Reading the details displayed before him, Rick couldn't help but exclaim inwardly.
'Woah, I knew it.'
'Emotive magic might be something I've never heard of but it certainly has some really cool skills I can use.'
'Moreover, it is divided into ten different branches and I've just unlocked the first one.'
'Even the first skill I obtained from unlocking the first branch sounds cool, but I wonder what the skill actually does though.'
Almost as though his thoughts had been recorded as a command, a new screen appeared before him.

The system acknowledged his response and a new screen was displayed before him.
[Warm Touch: Just as the name implies, this skill allows the host's touch to feel warm on your partner's skin, allowing them to feel calm and relaxed as the skill helps them to ease their worries and doubts concerning how you might feel about them.]
'Oh, so it's basically a skill that says, "Ladies, relax. Your man ain't going anywhere because he loves you very much."' Rick uttered in his thoughts with a sweet smile on his face.
'It sounds cool and I really like it.'
'But to be honest, I was kinda expecting something different.'
'Well, since it was called Warm Touch, I thought the skill would allow me to burn or scorch anyone I touched while I felt nothing at all.'
'But I guess it makes sense for a skill obtained from The Love Branch to be less violent and more affectionate.'
'Mmm, speaking of affectionate, it seems like the system expects me to have a harem of some sort in this world.'
'Is that something common here?'
'Do male elves over here enjoy having more than one woman?'
'Damn, that would be so cool and amazing.'
'Just imagine if I was the only male elf here. I would be swimming in endless pleasure and boobas till my nose bled.'
Rick giggled internally, but he doubted that could ever be the case because Gwen had already mentioned an elf called Zok, and from the way the name sounded, it definitely didn't seem feminine.
'Oh well, since I'm actually in a primitive world and in an elf tribe that may or may not have elves of different kinds, I guess I should definitely look forward to having my own harem in this world.'
'Yep, I don't mind having a harem, but I feel it's way too early to be thinking about such things right now.'
'I just hope elves here are of different types, just like in games or movies, because it would really be cool to see those kinds of elves in real life.' Rick grinned as he thought to himself, before realising what the system had said about female elves having doubts and worries regarding how he might feel about them.
'Hmm, that is a little concerning.'
'So, are there female elves here who have doubts about how they look?'
'Or is the system trying to tell me that there might be males here who have certain standards of beauty, causing a few females to have doubts about their own appearance?'
'But if that's the case, then why?'
'And I wonder if Gwen is among such elves?'
'Nah, I highly doubt that because Gwen is such a hottie and girls like her could easily get what they want even in a primitive world.'
'So, unless the guys here have a few loose screws in their heads, I don't see why any woman would ever feel doubtful about whether her man truly loves her or not.'
'Oh well, let's not think too much about that right now.' Rick thought to himself before noticing the words on the screen shifting into something new.

'Sweet!!' Rick chirped internally, but he paused himself from viewing his profile just yet.
Instead, he glanced toward Gwen and noticed her moving around the cave, picking up the remains of the fruits they had already eaten.
She was doing it to prevent ants or any other insects from finding their way in and disturbing them while they slept.
So Gwen had decided to get rid of the fruit peelings and unwanted portions that had been left on the floor.
She cleared them away from the cave one handful at a time.
But then Rick also glanced behind him and noticed that a couple of dried leaves had already been placed and arranged on the ground like a simple bed for him to sleep on.
He wondered when she had done this, and how he had completely failed to notice her doing it in the first place.
Was he really that far gone while staring at his system screen earlier? Or did Gwen have some kind of ability that allowed her to move quickly without him noticing?
Rick pondered on it for a moment but didn't linger too long before grinning softly and lowering himself back onto the leaf bed Gwen had made for him.
'Hmm..... it's surprisingly comfortable.' Rick uttered in his thoughts as he stared up at the ceiling of the cave above him.
The rough stone surface above him was uneven, with a few natural cracks running across the cave like old lines drawn on a map.
Rick also noticed a thin trail of smoke from the fire drifting lazily upward and he watched it disappear somewhere into the dark above.
It wasn't the most beautiful ceiling Rick had ever stared at, but right now, lying on a bed his new sister had made for him without being asked, felt like more than enough.
Since it would get colder through the night, Gwen had put together this makeshift bed to help keep him off the bare ground and away from the chill that would come creeping in later.
Realising this, Rick glanced at his beautiful big sister and quietly thanked her before returning his gaze to his system screen.
