The entire time they had been traveling the jungle together, neither Cia nor Peter had seen a single person around. So to finally come across a class of them was almost something like a miracle, but they all seemed to be scared, running away from something, but what?
"Should we run?" Peter asked.
"No point, we can't move fast enough," Cia replied.
The class had come into the clearing where the two were, and turned around facing the jungle, weapons prepared. Del had come up to Cia and Peter, looking startled.
"Are you two from another class?" Del pleaded.
Cia and Peter nodded, and there seemed to be a glimmer of hope in his eyes, "Are they nearby? Please tell me they are."
Cia shook her head, "No, we got separated from them, we were hoping you'd—"
Del took a step back, his expression turning into that of despair, "Damn it!"
The two didn't say anything for a moment, and just stared at each other in disbelief.
