"You looked busy earlier," Eugene commented as their car left Claudio's driveway.
When he went down, Hannah was playing by herself with Claudio's doll collection, while Arthur was busy walking around the kitchen. The guy even made some notes in his notebook, which he usually used only to write about Hannah.
"Their kitchen is similar to the first house we visited, so I was trying to see if it would be enough to fit all of my appliances," Arthur replied.
Eugene glanced at the alpha's pursed lips. "It doesn't, does it?"
Arthur shook his head. "Well...since everything was installed already, I don't even know where to put what's mine."
Eugene chuckled and sighed, looking out at the trees flanking the street they might take every day in the future. "It seems like the second one is better, after all."
"You like the first one's style more, though..."
