At the principal's office,
Usina : So Mr. Dipole, I'm guessing you probably know why I called you here.
Di : Yes ma'am.
Usina : So, what about it now?
Di : I'll never repeat that and keep in check my actions.
Usina : I hope you are the man of your words.
Di : Yes ma'am.
It was already the second class when Di returned, Di went straight to his next class and Kine wasn't able to talk to him. Swamped with work, Di wasn't able to see Kine until recess. During the recess, Kine runs straight to Di.
Kine (breathes heavily) : Why.....why were you summoned?
Di (In a flirty tone) : Why.... Were you worried about me? (and moves closer to Kine and looks into eyes)
Kine was speechless, he froze, wrapped in velvet panic, afraid his heart had spoken too loud.
Kine (fixes himself and withdraws himself) : Yes... Actually no, I mean yes it was such a sudden summon.
Di (scoffs) : It was actually, I didn't submit a proper Students Report for the upcoming Parents Teacher Meeting that's why. Nothing serious though. But still I might need something from you (makes a cute face, holds Kine's right hand with both his hands and swings it) Help me with the report na, I'll treat you for sure.
Kine (happy inside pretends to be stiff outside) : Alright I'll help and if we can't complete it today in school why don't you come over to my condominium but....
Di : But what?
Kine : A treat is not enough, I want something else too
Di (confused) : Something else too, what is it tell me?
Kine (moves closer and closer to Di's face but glides his lips near Di's ears) : I....(Di's heart won't stop pounding) will tell you later.
Kine smiles and goes to the staff room to find Fer. Kine sighs in relief
Fer (teases) : Oy Hoy, Did someone's fantasy boyfriend make a cute face again?~
Kine : Shut up, he doesn't need to make one, he already has it.
Fer : Enough of it (hits Kine gently with a file), now tell me what is it?
Kine (shyly) : It is.... that.... it's that
Fer (irritated by waiting slams the file on the table) : What?!
Kine (says it all in a single breath) : Di asked me to help him and I asked him to come over to my condo to complete it.
Fer (surprised) : You did what?! (serious) Kine let me ask you this straight, Do you really like that guy, Don't even think of playing around with him. Have you ever asked him if he's into men, what if he's disgusted by you and reports you to the management. You're already in a tough spot for becoming an *HOD
Kine (calmly) : Isn't it clear by my actions how much I'm into him? And the thing about him liking men, he does okay and the thing about him liking me, I don't expect anything, it's totally fine as long as we're friends and most importantly I know how to control myself don't worry. (Smiles in reassurance)
Bell rings, Everybody's back to their classes, Di still wondering if he should go to Kine's condo. School's over
Kine : So.... how about we do it tomorrow?
Di nods but isn't sure himself. At Di's home, Di lost in thoughts Riva calls out his name during the dinner he didn't respond until she shook him a little
Riv : Where are you lost? Lemme guess, Very thin to be true but, Your "BEST FRIEND" Kine asked you out to his place and said (mimics Kine's voice in a very cringe tone)," Di baby I cannot take it anymore let's just make love and not give a damn to this hell conservative society and....
Di (serious) : Stop right there, yes he asked me out to his condo (Riv's mouth is wide open) but it isn't for all your fantasies it's work alright and let me make this clear he's not gay.
Riv : Why? He got a girlfriend or what.
Di : I don't know that but he (lowers his head and mumbles to himself) seems happy when he talks to Miss Fervor and when he's with me, he's lost in thoughts. (Aloud) Anyways I don't expect anyways as long as he and I are friends.
Riv : That Ms. Fervor, isn't she married? I hate her for coming in between you two.
Di : Don't say that she's good
Riv : Nevermind, Let's focus on tomorrow. Wear something sexy so that he falls heads over heels for you...
Di : I am not gonna wear anything special tomorrow.
In the morning, Di running late can't choose what to wear
Riv (teases) : What now …?? Somebody said to me yesterday that they will not dress up, and now they aren't able to decide what to wear for their boyfie of thoughts
Riv picks out an emerald sea green shirt for Di
Riv : Wear this, Green's your lucky colour today.
Di reaches school, runs to mark his attendance in the reception area and turns hurriedly to find Kine standing behind him. Di flustered notices Kine wearing a light peach shade shirt. Kine serves his purpose there and turns to look at Di and smiled
Kine (teases) : Are you all dressed up just for me?
Di (flustered fumbles with words) : Yea.... No why would I, you look so handso.... I mean you're also dressed up I could also ask you the same
Kine's heart : And there is that fizzy, fluttery warmth that bubbles up when your crush is so cute it disarms you, and you laugh, not because it's funny, but because your heart can't keep quiet.
Kine (laughs) : Alright alright....Let's walk to the class together then.
Di : Ok
Kine and Di walk together, while Di explains things to Kine, there's him, Kine the lover boy who isn't paying attention to Di's words but his eyes and lips. Kine couldn't help but accidentally stumble on the staircase. Fer who stood at the top of the staircase answers Di's greeting and scoffs at Kine. Di leaves for his class
Fer : So got yourself embarrassed in front of your boy (notices and teases) someone's so very prepared for their date huh (serious) but now go to work or else no one would like a lackey
After the school,
Kine : So let's go,(hands over the helmet to Di)
At Kine's condo,
Kine (turning on the lights) : It's not a very big or clean place but good for our work.
Di (thinks to himself) : Is he kidding me, like isn't it the exact opposite.
Kine : Have a seat, I'll bring water for you.
Di nods and continues to look around in the living room Di staring at a painting very curiously turns to ask about it to Kine. Kine who was about to poke him from behind startles and water from the glass falls on Di's clothes
Kine (hurriedly drying Di's clothes) : I'm sorry, I didn't mean it, so sorry ….
Di (embarrassed on his revealing abdomen) : Not at all, the fault's mine
Kine : Why don't you take a shower before we start working...?
Di nods and Kine rushes to bring him a set of clothes.
Di (to himself) : Wow, it hasn't even been ten whole minutes here and you fool have already embarrassed yourself in front of your crush. Damn my luck
Kine (picking out clothes from the cupboard talks to himself) : Wonderful Mr. Kinematics, not only you've spilled water on your boyfriend to be but also have same coloured clothes, wait isn't that good, me and him wearing couple dresses and drying each other's hair (smiles in delusion) snap out to reality you really think that's gonna happen.
Kine hands over the clothes to Di explains everything about the working of taps and soaps and shampoo.
Kine : Everything's in there, although you won't require to ask anything but still if you need just call me meanwhile I'll also take a shower.
After a while, Kine drying out his hair with one hand looking at his phone and smiling
Di : I'm done, where do I dry my clothes?
Kine (turns towards Di flustered thinks to himself) : He looks so damn
Di (embarrassed) : I know they're too big but don't look at me like that.
Kine smiles and asks politely
Kine : Should I help you dry your hair?
Di : It's totally fine, I can do it on my own (sneezes)
Kine (pfft) : Wait, Let me help.
Kine takes the towel from Di's hands and gently seats him on the sofa drying his hair as carefully as he can.
Kine (in his mind smiling) : If we are together, will I get to dry his hair everyday, it's so soft and is it my shampoo.....? Smells so nice
Di (in his mind) : Kine's hands are so gentle, his hands even smell so nice. If we are together someday, will he do it for me every time, what am I even thinking? Damn snap out of it
Di turns to say something to Kine and simultaneously Kine also tries to speak
Both giggles upon this
Kine : You go first
Di : It's fine, You go first
Kine : I was saying that your hair has dried now.
Di: Thank you so much, Shall I also ...? (Kine sneezes)
Di (Scoffs) : Let me
Kine : It's alright, I'll do it myself
Kine (thinks) : Though I want to but my heart can take it, what if I end up doing something really bad like kissing him. No I can't. Stay calm stay calm.
Kine (picking up Di's clothes) : I'm gonna put them in the dryer till then you pull out papers.
Kine rushes out to the dryer in the balcony, shuts the door behind him places his hand on his heart
Kine (taking long breaths talking to himself) : Will you stop pounding so hard? I know he looks damn (turns back to look at Di stares for while and as Di lifts his head to look at Kine staring at him he turns back his head towards the dryer) Damn that clueless expression of his, (turns again smiles and gets back to work) his soft legs in those shorts his half exposed chest, his wet pink lips and those locks of wet hair on his eyes. Uff, I can't God please help me. After a few moments, Kine returns back, sits on the ground beside Di
Kine : Are you comfortable here shall I bring a few more cushions for you.....?
Di : It's fine (shy)
After 2 hours
Di (sighs in relief and stretches): It's finally complete. (Di accidentally brushes through Kine's hair)
Di (worried) : Your hair's still wet (touches his hair again) You got a hair dryer give me I'll do it for you, you've had me here feeling uncomfortable at your own place
Kine : I'm not uncomfortable, chill and here's the dryer....
Kine hands over the dryer to Di. Di plugs in dries Kine hair teasing him by blowing the air into his ears, playful together, Kine and Di have a good time together suddenly Kine realises himself too close to Di's lips, Di also can't help but look at Kine's, unknowingly they move closer and closer to each other Di closes his eyes.....
