Silence pressed down.

Darius' voice cut in.

Eyes shifted.

Murmurs spread.

Ray smirked faintly.

Kai stepped in.
Calm.
Still.
"…I won't."

Ray vanished.

A blade flashed past Kai's side—
Cloth split.

Another cut from behind—

Wind followed the blade.
Sharp.
Relentless.

Multiple strikes.
Different angles.
Unseen paths.
Kai stepped back.

A thin line of blood formed along his arm.
"…He's getting pushed…"
"…Ray's speed is insane…"
Ray's voice came light.
"…You're slower than I thought."

Wind surged.
His movements blurred further.

The dagger struck—

Kai's hand.
He caught it.
Silence snapped.
Ray's eyes widened—

Kai looked at him.

A brutal knee drove into Ray's abdomen.
Air left him instantly.

He was thrown across the field.
Gasps broke out.

Ray rolled.
Forced himself up.
Wind flaring harder now.

Kai didn't move.
"…You're fast."
A pause.
"…But light."
Ray's expression darkened.

Wind exploded around him.
He rushed again.

Sharper.

Wind blades carved through the air.

Kai blocked—
But this time—

A deeper strike landed.
Blood marked his arm.
Silence fell.
Kai looked down at it.
Then—
BOOM—!!
Crimson erupted.
"…Blood Enhancement."
The air dropped.
Heavy.
Cold.
"…30 percent."
Everything changed.
Kai moved.

Ray barely reacted—
The hit crushed through his guard—

He was launched back violently.
Shock spread.
"…What was that speed…?!"
Ray tried to rise—

Kai was already there.

A second strike.
Cleaner.
Heavier.

Ray hit the ground again.
He tried to move—

Kai seized him.

Drove him back into the ground.
Dust exploded.
"…Too slow."
Ray struggled.
Wind flickering—
Breaking.

Another strike.

Another.
Not wild.
Not rushed.
Controlled.
Overwhelming.
The class fell silent.
Faces changed.
Rex, still on the ground, watched quietly.
Mina's fingers tightened.
Ray's friends stepped back unconsciously.
"…He's dangerous…"
"…That's not just strength…"
"…That's control…"
Even the jokers said nothing.
Kai released him.
Ray collapsed.
Didn't rise.
"…Winner… Kai Ryan Korr."
No cheers.
Just silence.
Kai stood still.
Crimson fading slowly.
Ren watched.
A faint grin.
"…You didn't hold back."
Kai glanced at him.
"…Neither did you."
Aeris looked between them.
Quiet.
But her fingers tightened slightly.
Just once.
Darius stepped forward.
Eyes sharp.
"…Final match."
The air froze.

Shock hit instantly.
"…Already?!"
"…They're fighting now—?!"

Kai didn't react.
But the air around him shifted.
Aeris looked at them.

Neither of them answered.
They stepped forward.
Opposite sides.
The ground between them felt heavier than before.
