Sitting inside the vehicle, Stefan nervously tapped his feet repeatedly on the floor, spinning the phone in his hands still deep in thought when the car door opened.
He jerked up immediately, seeing Madeline, he quickly asked "Are… you okay"
Madeline gave him a weird look before replying with a hum.
About to start the car, she suddenly thought of something. Bringing out her purse she pulled out a piece of candy, unwrapping it, she turned to Stefan "open your mouth"
He looked at her confused but did it anyway, Madeline threw the candy into his mouth. Before Stefan could even taste it, the candy melted fast.
His eyes widened in shock and his voice tinged with a hint of panic as he asked trying to cough it out "This… what is that?"
"A lie pill, if you tell anyone, I mean anyone about what happened here today… you will burst open starting from the inside to the outside" she replied.
Stefan broke into laughter "That the kind of lie, you tell a three year old, there is no drug that can… he paused noticing Madeline's expression, she looked cold and serious. His stomach twisted "you.. you…"
"Just breathe, you will be fine as long as you don't say a word" saying that, she turned her face to look at the warehouse hiding a smile before zooming off while Stefan sat there, still trying to catch his breath.
He looked at Madeline and wondered why he ever thought she was an angel when he saw her for the first time at that press conference even after Rosa had repeatedly told him otherwise.
Tears spilled freely, even after he tried to hide it, Madeline turned to him in shock. This little kid was… crying? "You are not going to die you know they right?"
But Stefan just sniffed, looking at the time "you are going to be late for the shoot, it's few minutes to twelve"
"Hold on tight"

Stefan screamed as Madeline increased the speed, he couldn't even see the cars passing as they were like a blur because of how fast she was going.
Fifteen minutes later, she arrived at the venue for the shoot. Something that would normally be a forty five minutes drive.
Stefan immediately came down, moving to the roadside to throw up. Madeline paid him no intention as she headed inside.
Inside the venue was pure chaos. An assistant was on the floor crying while an actress was standing in front of her pointing her finger at her and berating her. Other actors sat at the side watching the show while the director was slumped on the chair looking like he wanted to end his life.
As she stood at the entrance, a prop guy rushed in knocking her bag to the ground "sorry, sorry" he apologised as he picked up the bag and bowed.
All eyes turned to her. The director on seeing Madeline his face brightened, "Madeline welcome. Come…come let me introduce you to your family in five days" he said with a smile.
The prop guy, breathed a sigh of relief before escaping into the inner room while the director led Madeline to the center of the room. There were four people standing there, two males and two females.
"This is Irina, Lucy, Cho" he pointed at the man sitting furthest from everyone "That is film emperor Evan. You must have heard of him" he whispered and then addressing everyone else "This is Madeline" and I'm sure you have heard of her too" he said clearing his throat uncomfortablely.
"She is a main… when I saw her name in the list, I thought she was a sub, director you would really take anyone huh" the person who spoke was Irina. The one who was yelling at the assistant few minutes ago.
"Yes he would really take anyone, that's probably why you are here" Lucy shot back at Irina.
Irina's face darkened as the doctor rubbed his temples. Everyone in the industry had heard of this Irina and Lucy's hate for each other but he had never experienced it first hand and did not know it was this bad.
The cleared his throat as he tried to calm them down. "Alright… everyone calm down, the photographer is here, so let's all change to our take out photos" Irina tried to say something but he cut her off " The earlier we start, the earlier you two can get away from each other so…"
Madeline looked at Cho who was smiling right back at her. She offered him cold glance . His smile made her uncomfortable so she just walked away to the changing room.
On getting there, she could hear the Irina and Lucy arguing about who gets the better clothes she sighed. Today was going to be a long day.
On the other end, Red hair approached Ava, he wasn't one to lay his hands on a woman if not he would have beaten her to a pulp. Besides Madeline had already done the most Job. He gave the second goon Jin a look.
Jin nodded and went outside. Few minutes later he returned with a bottle filled with brown liquid. Reh hair took the bottle and poured the content all over Ava then took some pictures before taking out her phone to make a call.
Kaya was having dinner with her friends over at an high end restaurant showing off the new designer bag her mother bought.
"When this collection was released, they sent me their catalogue personally to choose from… I did not like much so I picked just about ten". She spoke. Gasps rose around the room as everyone rushed to her side to see the picture displayed on her phone.
"Also their summer dresses cost about 10 grand each and their jewellery cost about 50 grand each but I didn't get any because it looked tacky and cheap". She chirped in again admidst their chatter.
Of course she boosted the price enjoying their envious eyes and the way they tried to suck up to her. Her mother had not been giving her any money recently and she was too scared to ask Thomas so she decided to come out with her so called friends to satisfy her vanity.
She was still speaking when her phone rang. She planned to hang up but it was her mother.
