"The second house has the same asking price as the first one, but it doesn't include any furniture and appliances," Eugene said while making a note in his journal. "Plus, the garden needs to be built from scratch."
"I like that more, because I'm not letting someone else decide how I decorate my house," Claudio scoffed, stirring the white mocha--which may or may not have had a dash of Kahlua in it--in his hand.
That did sound like him--Eugene chuckled. The guy would even prefer to spend months learning how to make pottery from scratch if he didn't find a vase that he liked.
But, well... visiting the house of a newlywed did give him some idea of what he would have to do with his future house--whichever one they would end up choosing.
