Title: Help Me Escape from the Mafia Don Synopsis: Alexander Cora is a ruthless drug lord and feared Mafia boss whose world is built on blood, power, and war. After his father’s death, he rose from the shadows to build an empire where nothing comes for free. Every favor demands a price. When Alexander sets out to collect a massive debt, he arrives at the home of the fallen Karper family, once powerful, now ruined after a brutal attack by the Russell Cartel. Unable to repay what they owe, Mila Karper’s father has nothing left to offer. Alexander has no intention of leaving empty-handed. But instead of money, he takes something far more valuable. Mila Karper. Dragged into the Don’s dangerous world as collateral, Mila becomes a prisoner in an empire ruled by fear. Every day, she fights to survive, begging for freedom that never comes. But Mila is not weak. She begins to plan her escape, determined to break free no matter the cost. What she never expected was to awaken something dangerous in the heart of a man who does not know how to love. Just as Mila begins to discover her feelings for Alexander, tragedy strikes. Her father is pronounced dead at the hands of the very man she has begun to trust and fear, and her mother is kidnapped, leaving her completely alone in a world ruled by power and blood. Now Mila is faced with the ultimate question. Can she still escape the Mafia Don or has she already fallen too deep into a world of love, betrayal, and vengeance? This version keeps all your twists: Mila’s conflicted feelings, Alexander’s fearsome reputation, her father’s death, and her mother’s kidnapping, all without dashes and in your emotional tone.

Chapter 1 - TAKEN!

Chapter 1: TAKEN!

Here in Alaska, the Mafia Ring has a distinct advantage over that of the individual, to rule, act and be respected.

Alaska was not just cold, it was silent. That silence made it easy for blood deals, smuggling routes, and illegal trades to thrive without notice. In a land this vast and empty, the Mafia did not hide, they ruled.

Alexander Cora was one of the leading Mafia Don, classified as the boldest young bachelor in his early thirties, having taken over the Mafia Empire.

He took control after the death of his father, Emerald Cora. At just 15, he began learning the lifestyle of a Mafia syndicate. He was sent to different schools, trained in languages and martial arts, shaped into something far from ordinary.

Tall, well built, with a carved face and a clean shaved jaw. He hardly smiled. And when he did, it was never a good sign.

People feared him. Even Kaine, his right hand man, who had stayed with him since he turned 20.

Alexander was a man of deals. He bargained, negotiated and fulfilled promises. But he never gave without taking back. Never.

His family history remained a mystery. No records, no traces, except his father's. Rumors said he buried them himself. No one could confirm it. No one dared to ask.

Women were never his concern. Not because he hated them, but because he simply had no time for them.

Dark secrets surrounded him, especially his lineage, but he kept them buried.

That morning was calm. Too calm. He had a Mafia Syndicate Meeting to attend.

Alexander sat at his desk, silent, watching as Kaine operated the system connected to the wall.

"What is our client's log saying?" he asked, his voice low, holding a brown envelope.

"Don, nothing much. You might need to see it yourself."

Alexander did not move closer. His eyes remained fixed on the screen from where he sat. Calm. Observing.

Then he lifted a finger and pointed.

"The Karper. We visit them today."

"After the meeting, Don?"

He looked at Kaine briefly. Just a glance. It was enough.

"Definitely. Get the proposal in my workroom. We leave now."

"Yes, Don."

Kaine moved immediately.

Few minutes later, the SUV sped off along the Alaska road.

The meeting room was filled with powerful men, each with their own territory and influence.

"We are all big personalities here, so why should we succumb to you?" a short grey haired man asked, staring directly at Alexander.

Alexander did not answer immediately.

He sat there, relaxed, his fingers resting on the arm of his chair. Then slowly, he looked up.

"If anyone decides to disobey my terms, I will withdraw the supply of the weapons."

His voice was calm. No anger. No force. Yet the room fell silent.

"Any objection?" Kaine asked, standing behind him.

A tall young man cleared his throat. "We are okay with the terms. I am fine with it. I believe everyone agrees."

Leandro looked around. No one spoke. Heads nodded.

"Good," Alexander said quietly, bringing his pipe to his lips.

"Moving on, when are the new weapons going to be distributed?" Russell asked.

By afternoon, the wind had grown cooler.

Alexander instructed Kaine to drive to the Karper's home.

Thud.

The knock echoed through the house.

"Who is that? Do you want to bring this house down?" Rosell Karper said in irritation as she approached the door.

"And we will bring it down if my master is not satisfied," Kaine replied immediately.

The door opened.

Rosell froze.

They did not look like ordinary men.

Kaine stepped in first, Alexander following behind, slow and composed.

He sat on the sofa like he belonged there, bringing out his pipe.

"Call your husband."

Rosell's hands trembled slightly. She turned.

"Orlando, come out. We have a visitor."

Orlando rushed in, but the moment his eyes landed on Alexander, his body stiffened.

"Don... I am sorry I have not gotten back to you."

He bowed quickly, unable to look him in the face.

Rosell followed, her fear now visible.

"Where is my money?"

Alexander's voice was calm as his eyes rested on Orlando.

No movement. Just his gaze.

"Just four more days, please. I promise to pay everything with interest."

Orlando's voice shook. His breath uneven.

Alexander watched him quietly.

Then a faint smile appeared.

"I do not take promises."

His eyes darkened slightly.

"I take results. Present my money now."

Rosell broke into tears. "Don, please, just give us more days. We will pay."

Before anything else could be said, the door opened again.

Mila stepped in.

Her body was tired, her steps slow from the long walk. She had just returned from submitting a job application her friend, Vera Thompson, told her about.

But the moment she looked up...

Everything stopped.

Her father... on his knees.

Her mother... crying.

A stranger... holding control of everything.

Her chest tightened.

"Who are you?"

Her voice shook, but she still ran forward.

"Dad!"

She tried to pull him away.

"Dad, are you alright?"

"Mila, go inside," Orlando said quickly, struggling to breathe. "Do not get involved."

But she could not move. Her legs refused.

Fear crept into her slowly. Cold. Heavy.

Alexander watched her.

Silent.

His eyes stayed on her longer than necessary.

Then he stood.

"I see."

His voice was low.

"If you cannot pay..."

He paused, looking directly at her.

"I will take her."

For a second, Mila did not understand.

Then Kaine grabbed her.

Her heart skipped.

"No. Leave me alone." She struggled, panic rising fast. "I am not going anywhere."

Her voice broke.

"Even if we owe you, why are you this cruel?"

"Mila!" Rosell cried, pulling her. "We will not let them take you."

"Please Don, not my daughter," Orlando begged, trying to move forward.

Alexander pushed him back without effort.

Orlando fell.

"Restrain them," Alexander said.

No emotion.

Men rushed in immediately.

Mila's breathing became uneven. Her chest rising and falling fast.

"No... no, please..."

Her voice turned weak now.

Her eyes moved from her father to her mother.

They were helpless.

Tied down.

Crying.

And no one was coming.

Her throat tightened.

Tears blurred her vision.

This was real.

They were taking her.

"I do not want to go..." she whispered, her strength fading as fear took over. "Please..."

But no one listened.

She was dragged outside, her feet barely touching the ground.

"Please... let me go..."

Her voice kept shaking, weaker each time.

The car door opened.

She was thrown inside.

Pain shot through her head as it hit hard.

Her vision blurred instantly.

Darkness slowly took over.

And everything went black.
