Helios Vanguard Academy...
Principal's office...
Inside the principal's office of Helios Vanguard Academy, the atmosphere was surprisingly relaxed.
The principal sat behind his desk while several holographic reports floated around him, most of them related to academy performance rankings and inter school competitions.
But currently—His full attention was on Krishna.
After hearing Krishna explain his intention of recruiting student developers for a new gaming division under Star Entertainment, the old educator's expression visibly brightened.
"To think you're already expanding into another industry…"
He muttered with a small chuckle.
-Chuckle!
Krishna remained calm.
"It's still in the planning phase."
The principal waved his hand dismissively.
"With your current momentum? Planning phase means inevitable success."
Krishna awkwardly avoided that compliment.
The principal leaned back on his chair thoughtfully.
Truthfully—
He had already been proud when Krishna previously recruited several students for animation and production assistance.
Most successful people, once they climbed high enough, stopped looking downward.
But Krishna—Kept pulling others upward with him.
That mattered.
The principal folded his hands.
"You know," he said, "when your name first began appearing across UniNet… many trainers thought fame would distract you."
He shook his head with a faint smile.
"Instead, you started creating opportunities for your classmates."
Krishna paused slightly hearing that.
"...."
The principal continued happily,
"And now you want to recruit game developers from the academy too…"
He gave a firm nod.
-Nod!
"I'll support it fully."
With a tap on his desk, a holographic interface opened.
"I'll send an official notice to the Game Development Department today itself."
Several projected documents began drafting automatically.
"Interested students can apply directly through academy channels."
Krishna smiled faintly hearing his proposal was accepted.
"Thank you."
The principal looked at him carefully for a second.
Then spoke in a calmer tone.
"You're changing the academy's image too, Krishna."
That made Krishna blink slightly.
-Blink!
"...."
The principal chuckled.
-Chuckle!
"Do you know how many new applicants mentioned your productions during entrance interviews this year?"
Krishna honestly didn't.
The principal laughed softly.
-Ohoh!
"Too many."
After thanking him properly, Krishna left the office.
The academy corridors buzzed with the usual student chatter.
But occasionally—People still recognized him.
Whispers followed as it was not a secrete that he was the founder of Star entertainment.
"That's him…"
"Star Entertainment…"
"Rancho…"
Some students even subtly moved aside to let him pass and even mentioned him using his one of the movie charecter.
Krishna still hadn't gotten fully used to that.
As he walked through the corridor, his i-bracelet displayed the next subject.
[Game Development Systems – Advanced Interactive Design]
A faint smile appeared on Krishna's face.
Finally.
A class he could properly use now.
Not theoretically. Practically.
The Entertainment System suddenly appeared beside him wearing pixelated overalls and a fake mustache suspiciously similar to Super Mario.
[It's-a time! For Mario- Super Mario...]
Krishna ignored it immediately.
The System jogged beside him dramatically.
[Director by day… Game overlord by night… How about dancer by afternoon...]
Krishna sighed can't able to take his systems whining.
-Sigh!
"Stop talking like a trailer narrator."
The System pointed finger guns at him.
[Can't stop destiny, baby.]
He eventually arrived near the classroom.
Students were already entering one by one.
Unlike some other departments, the Game Development wing had a different atmosphere.
More energetic. More chaotic.
Some students discussed coding engines.
Others argued about rendering physics.
One group was debating whether emotional storytelling mattered more than gameplay.
Another was loudly fighting over control mechanics.
Krishna quietly entered and took his seat near the middle.
Several students noticed him instantly.
Then came the whispers.
"That's Krishna…"
"Why is he late for today's class?"
"Wait… didn't he announce a gaming branch?"
Krishna quietly walked through the classroom while the whispers around him slowly died down.
Even though many students were still secretly glancing at him, no one disturbed him directly.
He simply reached his usual seat near the middle row and sat down calmly like any other student.
The classroom itself was far different from the normal lecture halls of Helios Vanguard Academy.
The walls constantly shifted with projected environments.
One side displayed a fantasy map editor.
Another showed combat physics simulations.
Above the class floated several active AI-assisted development modules currently paused in standby mode.
A few seconds later—The trainer entered.
Professor Kaelus Renn.
A veteran game architect who had worked on several successful military simulation titles over the last century.
He placed his tablet down and activated the classroom projection.
Instantly—Multiple game worlds appeared around the students.
Battlefields. Spaceships.
Weapon systems. Combat maps.
Kaelus folded his hands behind his back.
"As most of you already know …military-based games continue to dominate the market."
Several charts appeared in the air showing market trends across five hundred years.
Combat simulators. Fleet warfare games.
Strategic conquest titles.
Profit margins. Player retention.
Everything overwhelmingly favored war-related content.
Kaelus continued calmly,
"For nearly five centuries, military-oriented games have remained the safest route for developers."
He pointed toward one of the graphs.
"People relate to conflict. Competition creates engagement. Combat systems are easier to scale commercially."
Many students nodded while taking notes rapidly.
-Nod!
One student near the front muttered,
"Yeah… makes sense."
Another added excitedly,
"Most top studios still use war engines anyway."
Kaelus continued his lecture,
"If you want stable careers …learn to build around proven systems first."
Krishna quietly listened.
"...."
Inside—He sighed slightly. Not outwardly. Only internally.
-Sigh!
Because while the trainer wasn't wrong—It still felt… Safe. Too safe.
Most games he had seen in this world felt repetitive.
Different graphics. Different factions. Same structure.
Fight. Upgrade. Repeat.
Even the emotional games still revolved around conflict systems.
The Entertainment System suddenly appeared beside him wearing heavy military armor and carrying an absurdly oversized laser rifle.
[Welcome to Galactic Shooter 97!]
It spoke in a fake advertisement voice.
[Now with 12% more explosions!]
Krishna ignored it completely.
The System leaned closer dramatically.
[You're thinking dangerous thoughts again.]
Krishna kept writing notes.
Because despite his opinion—The class still contained valuable information.
Very valuable. Especially the AI development modules.
Kaelus began explaining advanced support systems used in modern game production.
Procedural environment generation.
Adaptive NPC learning systems.
Emotional response coding.
Player movement prediction.
Krishna's eyes sharpened slightly.
Now this—This was useful.
He immediately started taking detailed notes.
Not about the genre advice.
But the tools. The infrastructure.
The systems that could help him bring his own ideas alive.
Kaelus continued explaining how modern AI modules reduced production costs by nearly sixty percent if used efficiently.
Several coding frameworks appeared in the air.
Krishna memorized each carefully.
Because unlike the others—He already had a game in mind.
Not a military simulator. Not another war fantasy.
But something simple. Colorful. Direct. Fun.
Something this universe hadn't truly experienced yet.
The Entertainment System slowly peeked over Krishna's shoulder at his notes.
Then whispered dramatically:
[They seek war… …while you prepare plumbers to solve problems.]
Krishna's pen paused for half a second.
Then continued writing normally.
Because honestly—That sentence was absurd enough to almost make him laugh in class.
