With a 'bang', Illustrious flew out the window with Mona on her back. The sudden high-speed flight forced Mona to hug Illustrious tightly, the shape of her breasts being continuously squeezed against Illustrious's back into semi-circles.
Oh ho! Quite a nice sensation. Although Mona's breasts aren't large, they are surprisingly soft! Illustrious evaluated inwardly as she felt the sensation from her back.
"Are you thinking about something wretched again?" Mona said fiercely, tightening her hands around Illustrious's neck.
Suddenly being strangled, Illustrious had a bit of trouble breathing, and her high-speed flight through the sky began to wobble. Sensing the wobbling, Mona immediately loosened her grip. Illustrious, now able to breathe smoothly, immediately adjusted her flight. Once the flight stabilized, Illustrious said somewhat angrily, "We almost fell. Mona, do you want to die! Don't suddenly strangle my neck. If we fall from this height, I won't die, but you might!"
"Who... who told you not to answer me! I called you so many times, but I found you weren't responding at all." Mona said to Illustrious.
"So that's how it was! Just now I was wondering if the Wolf of the North is strong and if he can take a punch from me. Let's not talk about that, why were you calling me?" Illustrious asked.
"Why are you looking for Lupus Boreas, Andrius?" Mona asked curiously.
"Because I want to obtain the ring of boreas from him." Illustrious explained to Mona.
"Why would you want the ring of boreas for no reason? That kind of thing is used to upgrade vision skills; it's useless to you! I see the power you use is Extreme Ice Power, you clearly possess a gnosis." Mona said in confusion.
"That's something my wife wants. She wants me to complete three trials before she'll consider consummating the marriage with me. One of the trials is to obtain the ring of boreas." Illustrious sighed and said, thinking that she was probably the only person in the world who would encounter a situation where she had to complete trials for her wife just to have sex.
"What! You actually have a wife! I didn't expect you to be a yuri. Is your wife pretty?" Mona said curiously.
Illustrious said very happily, "It's not a matter of whether she's pretty or not. She's the kind of rare beauty whose temperament completely captivates me."
"She is a very serious person, but she has a cute cat-ear hairstyle, which gives me a sense of Gap Moe. Her chest is wrapped tightly, but I can tell it's quite perky and majestic inside. Even though she wears a skirt, her movements are bold when she practices her swordplay, allowing me to clearly see the wonderful scenery beneath her skirt..."
Seeing Illustrious endlessly listing her wife's virtues, Mona felt a bit uncomfortable. Clutching her chest, she murmured in a low voice, "Tch! This is really annoying. If she's that good, how come you haven't even successfully finished consummating the marriage yet? Instead, you have to do some trials. She clearly just doesn't want to consummate the marriage with you, and you can't even tell. What a fool."
"In short, my wife isn't someone who can be described by just saying she's pretty. Hey, are you even listening!" Feeling that Mona wasn't reacting, Illustrious said somewhat angrily.
"If you have the mood to say that, why not look down? We've already arrived!" Mona said somewhat coldly.
"What, we're already here? So this is Wolvendom! Luckily you called me in time, Mona, otherwise I would have flown past it." Illustrious said thankfully.
Illustrious landed gently on the edge of the Boreal Plaza and slowly put down Mona from her back. "Next, there might be danger, so you stay here!"
"Are you really going? That's the Wolf of the North, he's as big as a house. With your small body, I'm afraid you'll be swallowed in one bite." Mona advised Illustrious.
"Don't worry! I'm not as weak as you imagine. Besides, power isn't determined by size." Illustrious flew toward the Boreal Plaza.
Seeing Illustrious insist on going, Mona said helplessly, "Hey! Don't you dare die!"
"Lupus Boreas, Andrius, I wonder if you could come out for a meeting!" Illustrious shouted toward a huge cave inside the Boreal Plaza.
"Where did this ant come from, actually daring to disturb my peace? Are you tired of living?" Andrius stepped out slowly from the cave. With every step, the ground shook, and frost was left wherever he passed. As he walked, his overbearing aura leaked out, and frost glittered brilliantly. He looked incredibly fierce, making people afraid to look at him directly.
"I come from Liyue, my name is Illustrious. I have come to request the ring of boreas from you, and I hope you, the Wolf King, can generously grant it." Illustrious grabbed the hem of her skirt and performed a Royal Navy aristocratic etiquette to Andrius.
"Wanting my ring of boreas? You truly don't know the heights of the heavens. You are not worthy." The Wolf of the North licked his paw with his tongue, his tone very disdainful. "It's not impossible to get the ring of boreas from me, unless you can defeat me."
"Eh, so in the end, I still have to fight to get it. No problem. Since you want to fight, I'll make you lose convincingly." Illustrious said with a cold face.
"Human, you are very interesting. You weren't scared into running away by my challenge, but instead bravely accepted it. I must say you have quite the spirit. I only hope you can pique my desire for battle later, and not be slapped to death by one of my paws." Looking at Illustrious, whose body wasn't even as large as one of his paws, the Wolf of the North said very contemptuously.
Illustrious sneered, "Laughable. To think one of your paws could crush me to death—you're not even afraid of laughing off Daga. You're just a frog at the bottom of a well who has never seen the world, hiding in your cave. I've killed more enemies stronger than you than you've eaten grains of salt. Instead of worrying about me, you'd better worry about yourself; don't get blasted into dust by one of my punches in the coming fight."
"Awoo! Ant, you are too arrogant. It seems I cannot let you remain today. Vanish!" The Wolf of the North howled at the sky. The howl was earth-shaking, and ripples of energy rose wherever it reached. Mona, who was far outside the plaza, was directly shaken by the howl and covered her ears.
After finishing its howl, the Wolf of the North sprinted toward Illustrious at a terrifying speed. The air it passed through froze rapidly due to the power of cold, leaving trails of frost floating in the air that looked exceptionally beautiful.
However, this beauty only made Mona feel palpitations; she could sense a terrifying power within that frost. If an ordinary person touched it, they would likely be frozen into an ice sculpture instantly.
Yet, that was a fate reserved for ordinary people, and Illustrious was no ordinary person. She gazed calmly at the sprinting Wolf of the North. The speed of its charge generated a powerful gale that reached Illustrious first, pressing her white off-the-shoulder dress tightly against her body, directly outlining the graceful and perfect curves of her figure.
Facing the aggressive momentum of the Wolf of the North, Illustrious's expression didn't flicker in the slightest. She watched the Wolf of the North as it drew closer, and only when it was within three feet did she take action.
