Chapter 71 - CHAPTER SEVENTY TWO

The actual person Aaron needed in his grasp was Henry Kwabena Yawson. That boy had no idea whose daughter with whom he had just messed. He thought as he left the hotel in rage, driving to Terry's hospital. "Dr Yawson, Dr Wilson is here to see you please." The nurse announced as she paved way for the outraged man behind her. "Aaron. To what do I owe this vi…" Terry began as he stood to greet his friend, but got punched on the lip instead. "Where's your bastard of a son?" Aaron roared. "What do you mean? What happened?" A confused Terry asked. He had just returned from a seminar and had no idea the mess his son had created. "I know you two take pleasure in promiscuous activities. He went after Stephanie, and George let it go, but I, Aaron Wilson, swear to you Terry, that you and your son will pay for coming after my daughter, mark my words!" Aaron said, banging the table and left, without listening to whatever he had to say. "Oh my God, what has this boy done this time?" Terry asked himself, wiping the blood on his lip. "Joanna!" He called his nurse, adjusting himself. "What happened while I was away? Do you know anything that happened concerning Aaron's daughter?" He asked when the nurse entered. "Um, there was this video that has been trending this past week. It appears to be a sex tape of Dr Wilson's daughter, but the boy she's with does not appear in the video." Nurse Joan answered, showing the video to Terry. "Jesus Christ, this boy has finished me. Book me a flight to London as soon as possible!" Terry said and ordered when the video they were watching suddenly went off, showing an error code. He realized Aaron must have had it removed from the internet. He warned that son of his about Aaron Wilson's daughter, but no, he insisted he was being real with her. It would have been better if he had simply broken up with her like he did with George's daughter, but to release a video like this? Was he planning on ruining their family alongside hers? 'He'd deal with this when he got to London.' With that thought, he left his office.

"Say something Aaron. What did you find out?" Elena had urged, bringing his attention to her. "My love, I don't know how to tell you this…" Aaron began. "Then don't. If you're going to tell me that's Ellen then don't say anything. Neither you, nor any video will destroy the image I have of my daughter." Elena cut him off. "Elena…" "I said don't say anything Aaron, that's not Ellen. Don't you know her? She is our daughter. She told us she had nothing to do with him, and I believe her. You don't know this, but Ellen has never liked relationships. I've never had problems with my daughter concerning boys. She wouldn't do this with a clear mind; that's not my daughter!" Elena protested, defending Ellen again, with tears. Aaron hugged her, trying to calm her down. He received a message that the video had been erased, and he breathed a relieving sigh. The next few weeks have had him putting all his resources together to make sure he bankrupted the Yawson family, and pull them to the ground. He couldn't drag them completely to the mud, as Terry had his money as well, from his hospital and other works, while his wife supported him, but he had made enough damage that would take a good number of years before they could climb back up, as Terry had him when he was gaining his finances, and without him or George and other investors Aaron pulled out of his reach, it would be difficult starting from scratch. The Clarke family had been shocked to the core that another drama was unfolded with Henry at the center again. They wanted to check on Ellen, but thought maybe she had not seen it yet, so focused on Elena who was falling in and out of sickness. Aaron was getting ready to leave the hospital to go see his wife, when he got a call about his daughter's condition, making him rush there.

"She's reclining to depression, and we might have to seek psychological help for her before she gets worse, Dr Wilson." The doctor said, drawing Aaron out of memory Ville. "It could get worse?" Kelly asked with a horror expression. "You can never predict when it comes to mental health Kelly, right now it's her physical health, the mental one is developing slowly, and we have to act fast before things get out of control. She could lose herself due to trauma." The doctor explained. "Uncle, I'm sure you're disappointed, but we have to help her. It's not entirely Elle's fault. We all should have known better. It was a set up because she was refusing every boy on campus, only focusing on her studies. Henry just got her out of pure luck, and had our support as well. Elle just liked the wrong boy, and we couldn't see through him. This is all our fault, please help her uncle." Abby pleaded, holding Aaron's with tears, Kelly joining her. "If only we had not supported her. If only they had not been partners for the quiz, if only Sister Clara had not taken interest in her, making it easy for Henry to access her, none of this would have happened uncle. They just fooled us really well, uncle. Please help her. Elle is a good girl, I promise uncle. She was just a victim of a cruel game challenge." Kelly also chimed in, providing new information. Aaron had to admit boys loved challenges like these, and therefore not too surprising they targeted his daughter, but did they have to disgrace her this way? What could she have possibly done to deserve this? "Did Ellen ever do something to the boys? Was she ever rude to them or something? Do you know anything she could have done that made them do this?" Aaron finally spoke with the question on his mind. "No uncle, she never did anything to them. Miss Alex, have you ever heard a complaint about Elle?" Abby answered, asking her housemistress to verify, to which she replied in the negative. "No, she's a good girl. All three of you are. That's why I'm so disappointed to hear about this. I should have paid special attention when those prefects showed so much interest in you girls. I just brushed it off because I knew you were too clever to fall for Henry Yawson, I mean he had a reputation here after all." Miss Alex answered. "Elle's only crime was rejecting the advances made towards her, making her hard to get. Henry just played his cards well; he had us all believing that he was in love with her." Kelly said, keeping herself in check before she blurted things she wasn't supposed to say. "I can sign an exeat for her to be sent home, Dr. I think that'll be for the best. Her health and sanity, are our top priority now. She's a brilliant student, I'm sure she'll be able to get right on track when she returns." Miss Alex suggested, Aaron nodding his approval. He made short steps to his daughter's bed, touching her to realize she had a high fever. "She has a high fever. You have to do something." He instructed. He would have taken care of her himself, but this was not his hospital. Abby and Kelly went beside the bed in anxiety as well, hoping Ellen would be fine soon. It was after Aaron got near her that he realized the weight she had put on, after his arrival in their lives, had reduced drastically, going below her normal weight when she was in Nima. He had no idea his daughter was going through so much here, and he was nursing anger and disappointment for her, since she lied to them, set up or not, she allowed herself to be an easy target for Henry, despite their warnings. "How did you girls find out about this?" Aaron asked, remembering they had brought Ellen to school without any of them knowing about it till a week later. "Our outgone house prefect, Esther, showed us the video. She had come purposely to mock Elle, since she never liked her. She also made us aware that it was all a challenge." Abby explained with tears again. "You mean Esther Danso came here just to mock her?" Miss Alex asked with disbelief, and the girls nodded. The doctor had instructed the nurse to push Acetaminophen into her vein to reduce her fever. Aaron stayed by his daughter's side as the girls had to go for prep with Miss Alex behind them.
