The morning sunlight entered through Ronnie's bedroom window.
A tall, well-toned, lean figure tossed and turned in bed. Every time the sunlight slipped through the swinging curtains and hit his flawless face, his nose scrunched slightly, like a grumpy bunny.
Suddenly, his eyes flew open.
"OMG! I can't be late today. I can finally see her!"
He sat up in excitement.
"Maybe we'll become friends too. Who knows?"
His expression suddenly turned nervous.
"Will she recognize me?"
He paused.
"Wait… no, no. She shouldn't. yesterday, I was on her bad side."
He groaned and buried his face in his hands.
"But I don't want her to think I'm a stranger."
"Aish… all because of that stupid idiot"
He suddenly looked around.
"Where is he? I'm gonna kick him."
He took a deep breath and pointed at himself.
"Okay, okay, Ronnie. You can't waste your time. Wear something super nice, go get her, and then you can deal with that idiot."
He patted his cheeks as if preparing himself for an exam before rushing off to freshen up.
After what felt like a century, the room looked as if it had just survived a tornado.
Clothes were scattered everywhere.
And in the middle of that disaster stood Ronnie in front of a full-length mirror.
He wore a crisp black shirt with the sleeves folded up to his forearms, paired with blue jeans and a black leather belt with subtle golden highlights on the buckle.
He admired himself while fixing his hairstyle for what felt like the hundredth time, as if he were preparing for a ramp walk.
"Soo handsome."
He tilted his head.
"Damn, I'm jealous. How can you be this handsome?"
He stared at his reflection proudly.
"This mirror is so lucky to witness me."
He paused.
"What if she falls for me?"
A grin appeared on his face.
"For my style…"
He adjusted his collar.
"For my looks…"
And just like that, Ronnie disappeared into his own daydreaming world.
A sudden loud sound from downstairs pulled him back to reality.
He rushed down the stairs.
"What happened? Why are you shouting like a donkey?"
Raj looked at him, offended.
"Well, I just remembered that I lost my luggage."
Ronnie rolled his eyes.
"Wow. Mr. So-Called Genius. Everything is prepared. That room and everything in it was arranged for you, and don't you dare get dramatic now. Just get ready. We're already late."
After half an hour, at most, another shout came from the same room.
Ronnie sighed.
"Raj! I'm gonna kick the soul out of you if you're shouting because your blind eyes can't find clothes in the cupboard!"
Raj stood in front of the mirror, admiring himself. Then he turned toward Ronnie.
"My beauty blinded my eyes."
Ronnie made a gagging sound.
"Let's go."
"How?"
"I'll book a cab."
Raj scoffed.
"So the driver can talk shit about you again? No thanks. You have bikes, don't you? Let's go."
He pointed toward Ronnie.
"You're a damn racer. I don't know why you aren't using bikes now."
Ronnie hesitated for a moment, then nodded.
Raj chuckled and called the maid to bring them helmets. He tossed one toward Ronnie.

The ordinary city roads turned into a racing track for the two maniacs, and the highway only gave them more room to go wild.
Ronnie speed up cutting through the wind with every rise in speed
Raj shouted "show off" trying to match Ronnie speed
Ronnie just giggled, though the sound lost its way in wind before it reach Raj's ears
Both of them finally reached college.
The roar of the engines alone was enough to make everyone clear the way.
All eyes turned toward the two figures entering the campus, everyone trying to figure out who they were.
The girls were already dividing themselves into two fan clubs.
Then they both took off their helmets.
The moment the helmet came off, whispers spread through the crowd. One by one, heads turned, and suddenly every eye in the campus was on Ronnie.
Ronnie's blond hair was slightly messed up by the helmet, while his shirt looked perfectly fitted despite the speed, the wind leaving traces of the ride in his appearance.
Then everyone's eyes turned toward the mysterious man beside him.
Raj walked closer to Ronnie.
"Umm, Ron… don't you think flies might enter their mouths if they don't close them now?"
Ronnie shook his head and facepalmed.
Then he suddenly saw Ruby walking across the campus.
He tossed his helmet to Raj.
"Take care of this."
Before Raj could even respond, Ronnie rushed toward the campus.
He practically ran as if he were in a race.
But by the time he reached the spot, he had already lost sight of her.
Yet he didn't want to accept the defeat and he wandering every corridor to get even a glimpse of her
Looking over window thinking he might be lucky enough to find her
Then his phone buzzed from his pocket
He saw it a notification from sam
sam:
(yo bro we got Raj 😈come to canteen if u want him 💀
just kidding i dont need him i need you😘)
i shook my head to his dramatic texts srsly sometimes i wonder how Jacob managed him
i looked at time it been 30 min since i start searching the college sure is big yet no luck finding her
i turn toward canteen direction to meet those idiots
i got another notification before i react to sam message and its from jacob
Jacob:
(bro.... where are you?
come fast ! save me from this brainless idiot
they are literally fighting 🙂 over a chair colour😭)
i felt sad for Jacob for a min but its super funny its soo them
so i replied him
Ronnie:
(just remove that chair😜)
Jacob:
(good one🤩)
i fastened my pace not wanting to Jacob lose his mind he is only sensible one after me ofc

Later, Ronnie, Jacob, and Sam entered the building.
instead of going to class they all sat at canteen waiting for Ronnie while playing and texted Ronnie to come there
and Raj admiring college of how big it is and how different it is from his past one
he walk to table and grab a chair but it didn't move when he look he saw Sam holding same chair
Sam raise an eyebrow thn put on small smile "its mine grab other one"
Raj also have almost same expression "umm no thanks this is fine with me"
Jacob who already sat spoke "just sit down already there are 3 chairs"
Sam spoke with slight smirk "see even Jacob is my side go find others"
Jacob defended himself"im not on anyone side"
Raj snikerd while Sam mutter 'traitor'
Jacob signed and spoke "whats so special about that chair"
Sam and Raj both spoke in unison "its green my fav colour"
Both seem shock but Jacob was one struck at their words trying to process "srsly fighting over that what are you five"
"shut up" both said in unison
the fight still goes on thn suddenly Sam shouted "Jacob here serious discussion going on and u looking at phone"
"how ungrately and u call urself my bestfriend"
Jacob didn't spoke at first thn stood up his tall frame covered sam and he stopped talking and stayed silent Raj also stayed quite
Jacob quietly moved to other table and grab the green chair and pulled it to their table
"here ur green chair now sit quiet i dont want to hear another argument over the direction"
Jacob said in exhausted yet strict voice cuz he know nothing is normal when it includes this two
Then he turn to Sam "you should definitely stop seeing those stupid movies ur getting more dramatic than my grandma"
Raj chuckled then all three looked at each other and burst into laughter
after few seconds
Ronnie finally came to them
Ronnie walking to the table saw the two green chair and he definitely know the problem Jacob tected 'he handle it better' he murmured to himself and walked towards table
Sam immediately put an arm around Ronnie's shoulder.
"You came by bike? Cool.
We tried calling you, but you ran like a mad dog."
Raj was the first to laugh.
"Damn, Sam, you're right. Even I was shocked. I thought he was possessed."
Jacob remained silent, simply shaking his head.
Ronnie glared at all of them and dramatically thudded his hand onto the table.
Before he could say anything, he heard a few girls murmuring nearby.
Girl 1: "Jeez, look at them… They're fighting."
Girl 2: "OMG! Aren't they the bikers from this morning? I'm so invested in this!"
Girl 3: "Damn, no wonder he's the villain's son. I mean, look at him! But he's hot. That's all I care about."
Raj smiled at the girls.
Jacob tried to hide away.
Sam winked at them.
Ronnie tried to ignore them all—until he heard a voice.
The same voice he had been craving to hear.
A small voice, but loud enough to reach him.
"Tsk. Punks. Let's go, guys. I came to college, not for this nonsense."
Just as they were about to walk away, Ronnie turned.
He only caught a glimpse of Ruby walking away with the other girls.
Without thinking, he started following her.
Then he heard the sound of someone clearing their throat.
Ronnie stopped.
Jacob, Sam, and Raj had all suddenly stood up straight, their expressions filled with fear.
He slowly turned around.
His professor was standing there, glaring at them.
"Oh. All three geniuses together."
The professor crossed his arms.
"Can you tell me what you're doing here instead of attending my class?"
Ronnie was the first to speak.
"We're doomed."
And then Sam proved it by making it worse.
"We were actually about to come to your class, sir. We just… got lost on the way."
The professor gave them a judgmental look.
"Lost? In college? You've been studying here for the past year. Interesting."
All of them started fidgeting with their hands.
Then Raj stepped forward.
Ronnie immediately knew this was going to end badly.
Raj was no better than Sam.
Ronnie quickly covered his mouth.
But Raj forcefully removed Ronnie's hand.
"Don't worry, guys. I'll save us. Today's my day to be the hero."
They tried to stop him.
But it was too late.
"Hey, sir. I know we're not in your class, and we're wrong about it. I'm sorry."
Everyone stared at him in shock.
For once, Raj had said something sensible.
They sighed in relief.
Unfortunately, the relief lasted only a few seconds.
Raj continued.
"But why are you here instead of being in your class? I would like an explanation, please."
Everyone's eyes widened.
The professor clenched his teeth.
"My class is completed, and who the hell are you?"
Raj nodded as if he had just understood something important.
Then he extended his hand.
"I'm Raj."
The professor stared at him.
"Who wants to know about you?"
Ronnie immediately dragged Raj away before he could say anything else, covering his mouth.
Jacob stepped forward.
Ronnie sighed, knowing he was the only sensible one among them.
"Sorry, sir. Actually, he's our friend and he's new to the college. We're helping him. I know it's a bit extra ,we're all here because of him. But you can see it yourself… he's an idiot. It's needed."
He gave an awkward smile.
"We won't repeat it next time, sir."
The professor sighed and nodded.
"Okay. Just don't repeat it."
when professor finally left that's when Ronnie finally let go of Raj
Raj gasped a bit then spoke in grumpy tone
"isn't he the who asked who i am"
Ronnie chuckled and sam burst in laughter which he holding even Jacob giggling
Raj groaned "fake friends laugh, laugh all you want one day will be mine" he put on a warrior pose "and on that day i will show you"
before he complete Ronnie spoke again trying to hold his laugh
"well that say never come even it exist that's not today haha"
the fun session stopped when they heard footsteps followed with sound of snapping finger
All turn towards sound
everyone face have different expression
sam look most annoyed than others and Jacob scoffed with slight exhaustion

Well... Ronnie failed his mission. 💀
He woke up early.
Dressed up.
Nearly turned the highway into a race track.
Ran across half the campus.
And still couldn't properly talk to Ruby.
Meanwhile, Raj continues proving that common sense is merely a suggestion, Sam remains a professional troublemaker, and Jacob is one argument away from early retirement. 😭
Truly tragic.
But don't worry, his suffering isn't over yet. 😌✨

How long before Jacob loses his remaining sanity?
