This chapter follows events of chapter 2, specifically what should have happened but was cut off due to length reasons
Inside the boys locker room, Aki, Sam and Mike sat talking, while Aki changed out of his casual outfit, and into training gear
Meanwhile, the action outside the locker room continued
Claire, the archery team captain was in a heated argument with the sepaktakraw captain, Clint, arguing over who made more noise, and who disturbed who
"You guys are too loud, my team can't focus" Claire was screaming in Clint's ear, and it irritated him
"So, how's this going to resolve anything, freaking diva" he spat, sticking a finger in his ear and wiggling it, "besides, the only reason you're even able to practice here is because he willingly spared some of our space"
Back in the locker room, the shouting from outside slipped into the room, and reached the three boy's ears
"Shouldn't you go resolve that?" Mike patted Sam's shoulder, and shook his head, "your creche is back at it again"
Sam began laughing it off, but the sound of hand meeting skin rang out, silencing him, "No way" he quickly rushed outside, throwing the door open and sprinting to the hall, there, he found Clint, head snapped to the side, his hand slowly rubbing against his red cheek, "screw you b***h"
He raised his own hand, and swung, seeing the the hand approaching her face, Claire flinched, shutting her eyes
But the impact never happened, when she opened her eyes, Sam was standing between them, Clint's hand caught by the wrist, "guys, calm down"
Aki leaned by the door of the locker room, watching the spectacle quietly, Mike stood not far away, also watching, "shouldn't you be helping him?"
"No, he can handle it" Aki shrugged, and turned back into the locker room
But, on the other side of the world, on the Snowy island
Snow stood over piles of groaning men on the ground, the white walls of the test room covered in blood, like her knuckles
Doctors watched the massacre below, taking notes, commenting on how she has improved drastically, but—
"Random picks are not good enough to gauge the full potential of Snow, Doctor"
"What are you suggesting?"
The grey haired doctor tapped on the screen in front of them, and unencrypted a file labeled- Project Prince: Ice
Inside the folder, graphs showed extremely high data, and photos of a younger Aki, "this"
"Are you sure, Prince is far too powerful for Snow to handle, the data we need will not be accurate if they fight on unfairly uneven terms"
"Actually doctor, all that is needed is to see Snow's highest possible point, anything else is but background noise"
"I understand, however—"
"What is it?"
"What about their— special connection, will that not hinder the results?"
"Snow understands the stakes" the doctor pressed on the intercom button, and his voice drifted into the test room, "isn't that right, miss Snow?"
"Your only way out—"
"I understand, doctor" Snow started cracking her knuckles, her pink eyes glowing intensely as she looked up at the doctors with newfound motivation, "I understand completely"
Back in the academy
Both captains sat facing Sam in the council room, their faces as pale as paper
"Explain yourselves" he looked up at them, his eyes moving between them
"President, this girl started it, she—"
"I didn't ask who started what, I said Explain"
Aki walked in, holding a file, he casually tossed it at Sam, then walked up to the main table
"The headmaster's asking for you, I'll take care of this— issue"
Sam caught the file, took one last glance at the two, the got up and left, at the door he paused, looked back and chuckled, "go easy on them, VP"
Once he was sure Sam was far away, he sighed and leaned back in his chair, crossing his legs, "pick your punishment"
"W-what?!" Claire exclaimed, shocked at the casualness of it all— just like that, no interrogation, just a simple statement, was this how a vice president was expected to act
"I'll clean the training hall"
"Good, then do it together"
"W-what?!"
"Goodluck" he brushed his hands against their heads, and walked out of the room, leaving the two staring at each other, dumbfounded
"Is he being—"
"Let's just get this over with" Clint got up, and walked out
Aki walked down the hallway, heading down to the cafeteria, but a nagging feeling started bothering him, as if a voice was asking him to look out the window
When he did, he saw a silhouette in the distance, floating midair
"Who's that?" As he tried focusing on the profile, the person raised a hand, and the academy fell silent
In his head, one thought pinged, 'suspended world'
"Dammit, I thought you idiots were done with me, why are you here again?" He jumped out the window, then flew toward the profile
The closer he got, the more he could make out, it was a feminine build, but was covered completely, with no features visible, so he couldn't tell who it was
For some reason, the person started flying away, and he followed behind, trying to understand their motives
After a while of flying, they reached a secluded, open field behind a mountain
The two landed on the large patch of grass, the female raised her hand, and snapped a few times, listening to the rhythm of the snap, he recognized it as Morse code
'Don't hold back' is what he deciphered before the girl rushed him
Aki responded with the same energy, rushing the silhouette, clashing midway
Shockwaves tore the nearby cliffs apart, while mountains shook violently, threatening to tumble
The female threw a punch, but Aki deflected it, and retaliated with a knee heading for the abdomen, but she evaded, then created some space between them
"Listen, whoever you are, I don't have time for this, if you won't talk, I'll just lea—" before he could finish his sentence, a fireball came aimed at him, flying towards him at blinding speeds, instead of panicking or preparing to dodge, he looked at it with a neutral expression, "Fine then"

The fireball fizzled out as the area around them started vibrating apart, rubble vibrating to dust instantly, and mountains starting to break, chunk by chunk
The female clutched her head, while swaying midair
'She can't handle Prime? Then, it's not who I thought it was"
The female collapsed to the ground, but he softened the fall with an air cushion
He landed as well, then started walking toward her, he looked down, and then extended his hand, his fingers went under her chin, looking for a mechanism to remove the mask
"Young master Prince, I'd advise against that"
"Doctor, long time no see" he got up, picking up the female into his arms, "is this a suprise for me?"
"No, just a benchmark"
"And I'm your standard?"
"Please forgive our unannounced visit, but this was mandatory"
"Oh, does she know you came here?"
"No, madam was not present during our decision making"
"What about Snow?"
"We cannot say anything about her, as you already know, Young master" the doctor walked up to him, and took the girl, Snow into his arms
"Well then, shall we chat again when you visit the institution, madam has been dying to see you"
"She knows where I live, doesn't she?"
With that, the doctor left, and soon disappeared
Aki stretched his body, his eyes finding the clouds in the sky
"It was the only way, hopefully you realize that, Snow" he looked back down into his hands, noticing small shimmers on his hands, snowflakes
"I'm coming even closer to hating you, mom"
