Outside the ravenwood academy stood ryan waiting to meet gym leader O'Neil wondering if he was getting puked.
"Where is this guy?"
Currently jack O'Neil is 45 minutes late from when the headmaster told ryan he
Would be here.
Ryan was about to call it and go ask the headmaster where he was but then he saw somthing flying in the distance.
A Pidgeot came flying towards ryan with jack O'Neil on its back who looked a little green.
Pidgeot came down infornt of ryan looking slightly annoyed as Jack O'Neil got off.

"Ryan! Sorry im late. Pidgeot doesnt really like me that much hahahaha. Its my wife pokemon, she let me borrow it for my trip."
"Thats fine gym leader O'Neil but are we taking Pidgeot to high rise city?"
"Yep with pidgeot here will get there in an hour compared to by car or walking, much faster."

Pidgeot looked annoyed at the whole situation but ryan got closer and pet its beak releasing his aura to calm it.
Somehow it worked as it calmed down immediately and went into Ryan's petting.
"Wow guess she likes you, pidgeot isnt friendly to most people."
"I got a way with pokemon I guess."
"I suppose you do, lets get going. Your going to like the selection we have."
Pidgeot next down and allowed Jack and Ryan to get on its back. With a flap of her wings Pidgeot flew into the air.
"Woah."
"First time flying?"
"First time riding a pokemon ever."
"Well get comfortable will be flying for about an hour."
Ryan sighed and enjoying the scenery of the mountains and rivers flying past.
'I need a pokemon that can fly.'

" ryan were here. Welcome to high rise city"
High rise city was filled with big building full of pokemon related businesses.
lots of people travel there because its one of the best places to buy pokemon and items.
"Ive never been here before its impressive."
"Yes it is this place is my prise and joy, its home."
"Its the reason I wanted to be a gym leader, so I can help it grow and protect it."
"I see, you really love this place huh."
"Yes I do. You can take a tour some other time let me show you the electric type breeder house I own."
Pidgeot flew over buildings to the around the center of the city where the high rise city gym was.
"Is the breeder house in your gym?"
" yes it is. I like to keep them close together better commute."
Ryan thought the reason was funny but didnt argue with the logic.
They landed on the ground infront and O'Neil returned Pidgeot to its pokeball.
"Follow me."
They walked inside and gym leader O'Neil asked a question of ryan that ryan himself was wondering.
"So what kind of electric type Pokémon were you thinking of."
"I dont know exactly, ive trusted my gut so far and it landed me two really great pokemon."
" good answer, when decideding to add a pokemon to your team compatibility is very important."
"Your other pokemon are very well trained aswell so whatever you decide i imagine will be aswell."
"Thank you Mr.O'Neil."
They walk inside a large room filled with caretakers and pokemon eggs.
"Gym leader O'Neil hello there, who is this young man."
A caretaker approached them with a clipboard in hand and large smile.
"This is ryan Long, my mentor asked me to allow him receive a pokemon egg today."
" gym leader! Are you sure some of these eggs are 100 of thousand dollars."
"I know but he's earned besides this young man has the makings of a champion level trainer."
"Really! If you say so gym leader, young man please have a look around and if have any questions please ask me."
"Thank you sir ill try not to disturb anyone."
Ryan then walked around the level of each pokemon all higher then average but not up to his expectations.
Mareep gym leader level

Electic gym leader level
Yamper gym leader level
Frowning ryan only saw gym leader potential pokemon which in his book wasnt high enough.
Finally though ryan saw an egg in the back and grinned.
Elekid elite four level
"This one seems special."
"Ah yes its the egg from a pokemon of mine."
Gym leader O'Neil looked slightly nervous when he told ryan about the pokemon which ryan picked up on.
" is there somthing wrong with it?"
"No no nothing at all, its just...."
Before jack could finsh a kid who looked strikingly simaler to jack O'Neil runs over.
"You cant have that egg, dad saving it for me when I become a trainer."
A kid who look around 14-15 glared at ryan but jack put a hand on his son shoulder.
"Jaden I know I promised you that egg but ryan has the right to choose any egg here."
"But but but... I know. If you want to take it i understand."
Ryan looked at the sad kid and sighed not wanting to ruin a kids start to becoming a trainer.
"How about I make you a deal."
" Huh?"
"Ill let you have that egg and when you become a trainer will have a battle."
"For real!"
"Yeah kid its clear you want it more then me I couldn't take it from you."
"Ryan are you sure eggs like this are 1 and 1000."
"Im sure, I remember when I was younger and didnt have anyone to lean on."
"I would like to help your son have the chance I never had."
"Thank you big brother ill take really good care of it."
"Hahahaha no problem. How old are you anyway you seem about high-school age."
"Yeah im 15 in the end of my freshman year."
"I see. help me find another pokemon egg will ya."
"Sure big bro."
Gym leader O'Neil sighed in relief as he his son will get to keep the pokemon egg from his starter pokemon.
They walk around the gallery and still couldn't find one that suited ryans expectations.
"How about we look in the back, there Mostly young eggs or damaged so we dont put them out here."
Going into the back ryan saw many eggs of the thing up front but stopped on one egg in particular.
It was a large egg and was hooked up to machines, ryan could actually feel the aura leaking out.

"We were given it hoping somthing could be done but modern medicine isn't advanced enough to help it."
"Dad theres really nothing you could do, thats sad."

Gym leader O'Neil was mouth agape not knowing if ryan heard him.
" Ah ryan theres nothing that can be done for this egg, I know its sad but you really shouldn't choose this one."
"Trust me."
Ryan put his hands on the egg hopefully trying to heal it using his aura.
Jaden and jack O'Neil saw a blue energy flow through ryan and into the egg shocking them.
"Your an aura user!"
"Dad whats aura."
" its a rare power few have but its very powerful and mysterious that nobody knows the full extent of what its capable of."
Ryan felt shinx wasn't leaking aura anymore and he let go.
"Shinx should be alright now."
"Really?!"
"Yes if I stay with a little more time I can hatch him."
"Then that egg is all yours ryan."
Ryan was about to thank the gym leader but they heard an explosion coming from the next room.
" the eggs!"
Jack O'Neil runs out the room with his son and ryan following.
Running into the next room ryan saw three people dressed in black hoods with one having a red armband.
At there side were pokemon who looked aggressive and decently strong.

"Who are you people!? And why are you here!"
"We are members of the black organization, are intentions for the strong to understand."
The leader dismissed them looking around at the pokemon eggs.
