Months passed...
But strangely—The noise around The Hangover never truly disappeared.
Usually, movies faded after a few weeks.
The discussions slowed. Clips stopped trending.
People moved on. Not this one.
As the movie expanded through different sectors under Orpheon Grand Theater Association, Something unexpected started happening.
Audiences began rewatching it.
Again. And again. And again.
At first the theater owners thought it was just early hype.
But then reports started arriving from different sectors showing the same pattern.
Large percentages of ticket purchases were repeat viewers.
People were bringing different friend groups each time.
Some came with coworkers.
Some dragged family members.
Some returned simply to hear the audience laugh together again.
Because somehow—The movie became more fun in a crowded theater.
Inside one theater at Sector-11, a recording from the audience reaction went viral after the tiger bathroom scene caused one man to laugh so hard he fell out of his chair.
Another clip from Sector-23 showed an entire row of viewers shouting
"NOOOO"
in advance during the taser scene because they already knew what was coming.
The comments below that clip exploded.
💬 [@ChaosGoblin77: The anticipation somehow makes it funnier.]
💬 [@MarriedButInspired: I watched it four times and still laughed.]
💬 [@AlanDefenseSquad: Alan remains the greatest threat to civilization.]
As the days continued—The movie quietly crossed milestone after milestone.
100 days.... 120 days.... 140 days....
And finally—It approached the unbelievable.
A 150-day theatrical streak.
That alone shook the entertainment industry.
Because comedy movies usually didn't sustain theater momentum this long.
Especially not low-budget productions from a relatively new studio.
But this movie had somehow escaped normal industry logic.
Inside multiple major studios across Sector 28, executives were growing increasingly frustrated every time new collection reports arrived.
One older executive reportedly slammed his tablet after seeing the updated numbers.
"How are people still watching this?"
Nobody in the room answered.
Because nobody understood either.
And the timing became worse.
Several major studio films were scheduled to release in one week.
Big productions. Massive actors.
Huge budgets.
Projects that had been planned for years.
Normally they would dominate headlines.
Instead—Audiences online were crying because The Hangover was nearing the end of its theatrical run.
💬 [@DelayedButLoyal: One week left… I'm not ready.]
💬 [@FreeSoul_77: The holy screening era ends soon.]
💬 [@CinemaGoblin: I still haven't emotionally recovered from Alan.]
💬 [@TigerBathroomVeteran: We used to laugh together… 😭]
Unfortunately—The audience frustration accidentally started spilling onto the upcoming releases.
Not because those movies were bad. Not because they deserved hate.
But because people emotionally attached themselves to The Hangover experience.
And now it was ending.
So every new movie announcement got hit with comments like:
💬 [@ChaosEnjoyer999: Cool movie but Hangover still running.]
💬 [@WolfPackLegend: Can't hear you over peak cinema.]
💬 [@RingDingWarrior: Releasing during Hangover final week is brave.]
Some fandoms began arguing. Others fought back.
UniNet once again became a battlefield.
Meanwhile—
The strangest thing was happening atStar Entertainment itself.
Silence. Complete silence.
"...."
"...."
"...."
After announcing the upcoming game project Super Mario the company suddenly stopped posting major updates.
No new trailer. No major movie announcements.
No music reveals.
Nothing.
At first people expected another surprise within days.
Then weeks passed...
Still nothing.
That silence strangely made the rest of the industry relax slightly.
For the first time in months—Several studios finally felt like they could breathe again.
One anonymous producer even said during an interview:
"At least they're quiet now."
That quote became meme material within hours.
Someone edited the Krishna wearing sunglasses behind him with the caption:
"They think we sleeping."
Meanwhile, the reality was far different.
Inside the Star Entertainment VR development space—Work was continuing nonstop.
The ten developers Krishna recruited barely even realized how much time had passed.
Super Mario's movement systems were becoming smoother.
Level structures were evolving.
Sound designs were being tested repeatedly.
The atmosphere there felt less like corporate development—And more like a group of creators building something they genuinely enjoyed.
One evening, while reviewing another movement test, Milo Vex suddenly asked.
"You think the public forgot about us?"
Before Krishna could answer—The Entertainment System appeared upside down from the ceiling fan.
[Oh no…]
It grinned beneath the green mask.
[-GRIN!]
[They're just recovering emotionally.]
Unfortunately they can't see or hear the entertainment system.
Months of work slowly began taking shape into something real.
Something alive.
Inside the VR development workspace of Star Entertainment, the once rough prototype of Super Mario was finally nearing completion.
And the closer the game came to its final form—The more excited the development team became.
Of course—There was one thing only Krishna suffered through daily.
The Entertainment System.
Because unlike everyone else—Only Krishna could see or hear it.
Meaning while the others worked peacefully…
Krishna alone had to endure the nonstop cringe commentary.
At the moment, the System was standing on top of a floating pipe wearing a fake red cap and fake mustache again.
[Wahoooo~!]
It jumped dramatically.
Then immediately pretended to fall into lava.
[Director!]
It pointed accusingly toward Krishna.
[Your plumber physics lack emotional depth.]
Krishna stared at it blankly.
"...."
"You are not helping."
The System gasped dramatically.
[I am the soul of this operation.]
Meanwhile—The rest of the developers continued working completely unaware that Krishna was mentally fighting an invisible idiot every single day.
But despite the chaos—The game itself was evolving beautifully.
Unlike the old primitive side-scrolling game structures from Krishna's previous world—This version had fully adapted into a modern immersive style suitable for the current era.
The visual direction resembled the colorful cinematic style of The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
Bright worlds. Expressive characters.
Large environments.
And most importantly—Movement freedom.
Mario no longer moved only left and right.
Players could move in all four directions naturally through vibrant interactive stages.
And somehow—That made the entire experience feel magical.
The first time the complete movement engine was tested—The room actually became quiet.
Mario sprinted across green hills. Jumped over moving obstacles.
Wall-bounced between platforms.
Slid through pipes.
The movement felt smooth.
Natural. Fun.
Even simply running around felt satisfying.
Grobnik stared silently at the screen before muttering.
"...."
"…Okay …I get it now."
Rykel Thorn slowly nodded.
-Nod!
"The movement itself is addictive."
Meanwhile Veysha Quill was practically vibrating from excitement while testing jump animations.
"No no—LOOK AT THIS."
She made Mario triple jump off a wall accidentally. Then immediately screamed.
"KEEP THAT."
The project had grown far beyond what they originally imagined.
Because Krishna didn't stop at simply recreating the old formula.
He expanded it.
🎮 Features Added
The game now contained multiple gameplay styles naturally integrated into the adventure.
🌈 Rainbow Track Racing
One section allowed players to unlock high-speed kart racing tracks suspended across glowing cosmic roads inspired by Rainbow Road.
The moment Milo tested the prototype race mode—He immediately crashed into the void three times.
Then loudly declared.
"This is the greatest thing ever made."
🏰 Castle Building Sections
Another system allowed players to slowly rebuild villages and castles rescued during the journey.
Not full survival mechanics.
Simple. Relaxing. Rewarding.
Selene Vortha became obsessed with decorating layouts instead of testing progression paths.
🔧 Plumbing Puzzle Areas
Krishna also integrated puzzle mechanics involving pipes, water flow systems, pressure valves, and hidden underground routes.
Draxil Moor nearly cried tears of happiness seeing proper fluid interaction systems finally used for something other than military engineering.
"You made plumbing cool."
He still sounded emotionally confused about it.
📖 Story Arcs
And unlike many games dominating the market—This one wasn't built entirely around combat.
There were emotional moments too.
Funny interactions. Character growth. Travel segments.
NPCs with personality.
The Mushroom Kingdom itself slowly started feeling alive.
One evening while reviewing a nearly completed castle level, Lyra Solenne quietly said.
"…This doesn't feel like a product anymore."
The others looked toward her.
She smiled softly while watching Mario wave toward a group of tiny mushroom citizens.
"It feels like a world."
Krishna paused slightly hearing that.
"...."
Because honestly—That was exactly what he wanted.
Outside the studio—UniNet still believed Star Entertainment had gone quiet.
"...."
Meanwhile—Inside this hidden workspace—A plumber was preparing to unknowingly shake another industry.
And only Krishna knew how absurd that sentence truly was.
Especially because beside him—The Entertainment System was currently singing opera dramatically while driving an invisible kart into imaginary walls.
