Chapter 7: The Lesson
Arin woke up in the forest again.
"You failed," the voice said.
"I tried…" Arin whispered.
"You used power. But not belief."
Arin closed his eyes.
He remembered his village… his friend… his dreams.
This time, he didn't feel scared.
He felt strong.Arin returned.
The Shadow King was waiting.
"Back again?" he mocked.
Arin stood calm.
"This time, I'm ready."
He raised his hands… and the light was brighter than ever.
The darkness screamed.
And in one final moment—
The light defeated the shadow.
The village was saved.
People cheered for Arin.
Mira smiled and said,
"You really do belong to the stars."
Arin looked at the sky.
"No," he said softly.
"The stars belong to all of us."
