Chapter 413 - 413

Chris and Wesker exchanged glances, then boarded a Helicopter to retreat.

As the Helicopters departed, countless missiles could be seen flying in from afar high in the sky.

They accurately hit the designated locations: gas stations, substations, and so on.

Using explosives to create more violent chain reactions, those who could be saved in the city had already been saved. The remaining were zombies and monsters, so the city was cleaned up.

The next step was to dispatch troops or other organizations to conduct a cleanup, clearing the city that had become a wasteland once again.

In the Amasi Mountains, Piers' cocoon had ruptured. The reorganized Piers maintained his sanity, his right hand had returned to normal, and his abilities were still intact.

However, news of his mutation had already spread. Piers could no longer live openly and could only exist as a sort of unregistered person.

"Alright, my mission is complete. You two can chat," Eddie Cai said, waving his hand as he left.

Piers respectfully thanked him, "Thank you, Brother-in-law."

Chapter 643: Haunted House, Ada's Return

Although Eddie Cai was constantly winning, Derek Simmons was chasing hard from behind. Without the pressure of an opponent, Eddie Cai wouldn't have improved so quickly.

Sometimes, when he thought about it, Eddie Cai was actually quite grateful to Derek Simmons. In return, he would take good care of Derek Simmons' mother. Let Derek Simmons' mother atone for his sins; anyway, having children was a matter of time.

Having finished all this, Eddie Cai hummed a tune and drove a Helicopter to the Duerwei Area.

The final plot point, Baker Farm!

Ending Uncle Baker's sinful life, preventing him from being heartbroken because his wife ran off with someone else, and from blaming himself for his son's rebellion.

Thinking this, Eddie Cai seemed to feel full of positive energy again. He was helping others!

Sheva and Shirley accompanied him. After getting off the Helicopter, they had to switch to an RV to accommodate so many people and continue their journey.

The Duerwei Area was a swampy region, damp, infested with venomous insects, snakes, and crocodiles. Although the Western Federation was already very developed, this area remained largely undeveloped, only used as temporary farm gardens or fish ponds.

An RV slowly moved along the road, driven by the bodyguard Hilda.

Eddie Cai picked up the phone and dialed, "Baby, I'm done. How are things on your end?"

Stephanie sat in the RV looking out. Outside, some Fungus Beasts were hiding in dark corners due to the Daylight.

"It's alright, Zoe is safe, I'm with her. This place has turned into a haunted house. I saw that man appearing and disappearing unpredictably, but he didn't approach the RV," Stephanie said casually, lighting a cigarette in the RV.

"Who is controlling all this?" Eddie Cai asked again.

Stephanie blew out a smoke ring, "How would I know? Didn't you tell me not to check for information? Let's talk when you get here. There's a team of people lurking nearby."

Eddie Cai hung up the phone and called his wife, Mia.

Mia said that Eveline had been transferred earlier. Since Mia was no longer trusted, others had transferred Eveline.

She only knew that during the transfer, someone attacked the ship and released Eveline, causing an incident on the cruise ship.

Eddie Cai's fingers tapped on the table. Shirley lit a cigarette, took a puff, and handed it to her husband.

"Shirley, check if there are any overturned cruise ships in the nearby waterways. Is that old dog Morgan hiding nearby too?" Eddie Cai quickly thought of something.

Dong! A crisp sound came, and the ventilation on the RV's roof opened.

A graceful red figure flashed by, it was Ada, wearing a big red cheongsam and high heels.

Her partner Sienna also jumped into the RV, greeting them casually, not at all reserved.

"Ada!" Eddie Cai's eyes lit up. Seeing his wife felt really good.

"Idiot, you've been looking for so many years, haven't you had enough?" Ada lightly stroked her short hair, saying with a smile, her beautiful eyes sparkling with amusement.

"My wife is always a joy to behold," Eddie Cai nodded affirmingly.

Ada's arrival was specifically to find her husband, Eddie Cai. She was an agent, a woman, and a very dedicated wife. Since she married Eddie Cai, she would diligently fulfill her responsibilities and obligations.

Before long, the RV arrived in front of a somewhat dilapidated farm. Several cars, covered in dust, were parked there.

There was a pure white van with a streamer team logo on it: "Alligators in the Sewer."

The sewers in the Federation area were well-constructed. Occasionally, residents would raise strange pets like alligators and then flush them down the sewer.

So, occasionally, large, dirty, stinking alligators would appear in the sewers.

Using this image for a name, this streaming team was quite mischievous.

Eddie Cai yawned as he got out of the car and inspected the van. With a wave of his right hand, the van automatically disintegrated, and its roof shattered.

Inside the van were only some photographic equipment and some moldy food.

Tap, tap, tap. Ada walked over in her high heels and opened the air filtration device. "There's a strong smell of decay here. Many people must have died. This car belongs to a photography crew. As for the crew members, heh, perhaps they're dead."

Ada was not a woman who liked to be overly benevolent. She had her own principles: it's none of my business, so I'll stay out of it.

The cold and beautiful elder sister always only cared about herself, her husband, and her daughter.

Eddie Cai's eyes lit up, "No one would really go exploring a haunted house to court death, right? It's already called a haunted house, what's there to explore? It's just looking for death."

"There are too many people with nothing better to do. There will always be some who don't want to live well, or who are looking for some excitement," Ada blinked her beautiful eyes, her gaze somewhat profound.

Eddie Cai coughed, "I promise the space travel will be absolutely safe. I'll stake my life on it."

Ada, however, chuckled lightly, lit a cigarette, took a puff, and handed it to her husband. "I don't care, that's your business. I only know that you are my husband, and I'm willing to trust you."

From the moment Eddie Cai and the others stepped into this manor, General Morgan, hidden in the farm, had already sensed them.

"Go, send Fungus Beasts to detect their situation and collect data," General Morgan ordered someone to carry out the mission.

After thinking, he called his confidant Neil over. "You go prepare the speedboat. Take whatever can be taken from here, and plant explosives on whatever can't."

Neil didn't ask why, he just nodded, "Understood, General."

General Morgan looked at Eddie Cai in the surveillance video, his eyes somewhat evasive. According to intelligence, he was not Eddie Cai's match, but he could try to use E-Mold to control Eddie Cai or those around him.

E-Mold was not only bearable by ten-year-old girls; it was just that ten-year-old children were easier to infiltrate important facilities, and mercenaries or armies rarely targeted children, which simply facilitated disguise.

The eerie farm had been in disrepair for some years, and the surrounding trees were so tall they blocked out the Daylight.

Covered in moss, one would easily slip if not careful.

"You've lived here for so long, why didn't you try calling the police?" Stephanie asked.

"I used to live in an apartment and rarely came home. Father was always normal!" Zoe explained.
