more eager to interact with the city—he had seen it in his repeated glances toward the distant lights—now was not the right time for that. Leon understood this, so he did not object. Soon. Soon there would be time for exploration and interaction with the outside world.

During their rapid return through the dark forest, Dan thought deeply about what had transpired in detail during the past hour. After he had broken into the chamber of the warlord known as Lord Ayato and before revealing himself to the man, the first thing he did was envelop the entire room in a simple Fuinjutsu seal. A seal that prevents sound from leaking out and prevents chakra from escaping—even if there were powerful sensors in the palace, they would not feel anything unusual. He never wanted anyone—not a single soul—to sense his presence, and although his aura was fundamentally sealed due to the Second Vitality Seal, taking caution was a duty, especially since he had released a portion of his chakra to intimidate Ayato.

The relationship between his family and the family of this warlord would remain entirely secret. No one would know a thing about it. He would use the warlord Ayato and his lineage after him as an official external facade for the Walt family. A facade that would help them meet their various needs: food, clothing, tools, information—anything they required from the outside world. In return, he would ensure that Ayato's lineage continued to rule after him and would protect them from enemies, competitors, and any threat. The Walt family would protect them secretly, from the shadows, ensuring the stability of their continued rule so they could continue to serve them efficiently. A symbiotic relationship. Beneficial to both parties. But clearly, Dan was the true controller.

In truth, this was not the original plan at all. Originally, he had planned for his family to communicate with the outside world directly after sending some of his strong sons to the cities to trade, gather information, and build relationships—all under assumed identities, of course. However, the circumstances—the discovery of the patrols, the intrusion, the inevitable conflict—forced this new and completely different reality. Therefore, Dan was forced to adjust his basic plan quickly to adapt to the new situation. By nature, he hated surprises and matters out of control; he preferred calculated planning, precise execution, and total control over all variables.

But when he analyzed the new situation objectively, he realized something important: the new situation was actually perhaps better than the original plan. Why? Because now his family had an official facade already in place; they did not need to build it from scratch. They could obtain what they needed indirectly—through Ayato—without revealing their existence or identities. Also, even if some of his sons went out to gain combat experience or explore the world, there would be an official facade and background behind them—they could pretend to be warriors belonging to Lord Ayato, or traders, or anything else. This remained much better than the sudden appearance of very powerful figures out of nowhere in the world—figures without a clear past, without affiliation, without explanation. That would attract unwanted attention, difficult questions, and suspicions. But with the facade? Everything is logical and justified. Yes. The new situation is better.

Now, in Dan's next plan, he must know in precise detail what is happening in the vast outside world. Specifically, he needs information about the Uchiha clan and the Senju clan—the two warring clans founded by Indra and Ashura. Exactly how far has their conflict developed? Is it still limited, or has it turned into a total war? Where are their lands located? How many warriors do they have? Who are the strongest among them currently? Of course, he was almost certain that at this current time—after decades have passed—Ashura and Indra must have already died of old age or in battle, leaving their clans in a continuous, never-ending war—a technical hereditary eternal conflict. He also wants to know their exact geographical location—how far are they from his region? Do they pose a direct threat? Because in his new adjusted plan, he must ensure the complete stability of the territory that the warlord Ayato and his lineage will rule. It cannot be a territory in the middle of a war zone. It must be stable, relatively safe, and far from major conflicts. And if there are nearby threats... he will need to deal with them. One way or another.

The three—Dan, Leon, and Sato—finally reached the family headquarters after half an hour of rapid running. It was nearly midnight. But when they entered the base, they found everyone waiting and alert for their arrival. The wives and the sons were all awake, standing in the main courtyard, waiting. Sam—the eldest son—had gathered them after sensing the return of his father and brothers, having received his father's message before he arrived.

Dan ordered the entire family to gather in the large main hall—the hall built specifically for full family meetings. They all entered in organized silence. The wives were in the front rows, the elder sons behind them, and the younger ones in the back. Dan sat in the large seat placed at the head of the hall. He looked at his family gathered before him. The entire Walt family in one place.

He began to explain to them in a calm but clear voice that reached every corner of the hall what had happened during the past hours. The patrol that intruded upon the area. The fight. The interrogation. The extracted information. Then his decision to move directly toward the source of the threat—the city and Lord Ayato. Controlling him by force. Making him a submissive subordinate. And the major changes that had occurred to the original plan for communicating with the outside world. Now, instead of direct communication, they would use the facade of Ayato and his territory. He explained everything in detail, with complete clarity, without hiding anything from his family.

Dan noticed very different expressions from everyone during his explanation. Some of the sons—especially the older males like Sam and Felix—showed clear excitement. Their eyes were shining. They wanted to go out, fight, and see the world. Others showed hesitation and caution. The outside world is frightening and unknown. And some—especially the very young ones—showed clear excitement and joy. The wives were more reserved, worried about their sons, but confident in Dan's decisions.

Then, after he finished the full explanation and before anyone could begin asking questions, Dan suddenly vanished from his spot. He returned to his private laboratory to continue his training and research. He left the entire family in the hall to discuss the matter freely among themselves, exchanging opinions, asking questions, and debating the matter. This was better. It let them absorb the matter themselves and adapt.

After Dan vanished, the hall exploded with discussions. The older and younger brothers surrounded Leon and Sato with clear excitement—the only two who had accompanied their father to the city and seen the outside world with their own eyes. They began to inquire eagerly about the details:

"What does the city look like?"

"How many people are in it?"

"Are the warriors strong?"

"Was the fight difficult?"

"What did you see?"

Sam, Felix, Kai, and dozens of brothers were all asking questions with excitement, curiosity, and longing. Leon and Sato tried to answer as best as they could, describing what they saw and what happened. As for the female sisters—the daughters—most of them were exactly like their mothers: not very excited about the outside world. Some of them—like Sophia and Amy—were slightly interested, but with caution. But most of them—especially the little ones—did not show any clear excitement. The outside world meant danger, wars, and blood, as their mothers had described it to them. They preferred to stay in the safe base, with the family, far from all of that. And this... was perfectly acceptable to Dan. Not everyone must go out. Some will stay, and some will go out, explore, and fight. Both are necessary.

The discussions continued until nearly dawn. Then, one by one, everyone began to disperse, returning to their rooms to finally sleep. A long day full of events had ended. And a new day and a new future awaited them.
