Dominic is on his feet before I can speak.
He simply rises from the chair beside mine with the particular controlled precision of a man who has spent a significant portion of his life learning how to be dangerous without looking like it, and the quality of the movement alone makes Sebastian Blackwood sit back slightly in his chair, a barely perceptible adjustment that tells me everything I need to know about how seriously this man actually takes the threat Dominic represents.
