The two men got to the location and brought Ava inside. The place was a mess and there wasn't even a chair, but this was Mrs Myers could they really just drop her on the ground?
Red hair, one of the goons looked at Ava with slight hatred. He worked for Caroline Myers and she provided health care for his sister in return. Shortly after Caroline passed away, Ava had entered the house and fired everyone Caroline had hired one after another.
His sister could not receive any more health care and eventually passed all because of this woman. He had to become a goon just to get by because she also made it difficult for all them to get legitimate jobs.
While they hesitated, Madeline had already walked over, grabbed Ava by the collar, dragged her over and tossed her to the ground with a loud BANG!
She then dragged her to a small room by the corner, took out a pair of scissors from God knows where, looked at her thick blonde hair and snapped half of it off. She looked at the hair which still looked good and started cutting roughly leaving her with an animal chewed like buzz cut.
She felt all her frustration disappear as she looked at Ava's hair. Ava had continuously caused problems for her, from the accident to almost paralyzing her. The two things Ava cared about was Thomas and her appearance and her appearance was to keep Thomas hooked so she was going to take that away.
She threw the scissors to the floor, reached out to slap her several times in a row.
Those slaps made Ava's face swell like a pigs face.
Madeline, still feeling unsatisfied, threw two punches directly on her nose and eye giving her panda eyes and a crooked nose.
Ava felt pretty untouchable causing all kinds of problems for her and almost paralyzing her. Now let's see if she can keep hanging out around those friends of hers or keep flaunting herself in front of Thomas.
At least… temporarily.
After being hit like this several times, Ava finally woke up.
"Pain…"
"Which bastard, had the audacity to do this…" she was not fully awake yet, but she instinctively started cursing.
At the same time, she felt her face and eyes hurting again, the pain in her eyes made it hard for her to even open them.
Speaking of which, even talking alone made her whole face hurt.
Madeline sneered "so she could still curse huh…
The almighty Mrs Ava Myers, known for her grace and virtue definitely doesn't seem gracious and virtuous now. Madeline wondered if she should take a video to sell to the media but she dismissed it. This would also bring unnecessary heat towards her.
Before Ava could fully get her eyes open, Madeline raised her hand and slapped Ava again.

Ava truly grew up in comfort and luxury, being the only daughter and grand daughter in the family, no one dared to lay hands on her. She had always been the one to hit people and this was the first time she realised how painful being hit was.
The pain came again making her scream in agony, breaking out in cold sweat and twisting unrestrainedly, seeming unable to recover from the pain.
On hearing the screams, Red hair, hurried over and knocked on the door. "Miss…"
Madeline glanced at Ava writhing with pain again, she wasn't done dealing with this woman, eventually she went out but not before knocking Ava out, shutting the door behind her as she stepped out.
"Miss…, are you alright… Red hair asked worriedly, seeing she was okay he joked "Miss, leave some action for us brothers".
Madeline shook her head "I'm fine. Red hair, I'm going to leave you guys to it. Do not do anything outrageous, also make sure not to expose yourselves or let anyone discover my presence. Since Ava loves to play damsel in distress so much then let's make her one and pretend she really got kidnapped. You can also get ransom money. Don't call Thomas call Kaya and threaten her a little bit. After that leave her here for a few more hours".
Although, the Myers family would start looking for her as soon as they discover she is missing and eventually find her in a short while, she wanted Ava to suffer first. Let someone who grew up with silk sheets experience concrete for the first time.
Red hair raised an eyebrow hearing how she had everything all detailed out, anyway it was better she grew up this way, the Myers family was one which was eat or be eaten and Miss Madeline was only trying to avoid being eaten.
Madeline on the other hand smiled. This method was similar to Ava's previous shameless methods, if Ava could do such things then so can she. In fact, she was even going easy on her.
Seriously Ava lived like she was above everyone else and must think she was easy to bully.
Just as Madeline turned to leave, Red hair noticed something "Miss wait… what's that on her neck? Is that..."
She walked over to Ava, pulled open her collar and indeed saw a ruby necklace around her neck.
She gritted her teeth and immediately ripped off the necklace from her neck, stuffing into her pocket. This was her mother's necklace. Something she always wore. She looked through Caroline's pictures earlier and she always had this necklace on.
Ava might not have killed her mother directly but she was surely an accomplice and here she was wearing her items like it was hers.
Meanwhile in the car, Stefan sat there his phone in his hand contemplating who to call. He had seen two men drag a lady into the warehouse and Madeline followed not long after and it's been over an hour and they were all still in there. He had to call someone right?
He could not call Rosa because he wasn't supposed to be with Madeline in the first place and the CEO was probably too busy to pick his call so who would he call…
