"Maria," someone called from afar, making Jaime, Jude, James and I look from where the voice came from. Then we saw two women walking towards us. "Did you listen to the whole thing?" I asked both Elle and Hazel as they came closer. Hazel shyly nods in response while Elle, "Hazel is the one who said to forgive the people who sinned." Answered Elle with a teasing smile on her face. Hazel elbowed her.
"I didn't know you girls were here," said Jaime as he put his hands on his hips then smiled widely at them. Hazel rolled her eyes at Jaime while Elle just nodded in response. "Yeshua invited them, Jaime." I said to Jaime while smiling and now looking at him. "Who are they?" Asked Hazel, making both me and Jaime look at her. "Rude." Said Jaime as he touched his chest. "I'm sorry we didn't introduce ourselves first. I'm Jude, nice to meet you." Said Jude with a gentle smile on his face. "My name is James." Said James with a smile.
Quiet filled the atmosphere for a moment before Elle spoke. "I'm Elle and she's Hazel," said Elle but Hazel glared at her. "We're Maria's friends." Finished Elle with a smile. "Jude and James are brothers." Said Jaime while his hands are on his hips again. "Should I call Yeshua so you can spe—" before I even finished what I'm saying…
"Hello, Hazel and Elle." Greet Yeshua with a smile as He came close to us. Hazel quickly stood straight and looked at Yeshua attentively while Elle looked at Yeshua with awe. Yeshua chuckled. "I'm so glad that you're able to join us in today's teaching," said Yeshua while still smiling to both Hazel and Elle. "Look who's here!" Said Simon as he came close to us. Hazel glared at him and Elle looked at him with furrowed eyebrows. "Ladies," greet Simon to both of them. "Simon." Said both Elle and Hazel in sync then they looked back at Yeshua.
Hazel suddenly pointed to Elle and said, "She's the one who told a person it is not necessary to call someone 'idiot' when they answered wrong." Elle quickly looked at Hazel with wide eyes. "What?!" The only word she uttered. "You did it first when you told them I was the one who said to forgive!" Said Hazel but then she froze. "You're the one who said it? You know, I'd never know you are that kind of person." Said Simon as he crossed his arms. Hazel glared at him.
"Thank you so much for joining in today's teaching, my friends. I hope to see you all in the future as well." Said Yeshua to both Elle and Hazel with a wide smile. Elle and Hazel just nodded in response then Yeshua walked away from us. "Are the two of you joining our group as well?" Asked Simon while his arms were still crossed. Hazel glared at Simon again then walked away. "If you're in it, we won't." Answered Elle then she followed Hazel.
Jaime and I looked at each other then shook our heads at the same time because we know that their 'no' is definitive. "They don't really like Simon, huh?" Asked Jude. "What?" Simon. "Nope." Jaime and I answered in sync while looking at one another.
