Chapter 256 - Chapter 22: An Astrologist with Principles

"My master herself is a yuri. How could she object!" Mona smiled and said.

"Alright! When do we set off?" Illustrious asked.

"Hmm! I have some things to do in Mondstadt. Probably in about a month!" Mona calculated her schedule and gave Illustrious a time.

"Then use this token to call me when the time comes! At that time, I'll be able to use this token as a coordinate to instantly teleport to your side." Illustrious handed a token engraved with the word 'Light' to Mona.

"Your token is not simple! It actually possesses the aura of Extreme Ice Power. When you subdued me with one move back then, it seemed you also used the power of Extreme Ice Power. Could it be that you possess a gnosis?" Mona said with some surprise.

"I do indeed possess a gnosis. Wait, don't ask me why I have it, because I don't know either. I just woke up one day and found myself possessing a gnosis!" Illustrious said without blushing or her heart skipping a beat.

"Tch! If you won't say, then don't. You just had to tell such an obvious lie. Do you take me for a fool?" Mona curled her lip and said.

"By the way, you said you're an Astrologist, right? Then can you use Astrology to tell me where Andrius, the Wolf of the North in Wolvendom, is?" Illustrious said, changing the subject.

"Looking for Andrius, the Wolf of the North in Wolvendom? Sorry! If it's looking for the Wolf King, I won't use Astrology for that kind of thing," Mona said, refusing.

"Why? Don't be so stingy! Why not use such a powerful divination ability?" Illustrious asked.

"This is a matter of principle. If an Astrologist believes that Astrology can solve everything, then they will be abandoned by the starry sky," Mona explained.

"Don't be like that! Just use it once. Besides, I won't let you divine for nothing, I'll pay you." Illustrious took out a coin pouch and placed it on the table. "This is 10,000 mora."

"Don't think you can move me with money. I won't divine for you; this is a matter of dignity." Mona's eyes were fixed on the pile of coin pouches, but her tone was disdainful as she spoke to Illustrious.

Seeing Mona staring at the coin pouch, Illustrious sneered, thinking she was complaining about the amount! So she added more, placing a larger coin pouch than before on the table. "10,000 mora is indeed a bit low. Then how about adding another 50,000 mora!"

Seeing Illustrious actually take out an even larger coin pouch containing 50,000 mora, Mona couldn't resist the temptation and almost agreed on the spot. But in the end, she held back and said to Illustrious angrily, "I'm telling you! Money isn't everything. This is about one's state of mind. No matter how much money you offer, I won't use Astrology to divine for you."

Looking at Mona's expression, Illustrious knew she was almost there! She immediately placed an even larger and bulging coin pouch on the table. "Then what if I add another 100,000 mora? Now you're willing to divine for me, right! I'm telling you, this is the last time I'm adding money. If you still don't agree, I'll have to ask someone else."

"Don't! I agree!" Mona pounced on the coin pouches, fearing Illustrious would take them back. She couldn't help it; she was too poor! Every bit of money she got went into buying Astrology tools and ancient books, and she was in a state of absolute poverty again this month! She had been eating mushrooms for over a month. If she didn't find a source of income, she would have to live on the north wind this month!

"Oh! So you agree! But what about the principles, dignity, and state of mind of an Astrologist? Didn't you say you wouldn't violate those?"

Faced with Illustrious's cold mockery, Mona said very angrily, "I never said I would use Astrology to help you find Lupus Boreas, Andrius."

Seeing that Mona had already stored the three coin pouches into her vision, only to hear her say she wouldn't use Astrology, Illustrious said angrily, "You took the money and still plan to do no work! Then give those three coin pouches back to me. You'd better take them out yourself! Otherwise, don't make me do it! If I have to do it, I might accidentally touch you somewhere, and you can't blame me then!"

Seeing Illustrious staring at her breasts, Mona immediately crossed her arms and said to Illustrious warily, "Pervert, what do you want! I'm telling you, don't come over! Otherwise, I'll scream! Besides, you clearly have a pair of big breasts yourself, why do you want to touch mine!"

"You don't understand! I can't get excited touching myself! I'm not a self-groping maniac; it feels better to touch others!" Illustrious said nonchalantly as she kept approaching Mona.

Seeing Illustrious about to pounce, Mona directly raised her right hand to block her. "Stop! Don't come over. Although I said I wouldn't use Astrology to help you find Lupus Boreas, Andrius, I can lead you there! I know where he is."

"What! You know? Why didn't you say so earlier." Illustrious returned to her chair and complained to Mona. "Then when will you take me there?"

"If you want, I can take you now." Mona looked at the sky; it wasn't late. If they were fast, they should be able to return immediately.

"Then let's go now! You point the way, and I'll fly us there." Illustrious held Mona in a princess carry, preparing to jump out the window and fly.

"Wait, don't hold me like this. If someone sees us, it'll be too embarrassing." Mona said with a blush.

"Then I'll fly with you on my back!" Illustrious put Mona down, then crouched down and gestured for Mona to come over.

"If it's on your back, that's fine, but I'm warning you! You're not allowed to touch me." Mona said to Illustrious warily.

Hearing this, the corner of Illustrious's mouth couldn't help but twitch. "Big sister! If you don't let me touch you, how am I supposed to carry you on my back!"

Mona nodded, also feeling that she was indeed being a bit unreasonable. "True, but you can't have any lewd thoughts."

"I know! Please just get on! My legs are getting a bit numb from crouching." Illustrious urged.

After hearing Illustrious's reply, Mona felt relieved and walked to her side. She bent down, wrapped her arms around Illustrious's neck, and clamped her legs around Illustrious's body. The fragrance from Illustrious's body wafted into her nose, and Mona couldn't help but think: Not to mention, this girl actually smells quite nice.

Illustrious gripped Mona's silky black-stockinged thighs and slowly stood up. Feeling the soft and smooth texture transmitted to her hands, Illustrious cheered inwardly—the feel was amazing! She felt she could play with these beautiful legs for a year.

"Why are you just standing there! I say, you aren't thinking about something wretched, are you?" Mona said suspiciously, seeing Illustrious motionless.

"Wre... wretched things? No, not at all. I'm a proper person, don't talk nonsense!" Illustrious said somewhat nervously.

"So suspicious!" Mona said, squinting her eyes.

"What's suspicious! More importantly, are you holding on tight?" Illustrious said to Mona after calming down.

"Mm! I'm holding on tight. We can take off now." Mona said softly.
