Back at the dungeon, the Saviors party quickly got to work on the first floor. Jubelle improved immensely, and learned when and where to strike, adding value to an already incredibly powerful party. The S ranked demons on the first few floors provided little to no resistance.
After they cleared the fifth floor, Sora motioned to stop and handed Sasha and Jubelle a blood bag to share. He handed Levi and Brie a large potion and mana potion, which she politely refused.
"I'm good, I don't feel like I've taken a single hit and some of the demons on this floor managed to slice my arms up," she said with a smile. "You should let someone else try it! This linking magic is amazing!"
"Good, I'm glad my linking ability works well. Remember, I also passively regenerate one HP per second, so you don't have to worry about my health," Sora reminded Brie. "Anyone else interested?"
"Can you just transfer it from person to person?" Sasha asked.
"System, can I transfer this ability willingly to any party member at any time?"
[No. Although you are able to transfer it, transferring it too frequently will cause stress and harm to your body. Only transfer this when absolutely necessary and I'd recommend disengaging the link for a few days before linking with someone else.]
"Yes and no Sasha. In a dire or life threatening situation, I'd have to choose whether or not to risk the personal side effects in order to make that transfer," Sora explained.
"Very noble of you Sora, but the Uthra, especially in my family, are known to have very high damage thresholds. It's best if you keep it for yourself or humans. Vampires can use blood and we have plenty of that. Demons use flesh or blood, so no need to stress your body out for nothing," Levi said.
"Take it back, Sora, please." Brie said.
"Thanks for offering Brie, but I need to experience this sensation when in battle. This is the perfect dungeon to do so. Shall we continue the climb?"
The party had no trouble until floor 9, which had three banshees. Luckily, Sora cast wind magic to protect their ears and despite it taking about an hour, they finally defeated the last Banshee.
[Congratulations Sora, you have reached level 55.
New goal: Continue to level up and unlock the secret of your eyes.
Current HP: 200/200
Current Experience: 0/500,000]
'Finally! I at least have a goal that hints at the powers Chronos locked away in my eyes! This is amazing!'
"Why do you look so happy, Sora?" Brie asked.
"Why wouldn't I be? We're here, working together better than we ever have and there's a boss behind this door. Who's ready for some rewards?!"
"Hold your horses Captain enthusiasm. I say we use the tent and relax for a bit and formulate a plan for what's potentially behind door 10," Sasha suggested.

The party slept for eight hours in the magical tent, which looked like a small camping tent. However, the inside magically expanded. It had four bedrooms large enough to fit King size bedsets and mattresses. It also contained a bathroom, which no one was quite sure where the water for the shower and sink came from, or where the toilet flushed too. It also had a living area, kitchen, dining area and a small storage room.
Sora and Brie shared a room, leaving the others with their own room. When they woke up, they met in the neatly decorated and furnished living area.
Well, what did your analyze skill discover?" Jubelle asked.
"Nothing," Brie and Sora said in unison.
"That's not go--" Sasha was cut off.
"It's early morning now," Levi said, while looking down at his sword.
"Uh, Levi. How can you tell the time by looking at your sword?" Sora asked. "Are you even paying attention to what the group is talking about?"
"Oh, sorry. No. My sword speaks to me once in a great while, internally of course. When she does, I usually get lost in a trance." Levi smiled.
"Despite its mint condition, this sword originated with my ancestors and is rumored to be a gift to the original Uthra King, from the god Chronos. The original King gifted it to my family due to our extensive knowledge and foresight ability. That's how the prophecy came to be, or so my family says."
Sora failed to hear the rest of the conversation, as the mention of Chronos made him think about his life as a human.
'This simply cannot be a coincidence. My mother comes to me in a dream and Levi reveals his sword as a gift from Chronos? I met my soulmate on my first day here? What is really going on…' he wondered.
Brie nudged Sora and whispered, "You ok? You look like you saw a ghost and are lost in your thoughts again."
"Yes, just something about that sword. I can't explain it. It's not anything bad, just something I can't quite figure out."
"It's just a sword and you've had no problems carrying it in your dimensional space. If you're worried about Levi, that's unfortunate, but remember the party seal? No one here can hurt you silly!" Brie did her best to cheer him up.
Sora kissed Brie on the forehead.
"It's not that. When the time comes, I'll do my best to explain, I promise."
"Alright lovebirds, do we have a plan or are you going to make us do all the work?" Sasha joked.
"Well, Jubelle, what do you think we should do?" Sora asked.
"We'll have to be quick with a strategy as we are going in blind. Usually we have Sora or Brie's analyze ability to give us a clue. Just make sure to stick together and cover each other's blind spots. Levi, you should take the lead. Sora is linked with Brie." Jubelle said calmly and clearly.
With a nod from the party, Levi pushed the door open and shouted, "Prepare yourselves for anything!"
A massive beast walked through the center of the large boss floor room. He looked like a lion with demon horns, standing on two feet. Despite being over 20 feet tall, his black eyes with red pupils looked like something straight out of the Underworld. His crimson red fur and beautiful black mane covered his muscular body. Each arm and leg was larger than a regular sized car.
"Who do we have here?" the voice rumbled. His voice echoed in the large room.
