Natasha lunged foward towards Dante, her red nails out as knifes as she tried to stab them on his chest, but Dante only dodged the attacked with his eyes squinting as if he was analyzing her moves.
'Why...?' He thought as he dodged again her claws trying to hit him on the head.
'Why...?' He kept on thinking as he got behind the werewolf and kicked her, making her fly until she hit a tree.
"She's really not so strong?" Dante whispered confused as he saw how the girl seemed in genuine pain by the kick.
'She's completely different from Enid? But why? There's all the reasons to think she's stronger than Enid, first she has already transformed and second she's older than her, then why is she weaker overall?
"What did you say...?" Natasha said raising her head, her face covered in as she keep taking heavy breaths, likely the kick also left her out of breath.
"I'm saying you're weak!" Dante yelled with a fake smirk for everyone to hear the taunt, and so everyone heard, suddenly everyone started talking among themselves, talking about the clear difference between him and her.
"You piece of shit..." Natasha left a whisper before lunging again to Dante, who finally started attacking back.
As she pierced him on the shoulder, Dante put his foot over hers trapping her on place as he raised an arm, preparing for a right hook.
He turned sideways before hitting her on the abdomen, the punch hard enough to make her fall to her knees in pain.
"Surrender." Dante said with a firm voice and he kicked her, this time sending her straight flying to a boulder near the water.
He sprinted in front of her, still hanging on dear consciousness by the pain of the hit, and he grabbed by the hair and walked towards the water, and as he kneeled down with her head, Wednesday smiled realizing what was about to happen.
"I'm giving you the change to quit now." Dante said.
"I'm ne-"
"Wrong answer!" Dante yelled as he drowned her for 30 seconds, then took her head from the water for a quick second before putting it back, not even giving her a change to say something.
This process kept on for 2 more consecutive times, as he raised her head from the water a third time he heard a loud whistle, he didn't move, didn't even dare take his hands off the girl's wet hair as he looked up to the sound of the whistle.
Coach Vlad, or now referee Vlad fell from top of the tallest tree, a whistle on his hand and no sign of damage in his feet.
"She loses, let go of her carefully on the ground, nurses will take care of the rest." Vlad said firmly, and Dante complied as he left the girl on the ground, no need of even healing her, surely she only had some water in her lungs at most.
As Dante stood up, no one even cheered, no one said a thing as a long time ago the entire crowd was speechless by the ruthless act of the inmortal boy towards the girl, all their attention towards the pitiful looking girl on the ground, with nurses rushing to get to her.
And the silence only was broke by a trio of applauses, Gomez, Morticia and Pugsley all applauded after seconds of silence.
Morticia applauded gracefully with elegance, Gomez cheered with a smile as he kept applauding, and Pugsley was the one with more energy of them all, as a wide smile was on his face.
Dante softly smiled watching the family, even Wednesday had a small smirk on her lips barely noticed and then he saw how Morticia leaned down to whisper something to her ear.
And then immediately Wednesday looked like she was near gutting her mother, the smirk on her face entirely replaced by a mix of embarrassment and hatred to life and also a small blush.
Dante walked up the bleachers, most people now avoiding even looking at him as he opened space to now sit next to Wednesday.
"Something wrong coach?" He said in a teasing manner, but Wednesday only looked away.
"What did your mother say?" Dante whispered to her ear only for her to hear, and that made her have a small shiver before looking at him.
"None. Of. Your. Concern." She said closing herself off any conversation before looking to the front, trying to create a silent barrier between them.
"Unbelievable how easy you're to read." Dante said with a smile on his face, a smile of knowing.
Wednesday looked at him mortified, like if he knew what her mother told her could become the worst thing in her life, like that knowing that made her blush would be worse that any sort of assassination.
"Ha! Look at you!" Dante yelled with a smile as he leaned back holding his sides, only now Wednesday realized how fake his earlier knowing smile was.
"You're truly welcomed to distance yourself of me in any matter, not even a breathe of your existence should be near even my family." Wednesday said, clearly relieved he didn't know, but now truly annoyed, he was the only person who could easily tease her like that.
"Enid Sinclair and Frank Holt!" The voice of Larissa reaped over the banter of the teenagers, and the first name they heard instantly made them look to their back, in astonishment to the bubbly blonde girl behind them.
She only stood up with a smile as she took a shaky breath, clearly nervous, but she didn't stop her steps as she walked down the stairs.
"What the fuck...?" Dante whispered, and Wednesday agreed in silence, because in their eyes, that girl couldn't even hurt a fly.

The fight was fast, both werewolves exchanged punches and claws, and somehow Enid dominated the whole thing, after being cut on her cheek by the claws of the man in front of her, she reaped the whole place over in fury, speaking about some ruined date with Ajax before the boy surrendered.
And now the 8 matches were done, but neither Wednesday or Dante moved as they were still speechless due to the scene, the whole scene was like they witnessed pigs fly.
Enid walked up the stairs quickly, her eyes a bit watery as she pointed at her cut cheek, clearly it could leave a scar, a pretty not so cute one.
"Can you heal me?" Enid asked to Dante urgently, and finally both Dante and Wednesday snapped off their astonishment.
"Enid I know you were strong but... damn..." Dante whispered as he put his hand on her cheek with care.
For no one to notice, Wednesday eyes frowned together watching the careful touch of the boy in her friend's cheek, and how the cut closed.
Or she thought no one noticed, because after Enid was healed she gave Wednesday a knowing side eye, the knowing eyes she gave her in nights after she started playing the cello, one that said she knew her hidden feelings for the inmortal.
Then Enid stood up in silence and walked away, leaving Wednesday to her own self misery because of her feelings, weeks earlier they were confusing.
But she could easily identify things, she could easily analyze, she could easily deduct and understand when something happens, she may have intentionally denied and tried give her symptoms a different reason.

...
3 days in the past, Enid/Wednesday room.
Thar particular night, when she was doing her 1 of hour writting, strangely she couldn't write much, after writting 10 words her hands wandered over the typewriter, her mind not being able to focus up to her story.
And Enid, the girl who always was annoyed due to the clicking sound of her typewriter and always tried to cover it up with her k-pop, noticed this instantly, and didn't let go of of her opportunity.
"Is it about Dante!?" Enid jumped from her bed and stood on the floor, with that Wednesday gave a small jump on her chair.
And Enid could tell Wednesday didn't jump from her yell, she jumped to the mention of Dante.
"Aww look at you! I never thought I'd say it but you look adorable!" Enid closed by, putting her hands around Wednesday neck, hands which quickly were pushed away.
"Don't call me adorable ever again, unless you want to find serpents severed under your pillow, and I don't know what you're talking about, do not bother me while writting." Wednesday said trying to brush away the girl as she started typing, but after 5 words she stopped, looking down in deep thought.
"..." Enid smiled watching the goth girl that couldn't even realize she was being watched as her mind wasn't on the right track.
"Enid..." Wednesday whispered, her face still looking down at the desk.
"Yeah?"
"Describe to me love..." Wednesday asked, she demanded even, her mind needing the last straw, the last straw to sew the work she didn't want to finish.
"Well love is all about caring for the other person and their well-being, doing all in you to help them out, when they're happy you're happy and when they're sad you're sad, that their presence becomes a comforting reassurance that everything will be okay, and you only feel pride for them when they achieve something, that you feel deeply attracted to them no matter how messy they look, that once they're hurt the only thing you want is to protect them..." Enid said carefully, in the midway of her sentence getting a bit carried away projecting her feelings for Ajax, but clearly at the end she phrased it in a way that hit Wednesday.
Because Enid knew the girl wasn't an introvert, neither she was shy, she was anti-social, deliberately, choosing a path of loneliness that only seemed destroyed as people kept getting close to her, and as proof of that she had Enid completely awaiting for her answer with a excited smile.
"I..."

"Wednesday!" Dante yelled to the girl making her wake up from her wandering mind, one of the few times the girl losses herself in thought rather than analyzing her surroundings.
Wednesday finally snapped out of her mind and looked up to see Dante who had a hand on her shoulder, likely already shaked her a little before trying to make her pay attention.
"What now? Did you have a vision?" Dante asked Wednesday with a sarcastic tone as she looked over to him.
"You should start bringing pillows, with all the times yo-"
Dante was cut off by surprise as Wednesday passed next to him, quickly walking into the woods as she had something in her eye.
Dante looked at her direction, his eyes squinting trying to decipher what was happening just now, and deciding the best deal, if she was following something or someone it's best that he stays at a safe distance.
Dante jumped over the woods, jumping from tree branch to tree branch following Wednesday, and then he finally saw what she was following, a hooded figure walking with hurry as they keep deepening into between the trees.
Suddenly the hooded figure stopped, watching something out of reach for both Dante and Wednesday.
And from behind a tree a woman showed up, a woman Dante recognized pretty easily.
"That's... so she was actually out when I went into my escape..." Dante muttered thinking about the only moment he saw that woman.
...
...
...
Dante surely has become 9 years old by now, moments ago the people stopped abruptly an experiment where they tried poisoning him with high levels of oxygen.
Now he's sitting on a chair inside a small room, a table and another chair in front of him, his eyes lost as if he was empty of any emotion, the psychical and psychological tiredness were impossible to satisfy as the metal choker he had around his neck gave him shocks whenever he tried sleeping.
After minutes of this process repeating itself the door of the room opened, a tall woman with a slender figure entered the room, her eyes were green and her face barely perfect, with small wrinkles between her eyes and around her lips, she looked maybe 20-ish, so the wrinkles had to obviously be due to too much exaggerated expressions, her black hair had a slight wave.
She was like if current Dante looked into a transitioning mirror, the only difference between both of them is that her hair is wavy, and that is by barely a bit.
Dante finally looked up at the woman and his dry vocals cords were able to let something out.
"Who, and why you're here?" He was able to say as the woman only gave him a confident smirk and sat down.
"I'm not answering to you." She said with a sly voice, a big smirk on her lips, rather more of a cocky laid back one than just confidence.
Dante only raised his eyes a bit, somehow that made him have the smallest of all reactions.
"Then you've only come to bother me..." Dante said, his voice even as dead as it was clearly showed how with time, he learned words that would rile up anyone.
The woman frowned, the combined expression with the smirk a strange mix as she stood up of the chair and kicked the table, hitting Dante on his chest and making him roll to the wall.
"You know how superior I'm from YOU OUT OF ALL OF US!?" She said with a boiling rage, one that doesn't come in a second, one that has been a long long one.
"You don't know how much effort I made to make you, and now you're here feeling so useless, can't bring people, can't do anything, all because useless things." She said with a harsh tone and she started kicking Dante on the chest.
The fragile body combined with her raw strength making loud echoes of his sternum and ribs breaking with each kick.
...
...
Back in reality
As soon as Dante and that woman exchanged looks he was already jumping down next to Wednesday, but she was faster and smoke surrounded both the hooded figure and that woman.
Wednesday turned around seeing Dante, her eyes slightly already telling it was his fault they disappeared.
But Dante didn't pay attention as he thought more and more "That woman..." He muttered.
"We're somehow related."
