Chapter 2 - The Advantage of a Broken World

Rayan didn't sleep that night.

Not because he couldn't.

But because he didn't want to.

Because the thought kept repeating in his mind:

If tomorrow is going to be the same… then nothing is unpredictable anymore.

And that idea… was dangerous.

🌅 Morning Again

7:00 AM.

Alarm.

Same ceiling.

Same crack near the fan.

But this time, Rayan didn't feel fear.

He felt something else.

Interest.

He got up slowly, like someone testing a new rule of reality.

If the world repeated itself…

Then it wasn't chaos.

It was predictable chaos.

And predictable things… could be used.

🏫 School — The Pattern Becomes Clear

Zareenabad High School was the same again.

Same students.

Same laughter.

Same Usman Kadir joke.

Rayan watched carefully this time.

Not confused.

Observing.

Like a scientist.

He whispered to himself:

"…It's not random. It's a loop."

In math class, Mr. Haris walked in again.

Same words.

Same assignment.

Same everything.

But this time—

Rayan already knew the answers.

He looked at the paper.

And wrote.

Fast.

Effortlessly.

Like he had already lived this moment.

📈 The First Change

When class ended, Mr. Haris stopped him.

"Rayan."

He turned.

The teacher looked at his paper.

Paused.

Looked again.

"This is… perfect."

Rayan blinked.

Perfect?

He had never been called that before.

Students around started whispering.

Areeba Khan glanced at him with slight surprise.

Hamza Malik muttered:

"Since when is he this smart?"

Rayan didn't respond.

But inside—

something clicked.

💡 The Realization

Walking through the corridor, he stopped near the stairs.

The same cycle repeated again outside.

Same students.

Same movements.

Same day.

But now he saw it differently.

He wasn't trapped.

He was ahead.

He leaned against the wall and whispered:

"…If I already know everything that will happen…"

His eyes slowly narrowed.

"…I can win everything."

A pause.

Then a small smile formed.

For the first time—

the broken world didn't feel like a curse.

It felt like an opportunity.

🧠 The First Use of the Loop

Next class.

History exam.

Students panicking.

Pages flipping.

Pens shaking.

But Rayan?

Calm.

Too calm.

Because he remembered every question.

Every answer.

Every mistake.

He wrote everything perfectly.

Not just correctly—

flawlessly.

Time passed.

Bell rang.

Papers submitted.

Whispers started again.

"He finished early…"

"How does he know everything?"

"Is he cheating?"

But no one could prove anything.

Because in their version of reality—

this was still the first time.

🌆 Hero of a Broken Day

By afternoon, everything shifted slightly.

Teachers praised him.

Students looked at him differently.

Not fear.

Not confusion.

Respect.

Hamza patted his shoulder.

"Bro, you're insane today."

Areeba smiled faintly.

"Did you study secretly or something?"

Rayan didn't answer.

Because he didn't study.

He remembered.

And then—

he realized something darker.

If tomorrow was the same…

He didn't just know exams.

He knew everything people would say.

Everything they would do.

Everything they would become.

⚠️ Final Thought of the Chapter

That night, Rayan stood alone near his window again.

Watching the frozen-feeling city.

His reflection stared back.

And for the first time—

he didn't see a victim.

He saw someone standing above the loop.

And he whispered:

"If this world is broken… then I decide what it becomes."

A pause.

Then softer:

"…right?"

Outside—

a bird flickered mid-air for half a second.

Like reality wasn't sure if it agreed.
