Chapter 339 - Unnamed

Chapter 339: The Wizard's Tent, Your Friend is Really Interesting

Passing through the camp's gate, Leon looked back at Roberts with a slightly sympathetic gaze. "Guess how many times this Muggle's memory has been modified?"

"It's hard to say right now," Adrian analyzed calmly. "But after the Quidditch World Cup, he'll likely have his memory erased at least a hundred times."

"Muggles meddling in Wizard affairs is a bit like having too much time on their hands," Aaron chuckled. "But he's not losing out; the ticket money alone will cover his expenses for several months."

The four walked through the mist-shrouded grounds towards the center, their understanding of tents being refreshed by the various bizarre structures.

Some tents were built like palaces, some like turrets, and the most exaggerated one even had its own garden. One might think its owner had moved their entire home.

"It's always like this," Leon scoffed with a laugh. "No Mugglewould set up such an extravagant tent. Mr. Roberts's memory erasure count might at least double."

"We're here," Gines said, pointing to an ordinary blue tent in the center of the field, and immediately led the three inside.

Like other tents, this one had also been subjected to the Undetectable Extension Charm, its interior space comparable to a villa.

Gines's room was on the first floor, while Aaron, Leon, and Adrian were arranged on the second.

Besides that, there was a kitchen, bathroom, study, and living room – everything one could need.

"Not bad," Aaron raised an eyebrow. "If I had a tent like this when I ran away from home, I wouldn't have had such a hard time."

"Young Master is joking," Gines chuckled awkwardly. "If Young Master is interested in this kind of tent, I can arrange for a specialist to design one."

"That would be excellent. Send me the design plans later, and I'll see if there are any areas that need modification."

Adrian placed her backpack on the table. "Uncle Gines, can we go out and look around? I want to learn as much as possible about this match."

"Miss Adrian is free to move around, but Young Master Aaron and Young Master Leon..."

"Need to follow you, right!" Leon interrupted impatiently. "We're already here; if we wanted to run, you alone couldn't stop us."

"Leon," Adrian glared fiercely at her younger brother.

"I just said it casually; I had no intention of running at all," Leon immediately changed his tune. "I promise not to leave Uncle Gines's line of sight."

"Also, try not to use magic," Gines said somewhat helplessly. "Don't make things difficult for me, okay?"

"Got it, got it.

Unless necessary, we won't even draw our wands. That's fine, isn't it!"

"Then there's no problem."

At this time, the sun had just risen, and its warm rays dispelled the mist. Countless Wizards arrived from all over the world, and some Wizards who had set up camp early also emerged from their tents.

Adult Wizards could still reluctantly adhere to the Muggle-Safety Regulations, but some mischievous children were much more boisterous. They picked up their parents' wands and played freely, and some even rode children's flying broomsticks, flying at low altitudes.

Many fans had put up flags on their tents or added illustrations to support their favorite teams.

"As expected of the Magical World's quadrennial grand event," Leon said admiringly. The heirs of their secluded families each had their own missions to fulfill, and this was the first time they had seen such a large number of Wizards.

"This is also the busiest time for the Ministry of Magic," Gines explained. "At this venue, you can find Wizards of all regions, races, professions, and age groups, even old friends not seen for many years."

"Can you find your classmates?" Adrian asked Aaron with interest.

"Ah, this..." Aaron paused. "I'm sure there are classmates from Hogwarts here, but with so many people, it won't be easy to find them."

However, no sooner had he spoken than he heard giggling.

He instinctively turned his head and couldn't help but twitch at the corners of his mouth.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione were lining up at the tap with buckets, and it was Hermione who was laughing.

The reason was simple: in front of them was an old Wizardin a woman's nightgown, who clearly lacked understanding of Muggles and didn't realize how ridiculous he looked.

"Who's that girl?" Adrian asked playfully. "A friend of yours?"

"She's..." Gines was about to explain but saw Aaron's warning look and reluctantly closed his mouth.

"Looks like a friend. Aren't you going to say hello?"

"No, Sis, you don't understand," Aaron said with some weariness. "Past experience tells me that when those three are together at certain times and in certain places, it usually means trouble, and not small trouble."

Adrian chuckled and walked towards Hermione on her own.

"Let's go!" Leon shrugged. "I'm also curious about what kind of person catches your eye."

Aaron sighed helplessly and silently followed behind the two.

"Hello," Adrian extended her right hand to Hermione and said generously, "My name is Adrian. May I get to know you?"

Harry and Ron both looked at the unfamiliar girl wearing a half-mask in surprise. Although her face couldn't be seen, her voice, as beautiful as a gurgling spring, and the confident and elegant aura she exuded made both of them feel a little flushed.

Hermione was stunned for a moment. She didn't remember knowing a girl like this, but seeing Abey obediently squatting beside her, she realized that she might be related to Aaron.

She felt a strange sense of loss in her heart, but still forced a smile and shook Adrian's hand. "Hermione Granger. If I may be so bold, have we met before?"

"No, but..." Adrian waved to Aaron, who was walking over. "You're his friend."

"Aaron, how did you end up here?" Hermione said with some delight.

"My parents gave me half a month off, and it just happened to coincide with the Quidditch World Cup.

I didn't want to come originally, but my sister insisted, so I had no choice."

"Sister?" Hermione realized belatedly and turned around somewhat awkwardly. "You're his sister?"

"I'm his second brother. Just call me Leon," Leon interjected.

Aaron gave him a glare, wanting to laugh but unable to.

Although he was unwilling to admit it, Leon was indeed two months older than him.

"Hello," Hermione smiled sweetly, then looked at Aaron. "You didn't tell us you were coming."

"Um... was there a need?"

"Ahem!" Ron cleared his throat and, blushing, walked up to Adrian. "My name is Ron Weasley, and I'll be in my fourth Class at Hogwarts. My pet is an owl, I have several brothers, and one sister. I like..."

"Ron, don't you think you're saying too much?" Harryinterrupted him irritably, then looked at Adrian somewhat reservedly,

"Hello, my name is Harry Potter."

"I've heard of you," Adrian said, looking at the lightning-shaped scar on Harry's forehead. "The Magical World's Savior. It's hard to believe Lord Voldemort would fall by your hand."

Ron and Hermione shivered involuntarily, as if they hadn't expected Aaron's sister to dare utter Lord Voldemort's name.

"Um... it was mainly a magical spell that worked," Harry said, feigning composure. "Dumbledore said so. He's the greatest White Wizard of this century..."

Watching Harry and Ron's eagerness to show off, Hermionecouldn't help but twitch at the corner of her eye, feeling utterly embarrassed to be standing with them.

"Mr. Weasley is waiting for us to bring water!" Hermionereminded them, smiling awkwardly but politely. "I might have to excuse myself; we still have things to do.

Can you tell me where your camp is? If we have time, I... we'll come find you."

"In the center of the grounds, an ordinary blue tent," Ginessaid with a smile. "My name is on the sign; it's easy to find."

Hermione nodded, also told them where their tent was, and then quickly walked away with Harry and Ron.

"Hahaha," Leon couldn't hold back his laughter any longer. "Your friends are too interesting."

Aaron shrugged. "It's Big Sister's charm that's too great."

"Harry Potter," Adrian murmured. "The famous Savior. He doesn't look particularly special."

"No, Sis, you're wrong about that," Aaron said with rare seriousness. "I've never seen anyone who can get into more trouble than him, and each time it's a life-threatening big deal.

Honestly, it's a complete miracle he's lived this long."

"That's not important, and I don't care about that," Leon said, putting his arm around Aaron's neck. "What's the deal with that girl?"

"Just a friend."

"Really?" Leon's arm tightened slightly. "I've studied micro-expressions a bit.

Just now, her emotional state was like a roller coaster, rising and falling.

Just a friend? Do you think I'm stupid?"

"Alright!" Aaron moved the arm from his neck. "Good friend, is that better?

How to put it, Hermione is a Muggle-born Wizard, but she's among the most outstanding people at Hogwarts. I admire her greatly."

"Just admire?"

"What else? What do you want me to say to be satisfied?"

"I..."

Leon's voice cut off abruptly. The reason he wanted a definite answer was simply because he was worried his sister would gain another inexplicable competitor.

But then again, his attitude was to let things take their natural course; whatever Aaron did wouldn't conflict with him.

Moreover, he couldn't tell if Aaron was telling the truth.

"Enough," Adrian forcefully interrupted her two brothers' conversation. "Actually, I also think that girl is quite good. At least she's much calmer than Harry Potter and Ron Weasley. Her future achievements will definitely not be low."

"But she's still a bit behind Clea," Leon said confidently.

"Of course, my sister is the best."

On their way back, they encountered many of Aaron's classmates from Hogwarts: Seamus and Dean from Gryffindor, Xilin from Slytherin, Cho Chang from Ravenclaw, and Cedric from Hufflepuff.

What surprised Aaron the most was Oliver Wood. He had just graduated and signed with the Puddlemere United team as a reserve player, which was the oldest team in the Quidditch League.
