After Calux was able to finally beat the trio of constructs, his pace of training increased once again and started fighting against a rank above himself once again.
He continued to increase his comprehension of the void and space and was able to decrease his void arrow creation time from 1.5 seconds to barely .5 seconds making it a very handy skill for crowds, since in reality most people wont even see the arrows coming.
Seven weeks later, you could see Calux on the ground panting heavily after fighting against five rank B void constructs and loosing while inspecting his status and skills based on the Apex Network.
Let's see my progress after seven weeks...

When I reached C rank I finally got a new bloodline skill, although it's not an offensive skill like a lot of bloodlines, it's so broken...
Spatial Awareness
In a radius of 1 kilometer, there is nothing that can escape your awareness.
You can see the insects on the ground, or the humans using the shadows as cover, nothing can hide from your awareness.
*This skill scales with rank.*
--
I've noticed that unlike a lot of bloodlines that bestow a new skill based on every rank to help their owners adjust to their affinities, my bloodline doesn't work that way so I don't know when my next skill will be bestowed upon.
I mean it makes sense considering my skills scale with rank unlike the skills provided by other bloodlines...
One thing I learned from Void during my training is that unfortunately unless you have a perfect affinity like me, creating your own skills is next to impossible, that explains why so many people fail to upgrade their skills during their lifetime and depend solely on skill books and bloodline skills.
During the last seven weeks, Calux trained everything he could, he understood the basics to the max level he found on the library that his mother and father owned, and finally he understood his affinities to a decent level.
After ranking up to C- rank, he finally had enough mana, affinity understanding, and mental strength to create a spell he had wanted to create since he understood the void and space to a relatively high level.
--
Spatial Banishment
The user creates a space around something, and uses the void to banish that space into nothingness.
This skill will consume mana proportionately to how big the space created is, and how high the mana is around the object in the space designated.
*This skill scales with rank*
Void Arrow
The user creates an arrow created of void energy, that is launched against an enemy using the spatial affinity.
The user can create multiple arrows at the same time, however, the mental strain and mana consumption scales exponentially with each new arrow added to the active skill cast.
*This skill scales with rank*
Void Sovereign
At your current rank, your body automatically sends 25% of any damage received to the void.
--
Woah a 25% damage reduction and I'm only at C rank, plus all my skills are essentially C rank as well thanks to the skill scaling.
The reason void and space skills scale with rank is simple, space and void are absolute elements.
Which means that completely based on mana these skills can destroy a Transcendent being as long as Transcendent mana quality and quantity is used.
For the past seven weeks, Calux stopped speaking giving his results to his mother since he wanted to surprise her with his progress when he came out at the end.
Although mathematically speaking, it was expected for Calux to reach C- rank by the time he came out, since he was training both the body and the mana core which is something people in this world never do, she didn't know if he was going to be able to go beyond D rank.
Nyraxis had also increased her rank to B rank.
With every increase in rank, the mana core refinement requires more and more mana in order to achieve a rank up, therefore in the time that Calux was able to rank multiple times, Nyraxis was only able to rank up once.
Plus the technique her bloodline offers only increases mana gathering five times, while Calux's increases ten times.
After getting completely healed, because yes, he was in a sad state after this training session, but it was normal since training had increased many fold with five constructs of a whole rank above himself, he finally looked at his daughter.
"Ready to get out of here Nyra?"
Nyraxis who now stood at four and a half feet long stood up and looked at her father.
Her wings were spread open, and she flew in Calux's direction finally crashing into him and snuggling in his embrace.
"Yes father, I'm so bored! We're finally getting out of this place and hunting real beasts!"
Calux chuckled at his daughter's antics.
It was understandable, as a beast, she wanted to hunt and not rely solely on the mana she refined for sustenance.
"Yes, yes, mother should have a few dungeons ready for us based on what I had to her."
He put her on his shoulder like she did the first time she woke up, and like always, her tail coiled around his neck possessively.
With their bond, he could feel that Nyra was extremely protective of him, although she was still a new born by beast standards, dragons are born wise, therefore her train of thought was completely different to a beast that was just born.
In her mind, they were partners, he was her father, but she would protect him with her life.
He could feel these emotions coming from her every time she coiled around his neck protectively.
Finally stepping out of the Void Palace, what welcomed him this time wasn't a maid, it was her mother and an extremely beautiful girl around his age.
She had waist long black hair, fair white skin, green eyes that sparkled like emeralds, a beautiful body, that even with the loose clothes she was wearing, the curves could undoubtedly be seen.
Truthfully, she was more beautiful than the princess herself, and that was saying something, considering she was called the Gem of the continent.
Coming out of the Void Palace, Calux's clothes were torn everywhere, his upper body lay completely bare.
His muscles looked as if they were sculpted by Gods themselves.
There was no imperfection on his body, even with all the training, Void always made sure to leave no lasting scars.
An eight pack with a v marked his abdomen showcasing a near perfect male body.
His face was beautiful, unbelievably so, with white hair cut down to make him look more mature, and purple eyes that shined like a galaxy's super nova, he was a man that could charm even a Goddess herself.
His mother scanned him approvingly, thinking to herself.
Sigh... This little monster of mine will probably drive the female awakeners in this continent crazy for him just like his father before him..
The woman by her side however was stunned when she saw Calux come out like this.
She was shy and didn't know what to do, but her eyes betrayed her by looking Calux all over as if scanning him to imprint this image in her mind.
You could see how her white skin had turned red as a tomato because of the scene she was witnessing.
Before his mother could speak to explain, Calux decided to ask first.
"Mother... I'm back, but why are you and this stranger in my room?"
