Chapter 10 - Chapter 10: The Billionaire Power

The city never slept—but tonight, it felt like it was holding its breath.

Arman Khan stood silently at the top floor of his glass tower, looking down at the endless lights below. His reflection stared back at him—sharp suit, cold eyes, and a power that no one could ignore anymore.

Tonight, he was no longer hiding.

"Sir, the board members have arrived," his assistant said softly.

Arman didn't turn.

"Let them wait."

This was new.

The same people who once ignored him… now waited for his permission.

Inside the grand conference room, the most powerful businessmen in the city sat nervously. Sweat formed on their foreheads despite the cool air conditioning.

"Why is he making us wait?" one whispered.

"Do you even know who he is now?" another replied quietly. "He owns half the city."

The door opened.

Silence.

Arman walked in slowly, each step echoing like a warning. His presence alone shifted the atmosphere. No one dared speak.

He sat at the head of the table.

"You all look… uncomfortable," he said calmly.

No one answered.

A faint smile appeared on his face.

"Good. You should be."

He tapped the table lightly, and the screen behind him lit up.

Documents. Contracts. Secrets.

"Three years ago," Arman began, "you rejected a small proposal from a nobody."

The men exchanged glances.

"That nobody… was me."

The room froze.

"I came to you with an idea. You laughed. You insulted me. You threw me out."

His voice remained calm—but the weight behind it was crushing.

"And now?" he leaned forward slightly, eyes piercing, "Now you work for me."

One of the older businessmen tried to speak.

"Mr. Khan, we didn't know—"

"You didn't care," Arman interrupted.

Silence again.

"I built everything from nothing. Every deal, every risk, every sleepless night… while you sat comfortably thinking you were untouchable."

He stood up.

"But power changes."

He walked slowly around the table.

"I didn't come here for apology," he said. "I came for control."

A file slid across the table.

"Sign it."

The men looked at the contract—and their faces turned pale.

"This means… we give you majority ownership," one said, shocked.

Arman stopped behind him.

"You don't have a choice."

Suddenly, another voice broke the tension.

"Impressive."

Everyone turned.

A woman stood at the door.

Sophia.

The same woman who once walked away from Arman when he had nothing.

But tonight… her eyes were different.

"You've changed," she said, stepping inside.

Arman looked at her, expression unreadable.

"No," he replied quietly.

"I just stopped pretending."

Sophia smiled slightly.

"So this is your revenge?"

Arman shook his head.

"This?" he said, gesturing to the room, "This is just the beginning."

The businessmen quickly signed the contracts, their hands trembling.

One by one… they surrendered.

Arman picked up the final document and looked at it.

Power.

Real power.

Not borrowed.

Not temporary.

His.

As the room emptied, Sophia stayed behind.

"You could destroy them completely," she said.

Arman turned toward the window again.

"I don't destroy people," he replied.

A pause.

"I make them realize… who they underestimated."

Outside, the city lights shimmered like a kingdom waiting for its king.

And now—

The Hidden CEO was no longer hidden.
