Tessa didn't see any reason to stall, so she decided to tell them. Still, she chose to wait a little longer for Julian and Zane to return with her strawberries before saying what she wanted.
For now, she remained comfortably seated in the chair, refusing to move even an inch.
"Tell us what it is. I want to know," Valen pressed.
Tessa simply shook her head and leaned farther back into the chair with a satisfied sigh.
"Wow... this chair is just so comfortable. I don't know why you people didn't make one for me sooner and instead allowed me to keep sitting on stones."
She frowned, and everyone slowly turned to look at Zephyr, who had apparently been the one to make it for her.
"Why are you all looking at me like that?" he demanded.
Valen merely shrugged.
"I don't know. Maybe we're wondering why you waited so long before making her a chair."
Zephyr looked ready to throw another tantrum, but Tessa called the three of them closer with a small wave of her hand.
