"Tanvir."
He turned.
Tanzila wasn't looking at him.
She was looking at the wall.
At the symbol.
His name was written inside it.
Not in letters.
But in meaning.
"How did it know my name?" he asked.
Tanzila smiled faintly.
"It didn't learn it."
"Then?"
"It is you."
Tanvir stepped back.
"That's impossible."
"You're still thinking like a human."
"I am human."
Tanzila walked toward him slowly.
"No," she whispered, "you're something pretending to be human."
He shook his head violently.
"No. No. That's not true."
But doubt had already entered.
And doubt was enough.
Tanzila reached out and touched his face.
"You've always been this way."
"Then why did I forget?"
Her eyes darkened slightly.
"Because you fell in love."
Silence.
"What?"
"With me."
His heart skipped.
"That's insane."
"Is it?"
She leaned closer.
"You chose to forget your power… just to feel something real."
Tanvir's mind spiraled.
"Then why am I remembering now?"
Tanzila's expression broke—
Just slightly.
"Because this time… I might lose you."
