Ellen woke up in the hospital she had been in form one, earlier this year. She remembered that day and her heart ache again. "Elle? How are you feeling?" Kelly asked when she saw that she was awake. Ellen just looked at her like she didn't exist. Kelly sighed and stepped aside for Abby to come near her. "Elle? Can you hear me?" Abby asked too, but got the same response. She looked like she was broken inside, and could only stare. Ellen finally said a word with tears when someone entered the ward. "Daddy." Her tears flowing in torrents. "Hi girls." Aaron greeted, walking in with the doctor and Miss Alex. Abby had gone to report to their housemistress after they brought Ellen to the hospital, who in turn called her father. Aaron had no choice but to come as it involved his daughter's health. She had collapsed twice before him already, and this was the third time she had swooned again this year. "Hi Eleanora. How are you feeling?" The doctor asked but she cried instead. "She's not talking uncle; she just keeps crying and staring into space." Abby explained. "What does her report say doctor? Is she pregnant?" Kelly asked the question on which she was most curious. "Kelly!" Abby scolded, signaling with her eye of the presence of Aaron, who stood expressionless. "I'm sorry." Kelly apologized, looking at Ellen and her father. "No Kelly, she's not pregnant. She has anaemia, and peptic ulcer, but she's not pregnant. You are not pregnant Eleanora; you just need to take care of yourself." The doctor replied, to the relief of everyone in the room except Aaron and Miss Alex, who had spoken to the doctor already. Miss Alex had used the opportunity to explain everything that had been going on in school, Aaron feeling sad for his daughter, even though he was yet to talk to her. "Eleanora, have you eaten today?" The doctor asked, but the girl was in her own world. She wasn't pregnant. That was all that mattered to her, she did not hear anything again, as she gave in to tiredness and slept, ignoring the people in the room. "Doctor, will she be alright? She has not been herself this past month, she's just depressed." Kelly asked, happy that she wasn't pregnant. "Yeah, we're really worried about her. She has lost interest in everything, and she stays up late crying as well." Abby who was her roommate and slept by her chipped in. Aaron was shocked about this new revelation. He knew the incident would affect his daughter, but not this way. He remembered the day he and his wife found out. "Elena, Aaron, come and take a look at this." His mother had called out. They were about to leave for the airport for Germany, when Jessica saw the trending news on social media. She showed it to her husband as she didn't want believe what she was seeing. "Is this not our granddaughter?" She had asked unsure, as she showed her husband, his eyes widening with bewilderment. "That looks like Ellen," Ben answered, taking the phone to check it well, despite his disgust. "Hey!" Jessica wailed, her son and daughter-in-law coming down to the hall. "What is it mom? Why are you screaming? Did someone die?" Aaron threw questions to his mom. "Look at this. Is this not your beloved daughter in whom you trust? Sticking your neck for her, and getting angry with all of us." Jessica sneered, passing her phone to Elena, but Ben took it back. "Jessie what are you doing? She's pregnant for God's sake, this is sensitive." Ben scolded. "What is it dad? What is too sensitive for me to see please?" Elena asked, getting apprehensive as it was about her daughter. She reached out to take the phone from her father-in-law, but her husband beat her to it. Aaron had to watch it again to make sure his eyes were not playing tricks on him. His beloved daughter was in the same place he had accused her of being there with Henry, having intimacy with a guy who was at the blind side of the camera. "Aaron what is it? Why do you have that expression?" His wife asked, reaching for the phone, but he raised his hand, making it out of Elena's grasp, since he was taller than her. "Will somebody please tell me what's going on? If there's something about my daughter, shouldn't I know it too?" Elena barked, her heart racing as she wondered what it could be. "No, you can't watch this. I won't let you." Aaron said, turning the phone screen off and handing it over to his mother. Elena sighed and went upstairs, upset that they didn't want her to see it. "She's two months pregnant mom, why would you want to show her such a thing? Don't you know how it could affect her? Elena doesn't have to know about this now, not until she's safe enough to know. I can't risk her or our baby. "Madam Elena!" A maid screamed as the woman missed a step on the stairs due to shock from what she watched on her phone, and the phone fell first, before she came rolling after it. "Jesus! Elena!" Aaron and Ben rushed to catch her, blood coming from her head's injury and down her legs, alarming Aaron. The clever maid arrived there with a first aid box and Aaron carried his wife after managing the blood coming from her head. He had to be extremely careful as any sudden shock to her body could cause a miscarriage, if the baby was not part of the blood flowing already. Aaron and his parents were relieved to see the embryo still there, at risk now, but still there, after they brought her to the OBY/GYN department. The doctor told them to make sure she doesn't go through any kind of stress or shock as the next 24-hours was critical. "Make sure there isn't a trace of it anywhere on the internet, I'll pay whatever is necessary." Elena woke up to her husband barking orders, to what she assumed to be the IT department of the engineering department. The video had been online for a week now, and had been reshared/reposted on lots of sites, it would cost lots of money to erase this mess, but he had to protect his family. "Aaron?" Elena called gently, Aaron moving to her side. His parents had left after he promised to let them know how things go before they could miss their flight. "Honey, are you okay? Do you feel pain anywhere?" Aaron inquired with concern. "I want to see the video again. I need to be sure of something. That girl looks like my daughter, but I don't think that's my daughter, I just need to verify please." Elena said with tears, her blood pressure going up on the monitor. This was too stressful for her. "You can't watch it Elena, the stress of it could make us lose our baby. You can't watch it again, at least not while you're under observation. I know you find it hard to believe, I do too. I promise I'll make a full investigation about this, and anyone who has to pay, will." Aaron said, resolute about his decision not to show her. "That's not our daughter Aaron, I know that's not her. She isn't that kind of girl; I didn't raise her that way. She wouldn't lie to me and break my trust this way. I refuse to believe that's Eleanora!" Elena said, crying and Aaron had to sedate her drip as she was getting hysterical. Elena was finally discharged after two days, being confined to a stress-free bed rest by the doctor. "Have you made the investigation? Do you know who's tarnishing our daughter's image by impersonating her?" Elena asked with intrigue when Aaron placed her gently on their bed. He had a solemn look as he was deeply hurt and disappointed to find out Ellen lied to their faces that night, after seeing the footage of she and Henry from the camera room in Kempinski hotel. It was not allowed but he had friends in the administration to be granted an exception. He saw the time they arrived, meeting with Clifford, going for spa treatment up to running in a different direction after seeing him and his friends, confirming his worst fear. The boy in the leaked tape is Henry Yawson, the troublemaker he had warned his daughter about, after she denied having anything to do with him. What baffled him more was the fact that Ellen put on such a show that made him feel guilty for doubting her, and making his wife upset with him. He admits he just met his daughter some months ago, but he wouldn't think of her as capable of doing this. Aaron had them call Clifford and threatened to have him thrown behind bars if he didn't tell the truth. The guy who had just driven from school due to his uncle's call, told them about how he placed a camera in the room, after Henry told him about the bet on Ellen that day. Aaron remembered that they were supposed to eat in the conference room, but were told to move to the restaurant instead. Turns out it was all settings to get his daughter to hide in a room with Henry after seeing them coming. Aaron was fuming with rage as he listened to what Clifford was saying. *Slap*, Clifford almost rolled to the floor after being hit by Aaron. His uncle didn't spare him too, as he couldn't believe his nephew could do such a thing to a minor. He also gave him a slap and a punch. "How could you be so irresponsible and heartless? What did you get from all this? She is just a little girl! This counts as defilement, and you aided and abetted it. I know he's your nephew, but he's going to have to pay for this." Aaron fumed, turning to his uncle. "Of course, I'm with you on this. I will personally make sure you spend at least a month in jail, as consequences for your actions. Will that be alright with you?" He agreed and asked Aaron who nodded, calling the police amidst Clifford's pleas.
