Chapter 81 - The births of Luo feng and lina son

Two months passed peacefully in the Holy Kingdom of Elysium.

Lina's belly had grown very large, and she spent most of her days resting at the inn with Suki's help. Feng continued working at the Adventurers Guild, taking safe, steady quests to support the family while always returning before dark.

Then, on a quiet night, Lina went into labor.

The innkeeper's wife and a local healer assisted. After several hours of pain and effort, Lina gave birth to a healthy, beautiful baby boy. He had soft black hair like Feng's and gentle features that already resembled both parents.

The moment the baby was placed in Lina's arms, tears of joy filled her eyes. Suki, who had been waiting anxiously outside the room, was finally allowed in. She approached slowly, eyes wide with wonder, and gently touched the newborn's soft cheek with one tiny finger.

"He's so small… and so cute…" she whispered, her voice full of awe.

Lina smiled through happy tears and looked up at Feng. He leaned down and hugged her tightly, kissing her forehead while she held their son. For the first time in a long while, both of them laughed softly together — pure, relieved, and deeply happy laughter.

That same evening, the entire inn threw a warm celebration to welcome the new baby. The innkeeper and his wife prepared a special feast. Luke and Lisa ran around excitedly serving food. Many regular guests and even a few people from the guild came to offer congratulations and small gifts — soft baby clothes, a handmade rattle, healing herbs, and a beautiful wooden cradle.

Everyone ate, laughed, and raised their cups in toast to the new life. Suki proudly told everyone that she was now a big sister and would protect the baby forever.

The celebration lasted until late into the night.

When the guests finally left and the inn grew quiet, Suki yawned and went to sleep in her own small bed, exhausted but smiling.

Feng and Lina stayed awake a little longer, sitting together on their bed with their newborn son nestled between them. The baby was not yet named — they wanted to choose his name carefully, together, when the right moment came.

Lina rested her head on Feng's shoulder, one hand gently stroking the baby's tiny fingers. Feng wrapped an arm around her, looking down at their son with quiet, deep affection.

In the soft lantern light of their room, the small family of three (soon to be four with Suki) sat together in peaceful silence — a new beginning, born from loss, love, and survival.
